Don't come here if you are looking for speedy service of any kind. They are a little clueless about holiday makers desires/requests. Nothing for kids, no kids fruit juice drinks by the pool, no ice cream unless from restaurants menu. Also uk ladies this hotel doesnt sell prosecco. Yes, I know champagne is better but no prosecco, come on! Staff are nice, helpful and will react once you explain stuff but a little inexperienced. Also the breakfast is not great. Limited fruit/cooked options not like the usual buffet standards UK holidaymakers are used to. Gluten free breakfast offering is severely limited - apart from natural gf eggs, the only gluten free thing ive been offered us white bread, no other pastry options or pre packaged cakes at all. The Sunday buffet is very good. Huge choice of food even had sushi along side tagines. Chefs were very helpful for my gluten intollernce. 600mad Not much for kids to do (havent checked out the kids club)

Overall impression: Everything was great! The breakfasts were delicious, and the service was absolutely excellent. I want to give a special shout-out to Abdellah. He was incredibly helpful and responsive, going out of his way to assist us with everything we needed. Such a wonderful asset to the hotel team! The only minor downside is that the rooms are looking a bit tired. In a couple of years, they will definitely need some renovation. It didn’t ruin our stay, but it's something to note. Would still recommend this hotel for the amazing hospitality and great atmosphere!

The atmosphere was beautiful, the drinks and service were excellent, and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the evening. I would like to give a special thank you to Oumaima Qamch for her outstanding service. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. Her warm smile, kindness, and dedication made my time at the Chiringuito Bar even more enjoyable. She truly made me feel welcome and is a great asset to the Hilton team. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel and the Chiringuito Bar, and I look forward to coming back again!

What a fantastic experience at Hilton Taghazout Bay! I have to give a huge shoutout to Chahine and the animation team. Every day was full of energy - football matches, pool activities, and PlayStation evenings that were a hit with everyone. The best part? Getting to meet a former Moroccan football star during the tournament. An unforgettable moment! Chahine, thank you for your great vibe, your professionalism and for making our stay so special. Highly recommend!
