Overall impression: Everything was great! The breakfasts were delicious, and the service was absolutely excellent. I want to give a special shout-out to Abdellah. He was incredibly helpful and responsive, going out of his way to assist us with everything we needed. Such a wonderful asset to the hotel team! The only minor downside is that the rooms are looking a bit tired. In a couple of years, they will definitely need some renovation. It didn’t ruin our stay, but it's something to note. Would still recommend this hotel for the amazing hospitality and great atmosphere!

I had an amazing experience at Hilton Taghazout Bay Beach Resort & Spa, especially at the Chiringuito Bar. The atmosphere was beautiful, the drinks and service were excellent, and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the evening. I would like to give a special thank you to Oumaima Qamch for her outstanding service. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. Her warm smile, kindness, and dedication made my time at the Chiringuito Bar even more enjoyable. She truly made me feel welcome and is a great asset to the Hilton team. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel and the Chiringuito Bar, and I look forward to coming back again!

Overall, a good experience. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is clean and well maintained. The only issue I experienced was at the pool yesterday. I was unable to get a drink despite asking several members of staff. I was told that some refurbishment work was taking place, but shortly afterwards I saw other guests being served food and drinks. Unfortunately, nobody came back to assist me. Today was much better and the service improved significantly. At breakfast there was a good selection of food, although cutlery and milk occasionally ran out and were not always replaced promptly. Other than these minor issues, I had an enjoyable stay and found the hotel clean, comfortable, and pleasant.

I went there for the swimming pool and lunch, and I was thrilled with the hospitality and the very good service. Andesamad took care of us since we arrived. He hosted us like he was hosting his family. Very approachable. Always there to see if we needed anything, and always there to answer all our questions with a smile on his face. The other staff were so helpful as well, mentioning Achraf - hope I got his name right - and Youssef as well. You just feel like you're among your best friends there. Overall, I'm super happy and it's going to be a repeat visit for sure!"

What a fantastic experience at Hilton Taghazout Bay! I have to give a huge shoutout to Chahine and the animation team. Every day was full of energy - football matches, pool activities, and PlayStation evenings that were a hit with everyone. The best part? Getting to meet a former Moroccan football star during the tournament. An unforgettable moment! Chahine, thank you for your great vibe, your professionalism and for making our stay so special. Highly recommend!
