We had an amazing stay and the staff truly made the experience unforgettable. A special thank you to Flabio from the entertainment team. He was incredible — he taught me how to dance to Dominican music, helped my family and I with the archery activities, and even took time to help me improve my Spanish. He was so friendly and really made our stay extra fun. Also a big thank you to Ana at reception who helped us book a restaurant for my mother’s birthday. She was so helpful and made the celebration really special for us. We’d also like to thank the cleaner who looked after our room. Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name, but she was an older lady with blonde and grey hair. She was wonderful, always kind and did such a great job. Overall the stay was fantastic. The staff were so warm and welcoming and made our holiday truly memorable. We’re so grateful for such a lovely experience.

Tropical Deluxe Princess We stayed here as a family of four and unfortunately did not have a good experience. The grounds were well-kept and the pools were enjoyable, which were the only real positives for us. Our first room was unacceptable. It was infested with ants and other bugs, there was other people’s hair and belongings in the bed, dirt and sand on the floor, and hair and dirt inside the drawers. You could wipe the furniture and dust would come off on your hand. We requested to be moved but were not relocated the first night. When we were moved the next day, it was clear the room had only been surface-cleaned. There was still a smell, and dirt and hair were visible in cracks and corners. We later found a cockroach, and the solution was simply to spray the room. On top of this, during our stay we were approached to attend a timeshare presentation, which felt very off-putting given the issues we were already dealing with. This is the first vacation where we genuinely wanted to leave early. For the price and expectations of an all-inclusive resort, cleanliness and guest comfort should be non-negotiable. Sadly, this was not our experience, and we would not return.

We recently stayed at this resort and overall had a lovely experience. The property is very clean, nicely renovated, and family-friendly, making it a great choice for a relaxing getaway. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, which we really appreciated. There are, however, a few areas that could be improved: The AC in the rooms needs an upgrade. We had to change rooms three times, and each one had issues with humidity and poor cooling. The food could be better, especially by offering more kid-friendly options such as chicken strips, French fries, fried shrimp, and fried calamari. The seafood selection was also below expectations. I noticed many reviews mention friendly staff, and while everyone we met was polite and helpful, the overall warmth and enthusiasm felt a bit missing — a few more smiles would make guests feel even more welcome. We had some difficulty communicating in English, as around 80% of the staff we interacted with did not speak it well. However, this wasn’t a big issue for us — everyone tried their best to assist, which we truly appreciated. Overall, it’s a beautiful, clean, and family-oriented resort with a lot of potential. With small improvements in comfort, food variety, and communication, it could easily become a perfect five-star destination!

We just got back from a week at this resort! The grounds are very lovely and lots of spots to check out as the resort is quite large. Lots of activities and plenty of food options at each buffet, the Italian a la carte was by far the best one we tried!! The things that I would love to see change would be the beach towel service, there are 3 pools and the towel service is only provided at one. Every other time we went to get new towels for the day we were told they didn’t have any and would have to check back later. It was quite frustrating. The other issue was that ALL the pool chairs and beach chairs were taken by 8:30 am every day, there were some chairs taken that I didn’t see any person use once, I wish this was monitored so that people actually wanting to use chairs had access to them. Also there should be signs around the kid pool that the chairs are reserved for families, I don’t understand why older people without kids were over there taking up the space when that’s where families will be swimming. They were smoking and butting out their cigarettes on the ground which should absolutely NOT be done on the side where children would be. Other than that everything else was great, the staff were all amazing and the entertainment team does an outstanding job! Would recommend this resort for sure.

We stayed for a week at this resort. Don't even know where to start. The rooms had AC that barely worked and it smelled like a public bathroom. They just sprayed some kind of air freshener to mask the smell. The mini fridge was room temperature. There were a ton of mosquitos inside the rooms and we all got bit at least 20 times each. We complained to the front desk who said they'll fumigate and never did. Their housekeeping would clean the rooms and take all the bath towels and not give them back. We had to call them multiple times just to get towels. Food was subpar it felt like we were eating the same food every day because we couldn't get reservations even though we tried within the second day. I have no idea what kind of meat they put in their burger but it was strange. The Wi-Fi worked 10% of the time. The only saving grace was that the beach was decent and we enjoyed the pool and the beach. The staff made some of our time there fun at least. I won't be coming back. I would suggest to go to a different resort for a better time.
