We had a wonderful seven-day family experience at Sol Lanzarote. My wife and six-year-old daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed all the aspects of the resort. The entertainment was fantastic thanks to Lorenzo and Nathan. The pool variety and cleaning were also top-notch. The food and location were perfect. The rooms could be improved a bit though. Our double superior was a bit dated. Overall, it was a very good experience.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. The best asset is the staff. Everyone was very friendly and always here to help. We also really appreciated the welcome gifts on arrival which made a very big difference to us! The room seemed to be renovated and was clean. The big downside was the lack of air conditioning. After checking with reception, we found out that it was only on between 06:00pm and 02:00am which was odd. We often woke up around 3:00am as it started to get hot in the room and, as we had a ground floor room, we did not want to leave the window open. The food was good for an all inclusive hotel and was different each night. The pool bar was a great addition with plenty of food and drinks available throughout the day. There were plenty of pools and they were cleaned but the deeper one needs to be renovated. It was very difficult to find a bed as they were reserved from early morning by people who did not care that it was written everywhere that it was forbidden. It’s a shame that the staff does not enforce this rule. It’s a hotel with ups and downs but for the price paid it was great value and we would return without hesitation.

The hotel- the hotel as a whole is massive, lots of sunbeds, big pools so space for everyone. Great location close to Puerto del Carmen and tons of bars and food places around. By the beach too which is a plus. Rooms- our room was absolutely lovely. Big and spacious, great sea view, and was very clean with a large balcony. Food- the restaurant is a great area, lots of tables and choice to sit inside or out. However, food was mediocre. Not very many options and very basic. Entertainment - the team were absolutely lovely, so friendly and great with kids, with a big shout out to Lorenzo! We would have loved more activities to be on but whatever was put on was great! We enjoyed some of the themed nights but would have liked shows to be a bit longer with mini disco songs sometimes a bit repetitive but the energy was always at a 100%. The staff around the hotel are absolutely phenomenal and so friendly and approachable. Always willing to help. They have a great range of cocktails for an all inclusive. As a whole the hotel had a great vibe, and was very family friendly, safe and welcoming with a great location and view.

Arrived home last night and we’ve had an absolute amazing holiday. Hotel is 5 minutes from the airport (super fun watching the planes or fighter jets landing or taking off) Hotel is nice, only challenge is finding your room. It took us like 20 minutes, the map is not the best and the signs are confusing. After you have passed this hurdle you are going to love it. We’ve had a superior sea view room, huge comfortable bed, amazing view and the rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels. Staff is amazing, entertainment is great, every night something different after the kids club. The staff is super energetic (don’t know how can they do this every day) throughout the whole day. During the day exercise classes, kids club, live music etc. and night live music, belly dancers and all sorts. Their energy is unbelievable. Our kids loved the kids disco, had a blast. The food is great, they change it every day to different nations food. But it is a mix, you will find something what you like because there is so much to choose from. We have loved the snackbar as well, the burger is amazing. Drinks are unlimited, I have lived on the alcohol free pina colada the whole week as I’m not drinking alcohol but they definitely not shy putting the alcohol in if you want it. We have had a day at Rancho Texas, definitely don’t miss it if you go to Lanzarote. I can’t praise enough the hotels cleaning team. They are constantly cleaning, everything is spotless and when you are at the restaurant and finish your plate they are immediately there to take the dirty plate away. Definitely can recommend for a family holiday. Thank you guys at Hotel Sol for the great experience, you have made is so memorable 🫶🏻

I really enjoyed my experience at the hotel. The rooms are large and spacious, and the room cleaning is adequate, with no reason to complain. The hotel itself is excellent, with plenty of rooms, a huge playground for children, 3 swimming pools, lots of instructions, and plenty of activities for both adults and children. The staff are super friendly and kind. The food was very repetitive, but I understand that it's an easier option for everyone staying there. Apart from that, everything was good: the taste, the desserts. The beach in front of the hotel is one of the best, and the view is amazing. I have no complaints about the hotel.
