To start off by explaining my reasoning behind 4 stars instead of 5 is purely based on the fact that the kids splash pool wasn't open during our stay. Whilst it didn't necessarily ruin the holiday, it was a huge disappointment for me after spending hours trawling the internet to find the ideal pool layout for my family, it was the only reason I booked this hotel in all honesty. So this was a huge let down and we weren't informed of this prior, nor were we told on check in. We only discovered it after having a walk around and finding it fenced off. The only other negative comments from me are; -The room shower. It didn't appear to have been thoroughly cleaned. There was quite a lot of mould built up on the smaller shower head, around the bottom of the shower near the door and on the tiles. This could easily be remedied with some bleach, but I don't believe the cleaners pay much attention to the shower which is a bit of a put off for me. -The toilets by the pool and in the main building by the sports pitch had the worst smell I've smelled since the Long Drops in Glastonbury. Not sure what that's about but wow, it was insane. Also no soap in the pool toilets, which I feel is a bit poor and also gross. Anyway moving on, we had a wonderful holiday and stay overall. The family suite itself was absolutely fine and clean enough (other than the shower as mentioned), really comfy beds which was a bonus! Also pretty quiet (other than hearing the above occupants running around/moving tables each morning). Lovely balcony space too and the decor is nice. The hotel itself is beautiful, it's modern and you can see a lot of effort goes in to maintaining it all. The staff are all wonderful- friendly, helpful and very hard working which should be recognised. The main pools that were open were great, nice and warm and plenty of entertainment going on for all ages. Again, a lot of thought goes into making sure guests are happy! The food is spot on, always great choice (and I usually struggle with hotel buffets), but I genuinely enjoyed each meal I ate, particularly the Asian cuisine station. The fresh pizzas are a must too. The kids disco is ideal, nice and short and engaging for the young ones, though I would have preferred it to start little earlier than 7pm as my 3 year old was all tuckered out by then, but that's a personal preference. I would definitely recommend staying here, it's got everything you could need for a beautiful holiday. The weather being fabulous helps too. Had it not been for the splash pool being closed- it would have been practically perfect for us!

Wow what an amazing hotel, staff all so lovely and helpful food and drinks catering for every need. The hotel is so clean. I would definitely come back actually looking to come back in the summer holidays. Although we dont have children there is so much for them do play park good size pools and lots of activities. Just came back from a week here, and regretted not booking 10 days! What a fab hotel, with 5 different pools, including two adult only areas (one of them being a spa area with a pool and jacuzzi). Hotel rooms were spotless, cleaners in everyday and done an amazing job. I have recommended this hotel to my whole family and friends as everybody commented on how brilliant it looked on all my social media posts! Staff are so lovely and helpful- food is also great however dinner was a tiny bit repetitive but still no complaints. There is a spar shop attached to the hotel which is very handy. Entertain was brilliant and varied every night which was really nice to see different things. Europa shopping centre is a 9 minute walk very close and 5 euros in the taxi down to the other bigger shopping centre and harbour. We would 100% return back here in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for our stay!

A M A Z I N G Hotel and rooms are spotless. All the staff are wonderful. Food is the best we have ever had. Cheap taxis to Puerto Rico My one negative (nothing to do with hotel) the time share people for another hotel. We got sucked in and wasted half a day. Best holiday and would defo return. We stayed here in June 2025 and stayed in the room with a private pool, which was a fantastic choice. These rooms are located on the cliff side of the hotel, offering stunning sea views. The private pool typically received sunlight from around 12pm to 7pm, so while mornings aren’t ideal for sunbathing, it worked well for us. We were able to start the day at a relaxed pace, getting up around 9am, enjoying breakfast, and then spending time at the other hotel pools. The food was excellent, easily one of the best buffet style experiences we’ve had. There was a great variety of food each day, so we did not get fed up of the same food. One negative, although we stayed all inclusive, we found the selection of alcohol somewhat underwhelming, particularly the local beer, which tasted a bit diluted compared to branded beers. The cocktail choice was also very limited unless you paid extra for all inclusive plus. As we are not huge drinkers this did not affect us but thought its worthwhile to note on this review. The room itself was exceptional. Having two floors added a real sense of space and luxury, and the bed was extremely comfortable. There is also a lovely beach nearby, surrounded by rocky hills. It’s a bit of a walk to reach, but the sunset views from there are truly outstanding and well worth the effort if you can handle the uphill climb on the way back. One last point to note, there was entertainment in the evenings but unless you got there early then you'd almost never get a seat, so I would advise arriving early. We personally did not bother but it seemed they had a few good shows on such as a Michael Jackson tribute and similar acts.
