The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the housekeeping and maintenance staff. The maintenance man fixed an issue with our toilet immediately and was very keen to help. Most staff, with the exception of one man in the restaurant, were smiley and welcoming which makes all the difference. The rooms were clean, light and airy with a daily service. The only issue we had was with a problem getting into one of our rooms (and then the wristband opening another guest's room) but this was solved immediately by Reception staff. The food offered a good variety and the entertainment was good. Always lots of sunloungers available. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is not very clean. The towels are not changed regularly, and the staff told me that the manager only allows the bed sheets to be changed every three days. The rooms do not have refrigerators. The breakfast offers plenty of food, but there isn’t much variety. The same dishes are served every day. However, the service is excellent, and the staff are friendly.

This is a very good hotel. It has a good swimming pool with plenty of sun beds and the restaurant is good. There is plenty of choice of foods but we did find that the sausages were not real sausages; they were processed crap that tasted of cardboard. Waiters were good and cleared tables quickly during and after service. The hotel is very close to the Yumbo centre, literally a 5-minute walk. Plenty of supermarkets close by for low cost alcohol. Bad points: people were reserving sun beds at 7am in the sun and then not using them until the afternoon. This needs to be stopped.

Pros: Unreal location. Short walk to beach as well as to all the main restaurants and bars. Loved the pool, pool bar, mini games and the activities and stuff you could do in the hotel such as water polo and bingo. Reception staff were also very friendly. Cons: Room was unbearably warm. Felt like a sauna. In almost 30 degree heat with a UV of 10 the room felt warmer than outside. The air conditioning was awful, wasn't working originally so we had to complain 5 different times to reception who gave us a spare room for one night and eventually sent a maintenance guy to repair it. The spare room air con wasn't much better either it was still so warm. After the maintenance guy came our original rooms air con went from being diabolically awful to being just straight up bad so even though it got a tiny bit better it was still terrible. Made it impossible to relax or sleep in. We had to keep the full balcony door open at night to be able even to properly breathe in it so we could sleep. The heat got so bad that we eventually had to check out 2 nights early and moved to a different hotel. On checkout they didn't even ask which room number we had or anything else like that.

Excellent, clean hotel. Lots of activities around the pool during the day, from fashion shows to water polo. On-site shop for essentials. The bar didn't take cash, so we couldn't use it. Room was bright and spacious with good size balcony and bathroom. I noticed staff were excellent at asking guests to be quiet after 11pm. Cabaret was fun also.
