## Outstanding Experience I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional hotel, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations! From the warm welcome to the impeccable service, everything was top-notch. Thank Miss Mary Jean for being so polite at the reception counter and catering us so well. ## Highlights 1. *Luxurious rooms*: The room was spacious, elegant, and meticulously maintained. 2. *Exceptional service*: The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. 3. *Dining*: The hotel's restaurant served exquisite cuisine, and the breakfast buffet was impressive. ## Overall This hotel is a 5-star gem! I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. Five stars isn't enough – I'd give it 10 stars if I could!

The front desk team was excellent. We arrived at 2AM in the morning and they took care of us immediately. Also, the breakfast was absolutely delicious and amazing. The service and the quality and variety of the food was excellent. I did get lost trying to find my way around the boat a few times, but it was part of the experience. My room was surprisingly spacious, clean and comfortable and the room extras such as robe, shampoo etc... were very good. The gym was good but a few of the machines needed repairs but there was plenty of other ones to do. I did not use the pool, but it looked very cleaned, small and well-kept and also, it had a lifeguard. I did not mind the location because it is very easy to get an Uber but definitely far from the Dubai action. Also, I like the quiet in the morning's decks and reading areas. I found this hotel very unique, interesting and all around comfortable. Overall, I will definitely stay again at QE2 and I am recommending it to my friends.

The ship is beautiful, but the highlight of my experience was the excellent service from Bilal. He was extremely polite, helpful, and always attentive. His professionalism and friendly attitude made my stay even more comfortable. Truly impressed — thank you, Bilal! Highly recommended.

It was an amazing experience, living on a legendary ship like this is a surreal feeling. The ship is massive both inside and outside. The rooms are clean and spacious. We had booked the Signature room. There is strong WiFi, breakfast and dinner buffets were decent with lots to choose from but it could be better i personally felt. The staff is prompt and courteous. Lots of see and explore while on board. A must visit if you are in Dubai.

I recently had the privilege of spending a relaxing and memorable week aboard the Queen Elizabeth 2 (QE2) Hotel at Mina Rashid, Dubai, from November 26th to December 3rd. My wife Diana and I stayed aboard for two nights back in April, and when I weighed my options for a brief getaway from Bahrain, I chose to return to QE2, this time for seven nights. I am due to return to Hawaii in January, so I was looking for someplace close by and convenient where I could simply unwind, catch up on sleep and reading, and eat some delicious food. What confirmed my choice was the "Around the World in 80 Days" culinary marathon that sees a different menu every single night for 80 nights, served in the Queens Grill Restaurant onboard, each night representing a port QE2 visited during her 39 years in service, from 1969 to 2008. Weeknights tended to be sparse, which is a shame for those who missed out on the expertly crafted dishes presented on those nights, though attendance picks up markedly on the weekends. I accepted the challenge to dress in "casual luxe", in the best traditions of Cunard, the company of which QE2 was the longtime flagship. It my be a sign that I am institutionalized by decades of naval service that I chose a ship as a holiday destination, for which their may be some truth, but QE2 has long represented to me refinement, adventure, and a certain level of attainment. While I was never able to experience her during seagoing career, I was blessed to have the opportunity to experience her in this next chapter of her storied life as a hotel in Dubai, and I am looking forward to sailing in her younger sisters in the coming years. The hotel operations, run by Accor, are on point. Brendan Clarke is a brilliant, inspired, and tireless curator who clearly cherishes the ship's heritage and enthusiastically conveys it to guests. In the restaurants, the food is A+ and service is A+. The staff could not be more gracious. Shahin and his crew in the Queens Grill are especially impressive in their attentiveness. By the performance criteria set by a particular tire brand, this is is well worth a special trip and is definitely a place to watch in the years to come. The one area where QE2 does not shine as she should is in topside preservation, with sweepers and a good fresh water washdown being the least of her needs, with some additional, respectful development of her topside spaces needed in due course. Overall, it was an exceptional week and I am looking forward to returning in due course.
