We have had an amazing stay at Riu Dubai. Our main positives of the experience were the cleanliness of the hotel, the meals which were fantastic, absolutely could not fault them. The all-around service from staff was exceptional. Our only feedback would be in terms of accessibility. There were not many toilets available in the communal areas which was a minor annoyance as I'm currently pregnant. We also felt that there could be more quiet spaces to have a drink. Particularly, as none smokers, our only options were the restaurants, the main bar; which filled up very quickly either side of meal times; and the main entertainment area which becomes quite loud once activities begin in the evenings. Outside seating was nice but mainly occupied by smokers so we had to avoid. Another area of constructive feedback would be that seats and sunbeds were not the most comfortable. Especially being pregnant there was a lot of low tables in communal areas so not easy to play any card games without having to keep leaning down. The sunbeds didn't have any cushions on them so again this was uncomfortable after a while of sitting, we managed to get hold of some extra towels which helped.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at RIU Dubai and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From check-in to departure, everything was smooth, well organised, and exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself is amazing — modern, spotless, and very well maintained throughout. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and cleaned to a very high standard every day. The facilities across the hotel are excellent, with plenty of space to relax and never feeling overcrowded. The staff were outstanding and truly made the holiday special. Every member of the team was friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful. They always had a smile and went out of their way to make sure guests were happy — a real credit to the hotel. The food and drinks were excellent for an all-inclusive resort, with a great variety and quality at every meal. The themed restaurants were a lovely touch and added to the overall experience. The private beach and pool areas were clean, well looked after, and relaxing, with plenty of sunbeds available. The atmosphere throughout the day and evening was great, with enjoyable entertainment without being too loud or intrusive. A unique bonus for us was the plane spotting — aircraft flying overhead on approach, which was brilliant to watch and added something extra to the stay, especially for aviation fans. Overall, RIU Dubai offers excellent value for money, outstanding service, and a truly relaxing holiday. We will definitely return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing stay — can’t wait to return! I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel! The service was excellent — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Everything was clean, neat, and perfectly maintained. The beach is beautiful with soft sand and warm, clear water — I loved spending time there. The food was delicious, with a great variety, and you could really feel that the staff put a lot of effort into making every meal enjoyable. I have already stayed here twice and would be very happy to come back again. Highly recommended!

Fabulous all inclusive beach front resort with three pools (two heated) and an onsite water park. The dining experience across breakfast, lunch and dinner was exceptional. The range of western, arabic, indian, and italian cuisines available for lunch and dinner were matched with authentic tastes. The desserts were of good quality, of which the warm desserts (blueberry crumble, apple crumble, dates pudding) were some of the best I have had. The cooked breakfasts were made to order. All inclusive cocktails were made nicely with good spirits rather than cheap paint strippers. Short queues at the beach bars which enhanced the experience. Special thanks to Jomin and Bipin (chefs), Regina and Roshan (waiting staff) and housekeepers.
