I would say this hotel is more of a 3 star than a 4 star for it's official hotel rating. We just come back from a week staying here ( 2 Adults, 13 year old, 8 year old & 1 year old) The location itself had absolutely gorgeous views, the area was slightly quieter than other parts of the island, just under €5 for taxi to Amadores beach, or you can walk it. €7 to Puerto Rico shopping centre. The hotel itself was kept clean and tidy. Rooms was slightly outdated but really clean and tidy. Maids did a great job. Room had a small kitchen area, roof fans, air-conditioning & a small balcony with table, chairs and 2 sun loungers They have a smoking area for smokers. Rooms are smoke/vape free as well as throughout the hotel, restaurants and pool. The pool area was clean every morning, with lifeguard present every day. No floats or Balls allowed in the pool. Only swim aids. The pool had a good depth. They also have a small baby pool and a splash park which my one year old loved. The restaurant/bar itself was really clean and well maintained, the day staff and night staff are really friendly and welcoming. All spirits, wine, soda, juice, slush machine and coffee ect are all self serve. Food wasn't the greatest and got repetitive. Just expected a little better for food being 4 star rating. Either way it was all clean and tidy despite it being the same foods. Bbq is on Thursdays and Mondays, I would say thats the best day for evening food. Day time entertainment was good, she got everyone involved, good conversation, very chatty and friendly. Music was good. Only issue we had was with receptionist lady on a night/evening time was quite mardy and rude. She wasn't happy ordering taxi's for us. Seem to be getting annoyed with it. Which was a shame really because it's the only real negative on the whole stay. They other guy on evening/night shift was great as was the day time staff. Overall we had a great stay and would visit again.

After staying at Servatur Wakki in St Ingles thought give this place a try, Although top of a hill the walk down isn't bad as it looks. Excellent rooms and views across the area. Food: For an all inclusive the food is pretty good after reading previous reviews before booking. There's some different dishes each night, but sides etc are mainly the same, BBQ was nice touch one night. Drinks: all cocktails through a machine, small selection of drinks but still good, night time they give glasses of champagne. Entertainment not for me, very borning and basic, good for pre drinks before heading out into town.

This is place is so run down wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, reception staff are rude and not helpful we have had so many issues. This hotel is not a 4 star definitely a 2 star. Cockroaches in the rooms and no one came to help. Food was average. They only do single bed rooms so if you book a family room you only get two single beds, we had our 2 year old falling in the hole because they couldn’t do anything about having two single beds I was told to find another hotel from the receptionist. The hotel is far up the hill that you would definitely need a car.They had entertainment till 11pm with load music and my little one couldn’t sleep I was told well they can’t do nothing about it he’ll have to sleep after that. All in all this has been the worst hotel I’ve ever been to.

I just want to say a massive thankyou to all the staff that work here we came here for my daughters 10th birthday first time to gran canary and upon arrival we went for dinner and they came out with a cake and candle mocktails for my 2 daughters and a glass of wine each for me and my wife this started the holiday off to a great start for us secondly I would like to thank the entertainer Anne for giving my children the best entertainment they could of wished for both my daughters can’t wait to return here next year as they really have found a friend in Anne :) the apartments are great very clean and have everything you need with a great size balcony the pool area is amazing we spent a few good pool days here and also the food and drink is also very good food very tasty and something different everyday with plenty of choice we honestly had an Amazing time here and are already looking to book again next year and we really really hope Anne will still be working here as the entertainer 🤞 thankyou for such a great holiday experience

We had a brilliant 2 week break here. Staff and food were fantastic! Rooms are spacious, we had a large terrace to sunbathe on. Pool area is nice and plenty of sunbeds. A special mention to Sarah the entertainment girl who was brilliant with the kids, Federick (Richard Gere lookalike) an attentive waiter, Alona the waitress and her husband the chef and also Pablo the waiter. All very friendly and hard working. A quiet location but that's what we wanted. Handy to get everywhere either by bus or taxi.
