We had an amazing stay at Silavadee Resort and would definitely recommend it for a relaxing holiday in Koh Samui. We stayed in an ocean-view room, and the views were absolutely beautiful waking up to the sea every morning was a real highlight. The room was excellent: very comfortable, spotless, and finished to a high standard. Housekeeping was great and paid attention to every detail. They provide useful extras such as slippers, beach bags, yoga mats, and everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Through the resort app, you can easily request extra towels, toothbrushes, makeup-removal kits, or other amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. There are golf buggies available to take you around the resort, which is very convenient, especially because the property is quite large and hilly. Reception is always staffed, and there is secure parking with 24/7 surveillance. One of the things we liked most was the resort app. You can check all the available services, contact reception, book spa treatments, reserve restaurant tables, request room items, and organise much of your stay directly from your phone. Very practical and well designed. The facilities are fantastic: two swimming pools, a private beach, four restaurants, a spa, a small gym, and activities such as kayaking and Muay Thai classes. There are also different types of accommodation, from regular rooms to villas with private pools, so it is suitable for couples, families, or special occasions. 🏝️ The food was excellent. We highly recommend including breakfast: the buffet has a huge variety of options for all tastes, including made-to-order omelettes, salmon, lobster rolls, fresh fruit, pastries, and genuinely excellent barista coffee. ☕️ Breakfast was one of the best parts of our stay. Dinner was also very good, with plenty of choice and high-quality ingredients across the resort’s restaurants. During our stay, there was a wedding at the hotel. It only occupied part of the beach for a few hours and did not really disturb us, but the hotel still gave us chocolates as an apology for any possible inconvenience, a very thoughtful gesture. The wedding also included fireworks in the evening, which looked beautiful. It seems like a wonderful place for a wedding or special celebration. At the end of August, the hotel was very quiet and peaceful, which made the experience even more relaxing. The resort offers a free shuttle service to Chaweng and another nearby area, which is very useful. There is also a motorbike-rental shop close to the hotel that we highly recommend if you want to explore the island independently rather than relying on Grab. The only small negative point is that the gym is very small, so it may feel limited if you are used to doing full workouts with a lot of equipment. Overall, Silavadee is a beautiful, peaceful, and very well-run resort with outstanding service, excellent food, great facilities, and lots of thoughtful details. We would happily return and highly recommend it! 🌴✨

We stayed in the Silavadee Pool Spa Resort at the end of our 3 week trip through Thailand. This hotel exceeded all of our expectations. Service was great, rooms were perfect and the location, WOW. Both swimming pools had the best sea views (+ were really clean!) and the private beach (with snorkeling options) topped it all off. Breakfast, a combination of a la carte and a buffet, was the best we had in a long while. My girlfriend and I already visited a lot of hotels, but we both agreed this was the best hotel we ever stayed at! Thanks for making our stay so special

My wife and I spent 2 weeks at Silavadee for our honeymoon. The Location was absolutely stunning! Every Villa and Room blends nicely into the hilly landscape full of vegetation and little animals. We stayed in an Ocean View Pool Villa and were blown away by how modern, clean, beautiful and relaxing it was. Housekeeping came twice every day and we were treated to an ever-changing selection of fresh exotic fruit as well as little evening snacks by the staff. Air Conditioning worked perfectly and was much needed since temperatures in Koh Samui can get pretty intense. There is a generous selection of complementary items in the minibar, there are also umbrellas for when Thailand’s harsher weather (inevitably) rolls around. There is a lot of thought put into the Rooms, and you can really tell! All restaurants (called The Height, Sun, Moon and Star Bar) offered a delicious selection of both Thai as well as Western dishes, so there was something for every mood:) There is a private beach and some swimming pools to relax in. Drinks and fresh towels are always offered at no extra charge, which is a nice touch. Golf Buggys drive around the resort and can pick you up and drive you to your desired destination within the premises if you so wish. This was great for carrying our suitcases and quickly getting around the resort. It’s also a life saver for when the rain surprises you and you need to get back to your room. The Resort and all its facilities were modern, clean and well-kept. Very comfortable! Speaking of the staff, we have no words to describe the sheer effort they put into making your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. Everyone was so kind and generous, and if we ever needed anything, they were only a quick call or text away. And they would move heaven and earth to accommodate our wishes. Truly an unforgettable service experience, we have no words! Everyone on staff who we had the fortune of meeting was exceptional, and we hope they know how much nicer they made our stay! Special Thanks to Aonny, Jew and Dream whom we were lucky enough to get to know a bit better and who were rays of sunshine throughout our stay. We shall think of you for long after our honeymoon! We did not have a single negative experience at Silavadee, and we cannot recommend it enough. It was an absolute privilege to be a guest there, and we are definitely coming back at some point in the future. Thank you!

If ever there was a place I would come back to, it will always be Silavadee. This is a resort with everything you can dream of. You will wake up in your bed with breathtaking views of the beautiful sea, your villa pool and an amazing pool deck. We stayed in Ocean front pool villa (Room 24) and these are the ones with the best views. IMO Room 26 has the best views but even 24 and 25 are quite good. Property has 2 infinity pools but in our 3 day stay we never felt the need to use them as our villa pool was big enough and amazing enough. Breakfast feels like Michelin grade food. Apart from the exotic spread, they have a full fledged ala carte menu and you can order anything and everything from it. Lot of complimentary beverages in the room and everyday they leave one little food hamper after cleaning the room!! And if all of this was not enough, hospitality and people here are just infectiously sweet. There was repair work going on in the villa next to us which was making lot of noise. One call and silavadee team arranged free 1hr spa session for us and fully paid island tour for our family of 3. Now the only negative is the beach. Property has a private beach but is not good for swimming as it is quite rocky. But lamai and silver beach is just 10 min away. Overall this is a small paradise nestled on the mountain with views to die for. A MUST VISIT FOR SURE!!!!

A very professional and attentive team who genuinely tried to cater to what we wanted and were very flexible throughout the process. They were also incredibly patient in answering all my questions, which I really appreciated! They only host one wedding per day, which means they can give your wedding their full attention and make sure everything is well taken care of. The floral decorations were absolutely gorgeous and really made our ceremony and wedding setup look so beautiful. We were very happy with how everything came together. The only downsides was the private beach ceremony, where several hotel guests unexpectedly joined and watched the ceremony. One of our guests even had to ask them not to block the view. We didn’t expect this to happen, but otherwise, the team was excellent and very helpful throughout. Thank you, Toey & Tik, for helping us make our wedding so special!
