Where to start. We're in room 152. Its appalling. The view is of the kitchen roof, the balcony overlooks a different hotel, but given where the balcony is, constantly in the shade and above a kitchen, there is no way Im ever going to use it. What a waste of money. The room is functional at best. The shower/toilet has no door, so if you're with someone who likes a bit of privacy, your not going to get it here, if your on the toilet and whoever you share the room with is going to hear every detail of what you're doing!!! Be warned. Room 152 is on the stairwell, so you get the joy of hearing everyone coming back in from 2am-6am in every glorious detail. If you're allocated a stairwell dont accept it. Its a bloody nightmare. On the plus side. The reception is nice. The 2 pools are lovely, albeit the 1st floor pool water looks like tapioca pudding. You dont want to be getting that pool water in your mouth. Trust me. The breakfast is fabulous. Great coffee and loads to choose from. Would I stay here again? Not if you paid me too. You get what you pay for and this is not worth the money. There has to be better than this in Majorca. Go there instead!!!

I’m so happy with our stay at Sol House Mallorca. We had a small issue with our room when we arrived, but the staff rectified it immediately and gave us a phenomenal room. The staff here are the standout. so courteous, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The facilities are clean, amazing, and the location is super central. My main takeaway is how accommodating the staff are. If you have any concerns during your stay, definitely speak to them because they will do everything they can to make things right. Would absolutely stay again!

Enjoyed our stay! Only downsides would be that the rooms are minorly dated with a few scuffs, paint chips etc but nothing horrific! Also not alot of sun loungers/ Bali beds available at both pools so it can sometimes be a struggle to find some. I also wasn’t a fan of an event rep going round the pool trying to sell tickets to events. But the hotel itself was quite good and I would consider coming back!

Extremely disappointing experience at Sol House Mallorca — especially the front desk service. Our group arrived around 7:00 AM and was the first group checking in that day. We completely understood that the official check-in time was 3:00 PM and did not expect special treatment. What was unacceptable was sitting there for hours and watching more than five groups/couples who arrived well after us receive rooms before we did, with no explanation and seemingly zero effort from the front desk to assist us. When we politely asked for updates, the staff were dismissive, rude, and showed absolutely no desire to help or even make us feel welcome. There was no attempt to explain why later arrivals were being accommodated first or to see whether any rooms could be prioritized for guests who had already been waiting since 7 AM. To make matters worse, we were told we had to pay separately for breakfast that morning, despite breakfast being included with our stay, because apparently the included amenities don’t begin until the official check-in time. Yet the hotel knows we are checking out early tomorrow morning and will not even be here to use the included breakfast we paid for. Technically hiding behind “check-in time” may be hotel policy, but it certainly isn’t hospitality. We weren’t asking for guarantees that our rooms would be ready at 7 AM. We were asking for basic courtesy, consistency, communication, and some willingness to help. Watching guest after guest who arrived after us receive rooms while the staff remained dismissive made the experience even worse. For a hotel in Mallorca that depends heavily on tourism and hospitality, the attitude from the front desk was shocking and absolute trash. Management seriously needs to review how guests are treated, how early arrivals are prioritized, and how staff communicate when rooms aren’t available. A beautiful location cannot make up for service that makes guests feel like an inconvenience. This was our first impression of Sol House Mallorca, and unfortunately it was a terrible one.

it was ok…but the hotel is far from a 4 star hotel, food is good and great options, the cleaning of the rooms is pretty much non existent, we had our bedsheets changed 1 time in a 7 day stay. Location in really good
