service is really good, its almost like a 5 star hotel, the only thing is that most of the rooms are really dark and the bathrooms was smelly, but not from the dirt, but from the holes for water drains. other than that, everything was super clean, we enjoyed the pool, the water was really really clean and did not smell like chlorine at all which is surprising for me. We also enjoyed the tenis court, i recommend to reserve it in advance. The food in the beach club and in the hotel restaurant was AMAZING, i enjoyed every dish ive had, as well as the service. highly recommend this hotel and i would definitely come back again if im gonna visit sanur!!!

This is an incredibly beautiful hotel set in a stunning, lush environment. My partner and I chose to stay in the Premier Deluxe area (no kids allowed), and it was absolutely amazing. It was calm, serene, and relaxing with a truly luxurious atmosphere ✨️ The room was fantastic - high ceilings (3rd floor), a large comfortable bed, spacious interiors, and a cozy balcony that we really enjoyed. The only downside was the bathroom, which could benefit from some renovation, particularly the toilet and flushing system. Aside from that, everything was excellent. The staff were always very friendly, greeting us warmly and consistently offering their help. The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of options. As someone who doesn’t eat meat, I always found plenty to enjoy. The location is beautiful, quiet, and very cozy. I can do nothing but highly recommend this hotel 😍

Absolutely loved this hotel. We stayed in the beach wing and the room was spacious and modern. Included breakfast was very good and the menu for lunch and dinner was a mix of traditional Balinese and western cuisine at reasonable prices. There was entertainment on in the evenings which was very good. All in all a great place for a holiday for adults. There isn't anything specifically for children but the ones we saw seemed to enjoy the pool.

I had high expectations after reading the reviews. However I was a little disappointed as the hotel lacked a degree of luxury. It's a typical Balinese style and the grounds are beautiful and lush. Our room on the 3rd floor was very dark and the bathroom was quite dated. Shower over bath with shower curtain. Rain noise on a tin roof was very loud and dogs barking disturbed our sleep. The staff were wonderful especially in the restaurant and the breakfast was good and varied.

A wonderful place to stay. Felt like a little bit of luxury. Beautiful breakfasts and afternoon teas can be had beachside. Not as fast paced as other Bali areas but still plenty to do including biking or walking the length of the walkway, relaxing in the beachside pods, using the gym or swimming in one of the three pools. Highly recommend
