From the moment we arrived, they were both welcoming, attentive, and professional. Their warm hospitality and genuine friendliness made us feel valued as guests. They consistently ensured that everything was available, kept the dining area well maintained, and were always happy to assist with a smile. Mahdi and Ikhlas went above and beyond to create a pleasant and enjoyable breakfast experience. Overall impression: Everything was great! The breakfasts were delicious, and the service was absolutely excellent. I want to give a special shout-out to Abdellah. He was incredibly helpful and responsive, going out of his way to assist us with everything we needed. Such a wonderful asset to the hotel team! The only minor downside is that the rooms are looking a bit tired. In a couple of years, they will definitely need some renovation. It didn’t ruin our stay, but it's something to note. Would still recommend this hotel for the amazing hospitality and great atmosphere!

We had a wonderful week here. Beautifully clean hotel, incredible food. And great location. The hotel provides a luxury experience but it’s close to local villages and towns where you can experience authentic Morocco. The people made it for us. All of the staff are so friendly and fun. Nothing is too much trouble. Particular mention to Oumaima who made our holiday. She is so friendly, positive, kind and helpful. She took genuine pleasure in making our holiday the best it could be. Thank you Oumaima and all of the Hilton team. We will be back

I had an excellent experience throughout my stay. Nadia provided outstanding service at reception and in the shop — she was welcoming, professional, and always happy to help with anything we needed. She really made us feel comfortable and valued. The breakfast was brilliant with a great selection of food, and the service from Oumaima was exceptional. She was attentive, friendly, and ensured everything was perfect for us. Both staff members contributed to making our experience enjoyable and memorable. Highly recommended.

Overall, a good experience. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is clean and well maintained. The only issue I experienced was at the pool yesterday. I was unable to get a drink despite asking several members of staff. I was told that some refurbishment work was taking place, but shortly afterwards I saw other guests being served food and drinks. Unfortunately, nobody came back to assist me. Today was much better and the service improved significantly. At breakfast there was a good selection of food, although cutlery and milk occasionally ran out and were not always replaced promptly. Other than these minor issues, I had an enjoyable stay and found the hotel clean, comfortable, and pleasant.
