We leave tomorrow after 2 weeks here in one of the whirlpool rooms (810 top floor) The room is spacious with everything needed, although a little tired, particularly the whirlpool bath. Our room maid is fabulous and very friendly. The staff at reception and in particular in the restaurant are excellent. The food is better than many buffet style hotel restaurants, albeit a fairly limited choice, there’s usually enough options. If we return to Puerto Rico, we’d consider staying here again. Hopefully the rooms will have had a bit of TLC. Decent location, although plenty of steps to get back from the commercial centre. It’s easier if you turn right out of the hotel, down the road to the recycling bins then use those steps. Many people get a taxi back up for about 4 euros but we almost always walked back up

Excellent hotel, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are huge! The whirlpool bath on the balcony was a great feature, we used it every day. The breakfast is all fresh, and has a really good selection. The food at the poolside bar was also outstanding. The roof terrace is nice on an evening, with great views of the area. The barman up there was so friendly, and always had a smile on his face. The location is great for the centre with all the bars and restaurants, and also for the mogan mall, down a load of steps. Easy to get down, but hard work to get back up, so we had taxis and it was about 4 euros from the rank by mcdonalds. The spa is incredible, with sauna, steam room, and a small hot pool in a really nice setting. The hotel is in the shade until late morning, but has the sun until it goes down. The only slight negative was the balcony size, with the table and chairs, bath, umbrella and 2 sunbeds, there was not much room to move on there. although the balcony sizes vary on the superior suites, some are smaller, so make sure to ask for the larger balcony on floors 4 or 7 if that is what you want. We asked and they really tried to help, but the hotel was full. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, lovely place.

Just come back from our 3rd holiday at this hotel - we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Puerto Rico - honestly love it. Beautiful spotless spacious rooms, all sea view, the food (only have breakfast and lunch there) is absolutely gorgeous. The bar staff cannot do enough for you and are SO friendly - especially Sylvia! Roof top bar for night time. Lovely pool. Plenty of sun beds. We received a welcome back bottle of wine, and glasses of prosecco round the pool. Thank you to all the staff!!

“I recommend this place. I spent 9 nights here and had a fantastic stay. Special thanks go to Chef Luis – his dishes were so delicious that I looked forward to dinner every single day. In my opinion, his talent and passion for cooking deserve the highest recognition. I would also like to sincerely thank the wonderful waitress Cedrēs for her professionalism, kindness, and excellent service throughout our stay. Thanks to staff like them, this place leaves truly unforgettable memories. I would be delighted to return in the future!”

Positive things to say about this hotel are the rooms. They’re big with comfy beds. A little kitchen that has a microwave kettle toaster and hob is really useful for making some lunch or having tea and toast. Quiet and calm through the day being an adult only hotel. Friendly waiters in the restaurant and good food on the menu the starters & desserts are buffet choice also soup salads and cheeses to choose from. I still think that when paying for half board all soft drinks or at least a water should be free with the evening meal. The only 2 negative things I have to say is the location which is in a high mountain so when walking to shops bars restaurants there’s about 30 sets of steep steps to climb up and down which is very tiring. And the beach is a 20min walk down the steps and along the road, always got a taxi back costing 4 euros. The nearby entertainment and bars are very loud so you can expect to hear noise until 4am I had to have my earplugs in and air con on to drown out a bit of the noise. Wouldn’t stay here again because of the steps and the night noise.
