The Olivar Suites in Corfu is easily the best hotel we've stayed in in Europe. From the stunning decor and beautiful gardens, to the spacious rooms with private pool, and the friendly and attentive staff (Mytro and Angela, thank you!). Olivar Suites really does have everything you need for a relaxing, luxurious holiday where you are really looked after by their lovely team. The rooms are sensational - we stayed in a Corfiot Suite the first year and Premiere Suite the second and both were fabulous and spacious. The pool area and beach are both utterly gorgeous and there is plenty of room at both (we travelled in May and June). We stayed on a B&B basis and the breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice and great quality - and the food and drink at the beach bar were delicious - stunning iced coffees! There are a handful of lovely restaurants within walking distance and all the owners are friendly and welcoming (Seaside Snack Bar; Giacomo's Pizza Pasta & Wine; BO the Butcher; Taverna Bacchus). The spa was great with lovely treatments and a small gym. And I almost forgot to mention the hotel buggies that take you from A to B with a private driver across the hotel grounds! Lovely touch. We'll be returning for our third consecutive year in 2026 with our 4yo and this time will stay for 10 nights as seven just isn't enough for this magical place! I really cannot fault it.

We stayed here in the second week of October – the weather was perfect. From the moment we arrived, everything felt just right. The staff were super attentive but never intrusive, and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and a fruit platter. Breakfast was amazing – my personal highlight was the truffle cheese & avocado, along with candied almonds and honestly the best pancakes I’ve ever had! The room was stylish, spotless and even had a hair straightener plus vegan and sustainable amenities, which I really appreciated. We had our own private pool, which made the stay extra special. The bar and pool area are gorgeous, with a stunning view. The property is full of beautiful, old olive trees, which make the surroundings feel magical. And the cute little cats around the hotel just melted my heart. This place has it all – comfort, style, amazing food and the best atmosphere. Truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. 🌿✨

We visited this gorgeous little heaven in early October. The weather was still warm and sunny to enjoy the beach. The thoughtful layout of the accommodation, the quality of interior and the scented gardens were all breathtaking. The private beach was very well organized and looked after, and the sun-beds were so comfortable! After sunset, we enjoyed our quiet stroll in the gardens with amazing smell of herbs and serene lighting, so calming and relaxing. The restaurant food was simply delicious and beautifully presented every time. We specially enjoyed the tasty steaks, which were perfectly cooked, various salads as well as their homemade sourdough with the top notch olive oil from Corfu.Also the breakfast was fantastic with so many options, definitely one of the best we had in five star hotels. Most of all, the staff were truly kind. We had our 1year old toddler and they were genuinely friendly to him and accommodating the whole time! We enjoyed our stay so much and felt welcomed, we even extended our stay for more nights. And we are already planning to come back next year too :-)

Unreal, perfect from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Room - clean, comfortable and stylish with excellent housekeeping/turn down. We bought ourselves the room's speaker because it was such good sound quality! Location - You'll need to venture out of Messonghi if you want to do anything besides the hotel visit but the Olivar Suites itself an oasis. Beach - plenty of loungers, staff are always on hand with quick service and bring you a few weeks surprises as you chill out. Spa - couples massage was enjoyable. Reception - super helpful with all our queries, great for advice on what to do with your time on the island too. Food - wow, I'd return just for the food alone. Make sure you go at least half board. Overall - 5*, no doubt. One of the best places I've been.

My partner booked it for us so I had no expectations coming in, but very soon I realised Olivar does thing really well. I love how understated yet extremely fine everything was. The decor, lighting outside and inside the room (major extra points for those intuitive switches and how they will turn on/off gradually!), choice of furnitures, are all seem very well-thought. Service was amazing. The breakfast with a la carte choice + buffet were close to perfect. There are tavernas and shops as well nearby. Luxury hotels sometimes can feel too over the top, but here everything is perfectly in the right portion and rather very well done.
