The hotel is beautiful, the staff couldn’t be any more welcoming, the animation team are amazing, so friendly, full of life and go above and beyond to make sure you have an amazing holiday. Amazing stay - special shoutout to JiJi and the entire animation team!* We just got back and we’re already missing this place. The hotel is clean, the food is great, and the staff are super friendly. But what made our holiday unforgettable was the entertainment. A huge thank you to *Ji* and the *whole animation team*! Ji is pure energy. From morning pool games to evening shows, she had something for everyone. She remembers the kids’ names, gets even the shy ones to join in, and brings so much charisma to mini disco and dance classes. And the rest of the team are just as fantastic. They worked together so well - always smiling, always professional, and always making sure both kids and adults had fun. The themed nights, sports tournaments, and family activities were perfectly organized and full of good vibes. Thanks to JiJi and the team, our kids didn’t want to leave the kids’ club, and we parents actually got to relax knowing they were in the best hands. If you’re choosing this hotel, go for it. And if you’re lucky enough to have JiJi and her team on duty, you’re in for the best vacation ever! 😊

An absolutely amazing stay at Pickalbatros White Beach Taghazout! From the moment we arrived, the staff, especially Jiji made us feel incredibly welcome and couldn’t do enough to help. The hotel is spotless, modern, and beautifully designed, with stunning views of the beach. The food was excellent with plenty of variety every day, and the drinks and service were fantastic throughout our stay. The pools were clean, there were always plenty of sunbeds available, and the atmosphere was relaxing while still offering great entertainment. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and cleaned to a very high standard every day. Every member of staff we met was friendly, professional, and always smiling, which really made the holiday special. If you’re looking for a luxury all-inclusive in Morocco, I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. We had an unforgettable holiday and will definitely be returning. Thank you to everyone at Pickalbatros White Beach Taghazout for such an incredible experience!

1st time in morrocco. Fantastic stay. Food great. Special mention to jiji and hamza for entertainment, fahrat behind the bar. He kept us "well hydrated 🤣". Rooms were cleaned daily. Izza made a special effort on our anniversary and was a nice touch to come back to. We have already made plans to return for my husbands 40th birthday next year. Keep uo the good work guys!

I have stayed at Pickalbatros Hotel in Taghazout, Morocco,a number of times, and overall I had another enjoyable holiday. The biggest strengths of this hotel are undoubtedly the staff. The Guest Relations team were excellent throughout my stay, always helpful and approachable. The cleaners did a fantastic job every day, keeping my room spotless. The pool bar staff were friendly and hardworking, Abdul the Shisha guy is the man and the dinner hall staff provided great service despite being very busy. A special mention also goes to Ayoub & Nadair from the animation team, who was incredibly professional, welcoming, and made a real effort to ensure everyone had a good time. Unfortunately, one aspect of my stay left me disappointed. While some members of the animation team were great, my experience with others were very different. Salawa & Jiji treated me noticeably colder than other guests. This maybe due to me witnessed them receiving gifts, including bottles of alcohol, from other guests and personally accompanying those guests back to their rooms, while I was largely ignored. Overall, I still enjoyed my holiday thanks to the excellent work of the majority of the staff. However, due to this I don't know if I will be returning back to Picklebatros & I hope the hotel ensures that all guests receive equal and consistent treatment, regardless of their background, as this would make the experience even better..
