This hotel is beautifully located for the beach but not for central restaurants etc but easily remedied by a taxi. Clean and tidy. Staff are friendly but the service is slow.Little attention to detail sadly. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Good gym facilities and opening times good. Breakfast a little limited and duĺl, slow service again. Some Gluten Free options available but the bread is solid, the pancakes like rubber. No allegen signage on food. There waa one raspberry cake which was actually very good.. Prices for food within the hotel very high for what is provided. The pools are beautiful, tranquil and relaxing. Sadly people save places and disappear for hours (can't blame the hotel for their clientele) but so many areas to sit, a real highlight of this hotel. Bar staff slow in the mornings by the pool. I waited until midday for a coke having been poolside since 9am. No one was around. Would have liked an afternoon cake or ice cream without having to visit the beach restaurant. The Saturday lunch buffet was really good. Again no allergen signs for food.

The only hotel in Agadir that is on the beach, very clean, very good food. Kind and friendly staff. I recommend it with pleasure, very good value for money, I recommend half board.

I am currently staying at Sofitel Agadir and have had a wonderful experience so far. The hotel is peaceful, beautifully located, and the breakfast is excellent. I would especially like to recognise Oumayma at reception, whose service has been truly outstanding. Having stayed at many luxury hotels in London and Dubai, I can confidently say that her level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail exceeds international standards. She has been incredibly helpful throughout my stay, assisting with all of my arrangements and appointments, regularly checking in, and ensuring everything has been perfect. She genuinely goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and well looked after. A week in heaven, the managers Brahim and Najia are amazing, as well as their teams, they really took care of us, we enjoyed the food and restaurants so much ! we loved the spa and the massages we had too.
