Stayed for 5 nights in May this year. Overall our experience was pretty good. Rooms were clean and tidy, housekeeping was always excellent. The only downsides to the room were having 2x single beds instead of the option of a double, and the aircon was not great. Given, that it wasn't particularly hot at the time of our stay, I can only imagine how warm the rooms would be with such poor aircon at the height of summer. Food was always lovely with fresh options cooked in front of you every meal. Location was good, lots of amenities close by and the beach a stones throw away. As a result there can be some noise in the evenings/nights but this is to be expected. We loved the sauna and steam room access that the hotel provided! All staff were always polite and courteous at all times.

I'm very sad to wright this review but i feel it is needed as I've have been a returning customer for years and have spent a absolute fortune with this company I was at dinner when I qued up to get a burger cooked for myself when the chef made me wait for no apparent reason and every time he cooked a burger he would not give it to me he would hand it straight away to a new person who just came over and then tell me 2 mins he told me this around 5 times and then tried to argue with me when I told him I've been waiting longer then anyone and u keep giving my burger to other people After this kind of treatment I have lost alot of respect for the company this was a clear sign of disrespect and to think this holiday has cost alot of money to be treated in this manner has made me see this company in a new light 💔 After speaking to the manager the problem was rectified and we was given 2 complimentary drinks on the house this has restored my faith back in the company I would also like to say a big thank you to the manager for sorting this out for us and personally coming to our door.

Rooms are a bit small but for a couple they will do. I loved how clean the hotel was, always had a nice smell when passing the front doors and the location. Being on the central street I expected noise but we slept like a baby, very good isolated. Staff are amazing and so nice and helpful, only thing I disliked was the check in as it took ages I understand is the new Spanish law , but after a long flight you just want to sleep. Otherwise I recommend

The room was clean and tidy, I really liked it. We had bathrobes on the bed and a wonderful surprise of free cocktails. Incredible. The sea view is better on the top floor. The food is great but it's bad that they don't serve drinks with dinner, you have to buy them.

My boyfriend and I booked a long weekend here, and it was amazing. Everything you want from a relaxing break. The staff were incredible and so accommodating. We couldn't fault the service. Each member of staff went above and beyond. So friendly. The hotel is immaculate and positioned in a quiet but central location. I was surprised but delighted to see many solo travellers mixed with older and younger couples. If you are looking for a party spot, this area is not for you. Come for good food, clean, quiet pool area, and well made drinks served by the pool with a smile. We will be coming back soon.
