Absolutely incredible food and hospitality – a world-class experience!** We have travelled far and wide, but our stay at the Sofitel Royal Bay was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were met with a warm, friendly welcome from the staff. The entire resort is impeccably clean and tidy, and the housekeeping team deserves a special mention for keeping our room in excellent condition throughout our stay. ### The Culinary Highlight 🍳 The food here is on another level. The kitchen takes immense pride in their choices, and everything from the starters to the mains and the fabulous desserts tasted incredible. Honestly, it is some of the best food we have ever had on our travels. We were completely taken back by how attentive the staff are. A huge shoutout to **Yessine**, the assistant in the evening restaurant. He went through every single dish with us, explaining its origins and how it was cooked. His passion and pride in his job were wonderful to see and made our dining experiences unforgettable. One Minor Detail The only downside to note is that the drinks are quite expensive. However, this was a minor thing and didn't spoil our holiday in any way. We had an amazing time and cannot recommend this hotel enough, especially if you appreciate great service and world-class food!

We enjoyed a week here in January. Lovely hotel, very well appointed. The buffet and Soul restaurants were excellent. Being able to walk directly onto the sea front was ideal for evening strolls and getting to the marina area. Staff were unfailingly friendly and non-intrusive. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous hotel just came back from a week in June. Breakfsst is delightful. Did not have lunch or dinner would go out for that. Great location right on the very busy and safe promenade. One negative is there is no sectioned off area on the actual beach like other near by hotels. Pool is lovely. Beds are lovely and comfy overall would recommend. They serve shisha and tea/drinks in what they call the Riad lovely centre of the hotel with so.e entertainment.

Amazing hotel, the interior. Quiet hotel. Breakfast and dinner is basic, not much choice. Spa lady Aicha was amazing, did a brilliant job with a Moroccan Hamman for both of us, very well done and great caring lady. Evening entainment the ladies were awesome, the DJ was sleeping and the 2 male singers - not much vibe from them

Exceptional service and staff! We had a great experience at Sofitel Royal Bay. All the staff is super polite and attentive to details. We enjoyed every moment from breakfast till dinner and we received a marvellous service from Omar and Redouane at dinner! The room was super comfortable, the bed is amazing! The breakfast offers many options. The swimming pool is super nice and the mini Club team was very professional with a real programs for kids . The beach though was a bit crowded.
