Spent a lovely 3 nights here, stayed on the 1st floor so our room was straight onto tbe terrace next to the pool which was a bonus. Breakfast was good but always the same so if staying longer probably would of got bored of the same food. Paid for an evening meal which was well priced with the food being really nice. Staff were all really nice, the free usage of the spar was also a great bonus. There are a few steps to get up and down to the centre but not an issue for us during our stay.

We leave tomorrow after 2 weeks here in one of the whirlpool rooms (810 top floor) The room is spacious with everything needed, although a little tired, particularly the whirlpool bath. Our room maid is fabulous and very friendly. The staff at reception and in particular in the restaurant are excellent. The food is better than many buffet style hotel restaurants, albeit a fairly limited choice, there’s usually enough options. If we return to Puerto Rico, we’d consider staying here again. Hopefully the rooms will have had a bit of TLC. Decent location, although plenty of steps to get back from the commercial centre. It’s easier if you turn right out of the hotel, down the road to the recycling bins then use those steps. Many people get a taxi back up for about 4 euros but we almost always walked back up

What a lovely hotel. My boyfriend and I stayed for 10 nights and we had a jacuzzi and a massive balcony. The rooms were clean, spacious and we had all kitchen facilities so we could cook if we wanted to. We were self catering however paid for breakfast a couple times. The breakfast was lovely. Such a big selection of fresh fruit, juices, pastries and cooked food. The bar food was also delicious and so reasonably priced. The staff were lovely and so friendly. The hotel is located right in the middle of the town, surrounded by loads of other resorts. It was a five minute walk for us to Mogan mall, which we went everyday for dinner. I 100% recommend the sushi tex mex restaurant and TKO tacos for a variety of one euro tacos! It was around a 30 minute walk to Amadores beach which was beautiful. We did get a hire car which I would recommend if you wanted to go further out to explore the island. A couple things I will say, the journey back up to the hotel is not ideal. I counted around 187 steps we had to take to get back up. In the boiling hot this isn’t the best thing in the world. I’m sure you can follow the pavement round but it will take longer. Also just a small thing in relation to the cleaners. I had a left a couple shavers up on the side next to our sink in the bathroom. These had disappeared after our room was clean, despite no indication given that we wanted them disposed of. This was a slight inconvenience because then I had to go downstairs and spend five euros on some more. It just felt odd that our things were moved / touched. Overall, it was such a lovely hotel and I would stay here again. Food was fantastic, staff were lovely and it was in a very ideal location.

We had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. Staff were friendly, bar service was quick and cocktails were good. The room (a junior suite) fell a little below my expectations. I felt the bathroom was below the standard of a 4-star hotel. The shower was grubby and appeared to have been refitted, leaving holes and patch ups on the tiles, which looked messy. The water temperature was very unregulated, making showering difficult without getting scalded every 30 seconds or so. The bedroom area and balcony area were great and the kitchenette was handy for lunch times. Overall I feel like the hotel could use modernisation throughout, as it is becoming a little tired looking. I have previously stayed at a 3 star Servatur property, for a fraction of the price and I don’t think I’d pay the extra money to come back to the Casablanca in its current condition.

Just come back from our 3rd holiday at this hotel - we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Puerto Rico - honestly love it. Beautiful spotless spacious rooms, all sea view, the food (only have breakfast and lunch there) is absolutely gorgeous. The bar staff cannot do enough for you and are SO friendly - especially Sylvia! Roof top bar for night time. Lovely pool. Plenty of sun beds. We received a welcome back bottle of wine, and glasses of prosecco round the pool. Thank you to all the staff!!
