Had an absolutely fantastic stay here!! From the moment I arrived the service was absolutely exceptional. I was particularly thankful to First who helped me sort my transportation logistics for my subsequent plans. The room was majestic — incredibly well designed and comfortable. Super comfortable bed, lots of ambient space, well designed and luxurious bathroom. The restaurant was excellent and I was surprised to have some of the best khao soi here that IMO was better than some of the Michelin recognized dedicated khao soi shops. The seasonal yi peng tasting menu was fun but not mind blowing, but the breakfast a la carte buffet was excellent. It is a bit remote but they offer transfers to town and other destinations, but TBH just staying on the premises was very relaxing and comfortable :)

Service was impeccable. We got the suit with private swimming pool, and it was really really nice! The room was spacious and they offer morning and evening room cleaning services. At night, they will even light up essential oil burner and make the room smell great. Breakfasts were very delicious and delicate with ingredients sourced locally. The only downside is that the location isn’t the most convenient.

Raya Heritage is truly a hidden gem! The hotel combines modern comfort with traditional charm, creating a relaxing and beautiful environment. The rooms are spacious, clean and well-equipped. The staff are exceptional always friendly, helpful and attentive, making every moment of our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was fresh and delicious and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and serene. I left feeling completely refreshed and can’t wait to return.

This place is such an amazing destination dream for relaxing person, especially the vibes in the morning. So calm & relax with the atmosphere and stunning heritage decoration around. Also, the staff always smile to you all the way you walk in the hotel, they are so friendliness.

Just wrapped up a wonderful 4-night stay at this hotel with my parents, and I couldn’t be happier with our choice! Service & Atmosphere: The service here is absolutely top-notch - every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The decor throughout the property is stunning and creates such a welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast: The breakfast variety is incredible! We stayed 4 nights and never got bored - there’s something new to try each morning. Great quality and plenty of options for different tastes. Location: While it’s a bit further from the city center, this turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The peaceful setting away from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by nature, was exactly what we needed for a relaxing family getaway. Shop: The on-site shop has an impressive selection of goods. Yes, prices are on the higher side, but the quality and taste make it worthwhile for special treats. Bar & Cocktails: The bar is a real highlight! The cocktails are expertly crafted and delicious. Don’t miss the happy hour - great drinks at even better prices. Perfect for families looking for a high-quality, peaceful retreat in Chiang Mai. We’ll definitely be back!
