Amazing hotel very clean and excellent staff. From cleaning staff, waiting staff and reception they are a huge asset to this hotel. Nothing is too much for them if you ask. Everyone is so friendly. This is our second time here the location is fantastic straight across from the beach. Rooms very spacious and kept very clean every day. We had a privilege room and had access to the rooftop terrace which has amazing views. Breakfast is amazing with lots of choice. Sometimes I struggled at night with the choice we ate out a couple of times. Shout out to some staff sorry too many to mention especially Merchi, Ana, Carmen and Antonia. We will come back for sure.

Came here 24th August with my wife for 3 nights and I don’t have a bad word to say at all. The hotel it self is spotless, staff are fantastic and the breakfast and drinks were 10/10! Never struggled for subbed as, we had lunch at the pool bar which was brilliant. Location is 10/10 right on the beach loads of shops bars and restaurants nearby. We ate out every night some really good places surrounding the hotel so you’ll never not find something that you like. We will be returning next year and can see why this hotel is so popular thank you to all the staff at the hotel you made a holiday to remember !

We checked in the reverance mare after having one night at a hotel we were really unhappy with. We approached the receptionist and explained our situation and she was really kind and understanding and tried her very best to find us a room at a reasonable rate. We booked and moved our stuff from the other hotel and when checking in we were given a box of chocolates a notepad and a pen and 2 bottles of water. The receptionist was very informative about the hotel and told us where everything was and the times of everything. The room was very clean and the bed was the best bed I have ever slept in. I could not get over the fact it was a whole king sized bed!!! Usually abroad it's two beds pushed together but this was one massive bed and it was very comfy! The Aircon is silent but very powerful, we had it on the lowest setting and that was enough! The rooftop pool and bar is stunning and you must go up there if you get the chance. The spa is also lovely and free to use and the outdoor pools also very clean. We only went bed and breakfast but the bufet was quite small not a lot of choice for dinner either I would say this is my only criticism of the whole stay, but with it being small the chef cooks to order so I suppose that is a good thing! The hotel is very relaxed and quiet so I would say if your looking for a party vibe this is not for you, but we loved how chilled and quiet it was, it was exactly what we wanted. Soundproofing is good except between the rooms you can hear the room next door if they are talking loudly like the people were next to us but the hotel handle noise complaints very well. Overall I would definitely recommend the reverance mare if your looking for somewhere to stay in palmanova the staff are amazing and the facilities really good value for money

Beautiful hotel, excellent staff, great food, we had a fantastic stay in September. Our room was on 6th floor with amazing sea view, and we had access to the Sky Terrace & pool, although we used the main pool level as well and it was great too. Special mention to Estafania on reception who was great at sorting out our room change, (our request) a very friendly, helpful & professional lady, a credit to the hotel as our first contact on arrival. Cannot fault the fantastic food choices at b'fast & dinner. Dining room kept spotless by lovely Ana and others. Evening entertainment was OK (just a singer every other night or so). Quiet lounge bar, nice coffee in the evening after dinner. Hotel location was excellent, we walked across to the beach for a swim a couple of times. Bars & restaurants just minutes away, you had to walk thru the Dolphin Bar to access the hotel (key card entry gate) so we used it quite a lot. (Also favourites were Castaways & La Colmea). We plan to return to this hotel in the future, highly recommend it.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, and honestly, I think it might be the best hotel on the entire island of Mallorca. Everything was absolutely perfect — outstanding service, incredibly friendly staff, beautiful rooms, amazing pools, and delicious food. Without a doubt, this was one of the best levels of service I have ever experienced. The staff is always ready to help with anything, everywhere and at any time. Everyone is very attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. I highly recommend this hotel, and if I ever come back to Mallorca, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for such a wonderful and luxurious vacation.
