The location is quiet and ideal for guests who want a distinctive experience away from the city rush, yet still within easy reach of major attractions. Staff are professional and welcoming, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. On-board activities add real value to the stay, especially the heritage areas and deck walks with sea views. Breakfast was good with a decent variety, and dining options were satisfying overall. Bottom line: a great choice for travelers looking for a stay with character and history—not just another standard hotel.

Our group iftar at the quayside at the QE2 was truly unforgettable. The setting itself was beautiful and unusual, with lights forming a stunning tent-like structure that created a warm and welcoming glow as the sun set. An oud player added to the relaxed Ramadan atmosphere, filling the evening with gentle, soulful melodies that perfectly complemented the occasion. The guests absolutely loved the ambience — it felt both elegant and intimate. After a long day of fasting, everyone arrived hungry, and as soon as the adhan was heard, tucked eagerly into the feast. The food and drinks were amazing and incredibly extensive: fresh salads, traditional starters, and a variety of meat and fish main courses that catered to various tastes. The dessert selection was nothing short of spectacular, offering the perfect sweet ending to the meal. Complementing the atmosphere was the wonderful staff, always on hand but never intrusive, making sure drinks were provided, plates were removed and generally being very helpful. Our guests left happy and completely satiated — a truly special iftar in a remarkable setting.

Everything was amazing to the perfect, right from the reception Mr. Tariq and Ms. Megan were very courteous and helpful, they explained each and every detail regarding the ship and tour. Breakfast buffet was awesome with wide variety and delicious food. Entire staff including Lido restaurant, swimming pool, House keeping were very humble and hospitality was superb. We had booked a superior room, family of four, 2 Adults and 2 Children's, when requested for an extra cot, staff immediately attended and provided the same, Ms. Yu from House keeping on our floor was very kind and cheerful and always greeted her and answered our queries. My stay at the Queen Elizabeth 2 Hotel was truly exceptional. The views from this iconic cruise ship were absolutely breathtaking, especially at night when the city lights reflected on the water. The entire experience felt unique and unforgettable, from the ambience to the hospitality. Staying on the QE2 was honestly one of the best experiences of my life. We stayed for one night at Queen Elizabeth 2 to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it was a really nice and memorable experience 💕 There is something special about staying on a historic ship. The vibe was calm and relaxing, and the room was comfortable enough for a short stay. It felt different from a usual hotel, which made our anniversary stay more meaningful. Breakfast was the only downside for us. The buffet options were quite limited and to be honest, the food was just okay. It was not bad, but it did not really stand out and could use more variety and better flavor. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for the experience, especially for special occasions. Just manage expectations when it comes to breakfast 😊
