Really enjoyed out stay here. Great location. Accessible for all. Even have pool access for non-abled-bodied people. Great all types of holiday goers. Beds and pillows aren't the comfiest but they do for a sleep. The food could be better for us. Lots of selections but not great on flavour. For us we wouldn't book half board next time but definitely want to come back to the hotel for future holidays. Staff are friendly and have helped us whenever we have asked.

Very family friendly, they are v welcoming to children Hotel was exceptionally clean EXCEPT pool. Half of main pool was filthy, black stuff floating around, grout black. We stayed over the other side of pool. Cleaning staff, bar staff, kids club were superb and friendly. Big endorsement for Julia in kids club who was amazingly thoughtful, friendly, kind to all the children. She deserves a promotion. All kids raved about her. Reception staff were a mix. Some very nice but ladies there were disinterested and rude. Dining staff were friendly overall and admirably hard working. BUT food in all inclusive Breakfast and Dinner was shockingly poor. It was poor quality, meat like leather, poor variety, definitely kitchen/chef needs a complete overhaul and quality review. A gripe I would have is though there was ample water, juice, tea and coffee available at breakfast as you would expect… there was non available for dinner… there was just a counter where you were expected to pay for all drinks… this is obviously a trick to make money and is not fair. Rooms were very nice and as expected… very well maintained. Hotels location was perfect… you couldn’t ask for better in terms of amenities. So overall…. Nice hotel except for food and cleanliness of main pool being most in need of improvement.

We stayed at Sol Guadalupe for 9 nights and overall had a very nice holiday. The hotel is well located, close to the beach and in a lively area with plenty to do nearby. The food was also good and we enjoyed our stay. We did have an issue with our room at the beginning, which caused some inconvenience, but the staff were friendly and helpful in dealing with it. A special thank you to Alonso, who personally followed up on our case and helped us reach a satisfactory solution, including compensation through MeliáRewards. We really appreciated his professionalism, patience and involvement. Despite the initial issue, we left with a positive impression and good memories of our stay.

We are currently staying at this hotel,but unfortunately,our experience has been disappointing.The food is average and does not meet the expectations of hotel of this category.What is particularly disappointing is having to pay extra even for drinking water during dinner time. Having to pay separately for basic drinking water at dinner feels unreasonable and takes away from the overall dining experience. We hope the management takes this feedback into consideration and makes improvements.

The hotel itself was very clean as were the rooms. The pool was nice and large and plenty of space for everyone. The entertainment team were really good and the daytime activities were very fun. The bad points were that the rules of the pool were basically your allowed to get in and swim but your not allowed to look like your having fun and no balls or floats. When my 2 year old had a small foam ball in the ball it was instantly removed from the pool which i thought was a bit harsh and there was a group of 3 kids playing tag in the pool and they were threatened to get kicked out of the hotel. My next bad point was the food was the same every morning and it was probably 4/10 the one guy making omelettes saved breakfast for me. We did not eat at the hotel for dinner because it wasnt very appetising. Overall a decent holiday but staff could have been a bit more friendly.
