Overall great stay! Rooms are perfect for a family, very clean, comfortable and spacious. Food is excellent! Lots of choice and tasty but restaurant does get very busy. Children’s pool is fab, lots of slides and it is gated so the children can’t get out of the area. Always spare sunbeds by kids pool between 8-10am, busy after. Location is good, shop on site and aldi down the road, 10 / 15 mins ish walk down to the front. Staff are mostly nice and very helpful but odd one can be rude. we really enjoyed it and would recommend.

We found this hotel online and had a really pleasant stay. Our original room wasn’t available, so we were upgraded to a suite, which was a very nice surprise. The room was spacious and we had a lovely view from high up. It wasn’t a full sea view, but we could still see the sea, which was beautiful. I also really liked the large pool and the hotel amenities. It’s especially convenient if you have a car. A couple of small things could be improved. The elevator wait can take a few minutes even tho there are a couple of elevators hehe and the fan in our room was quite noisy and made a clanking sound. We also found some leftover nugget sauce on the balcony, which was a little strange and seems like it may have been missed during cleaning. We also had breakfast at the hotel and managed to get it at a discounted price of just €5 per person, which was really good value for money. I think it was because we went quite close to the end of breakfast service. The food itself was okay, but the breakfast area felt very busy and a bit messy. A lot of tables had not been cleared or reset yet, and there were many families and children around, so it felt quite chaotic at times.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was extremely child-friendly, which made our family vacation even more enjoyable. There were plenty of facilities and activities for children, and everyone made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Our room was clean, spacious, and offered a breathtaking view. Waking up every morning to such a beautiful panorama was truly unforgettable. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and family-friendly place to stay. We would love to come back again!

Positive: 1. Evangelii and Matias (the receptionists) are very friendly and even gave us a bag of food when we arrived at 11:00 p.m. 2. They generally have very friendly staff. 3. They have really good coffee. 4. The lunch and dinner at the hotel are very good; it's much better to eat at the hotel than out. We tried the highest-rated restaurants in town, and the food was terrible. So if you think to book all-inklusive please just do it. 5. The location: It's an 8-10 minute walk to the beach. 6. The pool is nice and clean. Negative: 1. Hygiene!! 2. The bathroom is really disgusting, the toilet stinks like shit, literally like shit. Please do something about it. 3. The shower is covered in limescale (see photo). The shampoo holder is rusty. Overall, even though the housekeeper came and cleaned the room, it didn't feel clean. 4. The ceiling is peeling (see photo). We didn't know if it was mold or water damage, but it just looked terrible.

We still enjoyed our holiday overall, but unfortunately the hotel itself fell quite a bit below what we expected and we wouldn’t choose to stay here again. Our first impression wasn’t great, as we arrived to find water leaking through the ceiling vent in our room. We reported it immediately, but were simply told to put towels underneath it rather than being offered another room or having the issue properly addressed. Thankfully it stopped after around 24 hours, but it wasn’t a great start to the stay. We also had a recurring sewage smell coming from the bathroom during the week. We mentioned it a few times, but the solution seemed to be putting bleach down the drain and unfortunately the smell kept returning. Housekeeping was probably our biggest disappointment. Aside from replacing towels and bin bags, very little seemed to be done. We repeatedly had to leave notes requesting fresh bedding, toiletries once they had run out, and dirty glasses to be removed. On one occasion, dirty bin bags were left on top of our clean clothes. Items we had left charging were also unplugged on more than one occasion. The WiFi in our room was virtually non-existent and the television channels rarely worked. Soundproofing was also very poor — the walls were extremely thin and the vents between rooms meant we could clearly hear conversations, music and general noise from next door. There were definitely positives. The room itself was a good size, most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, and Evangil in particular was lovely. Drinks were readily available throughout the day and service was generally very quick. We thought the food quality and variety were good and really enjoyed the themed evenings. There were always plenty of sun loungers around the pool, beach towels were readily available, and the complimentary rooftop tasting-menu dinner was a lovely touch. There is plenty the hotel does well, and we did still have a nice holiday, but unfortunately the problems with the room, housekeeping and maintenance outweighed the positives for us. We wouldn’t personally return or recommend the hotel based on our experience.
