We had a wonderful experience at Hyatt Regency Taghazout Bay. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine smiles and a level of professionalism that truly stands out. The restaurant view is absolutely stunning, creating a relaxed and elegant atmosphere, and the service was excellent from start to finish. A special mention goes to Elboucine, who truly went above and beyond to host us with care, attention, and kindness — even though we were not hotel guests. That alone says a lot about the values and standards of this place. It’s refreshing to see a venue where every guest is treated with respect, regardless of whether they are staying at the hotel or just visiting. This is hospitality done right. We will definitely recommend Hyatt Regency Taghazout Bay and look forward to coming back. A place that truly values its customers and professionalism.

This January I had a chance to visit the wonderful place on the bank of the ocean named Taghazout. The area of the hotel is very nice, the location is right next to the ocean. Breakfasts are delicious, very good choice of dishes. The only minus I would like to mention is that in my room the shower was not working well, which forced me to change the room in the middle of the night. However, this minus was immediately forgotten due to the very helpful and supportive staff member, Mr. Khalil, who is working on reception. He helped me to buy the tickets on the train and did his best to resolve my issues related to the ticket obtaining. I travel a lot around the world but it is not common to see such employees. I am afraid he was even late for his trip home in evening while helping me. I am sure that such employees like Mr Khalil deserve bonus and promotion. I wish him all the best in his career.

We booked this hotel as a family trip, and it felt the most modern and safe option in the area. Our stay was brilliant, and our room was excellent. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, with lots of sweet treats and fresh eggs. We had direct access to the beach, and the security was everywhere. It was an incredible stay. My only criticisms were the food and drink prices, which were the same in Europe but the quality was not. The staff was friendly, but the pool staff could have been slightly more helpful. On our first day, we struggled to find a sunbed and asked the pool side staff for help, but they weren’t bothered. There’s a lot of Construction going on in the area. I can’t wait to come back in the future.

I absolutely loved my stay at Hyatt Regency Taghazout! I was welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. The reception team deserves a special mention – they are incredibly attentive, knowledgeable.. They made me feel cared for throughout my stay. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained – exactly what you hope for when staying in such a stunning location. The food quality was outstanding, with a variety of delicious options that exceeded my expectations every day. A huge thank you to Azzelarab and his team – their dedication and professionalism shine through in every detail. The cleaning staff were always friendly, helpful. The waiters impressed me with their efficiency, professionalism, and genuine smiles – dining was always a pleasure thanks to them. Special thanks also to Izza and Abderrahim, whose exceptional service truly stood out. The swimming pool guards and security team were always vigilant, making me feel safe and well looked after at all times. Every aspect of my stay reflected excellence in hospitality – from the food to the staff, the rooms, and the overall atmosphere. This hotel combines luxury with heartfelt service, and that is what makes it unforgettable. I'm looking forward to returning!

Beautiful resort and above all, a beautiful team ! Although not being very close to Taghazout village (25 min walk away), the property feels brand new and is well maintained. The 2 swimming pools are the prettiest, and the view over the ocean is gorgeous ! The whole staff's welcoming is so warm, consistently full of smiles and ready to offer help. A warmest thank you to Zineb (Guest Relations F&B), Jaouad (Front Desk), Rachid (Concierge), Hamza (Bar/restaurant), and the whole team for having made our time so pleasant! The only point to improve is the coordination between front desk and housekeeping in order to provide a quick, seamless and efficient service that would make the property perfect ;)
