I had a BLAST!!! The staff was super friendly! S/o the amazing girl who salsa’d with me every night and gave me a hug every time she saw me! The bartenders taught me some Spanish. Rooms were always spotless, the bed was super hard that’s the only thing I didn’t like. Be careful with the excursions they are expensive on resort but the city is walking distance and you can find good prices. The restaurants were amazing! Do hibachi and gourmet. As a dancer I critiqued the shows every night, the dancers were entertaining and technical, I wanted to join in. We also lovedddd the food truck on the beach, drinks were great too. I honestly had an amazing time and would go back!

One of the rare hotels where you can see nature, too. Ducks, peacocks, and geese roam freely. Rooms are spacious and clean. Service is good. All-inclusive drinks are ok; the food is varied and very good. Theme nights are fantastic as well. The beach is great, with a lot of sunbeds. Some seaweed, but they clean it daily.

the staff was very hit or miss. most bartenders, servers, and towel people were friendly but many had very poor or no english skills at all. one person we travelled with was assaulted randomly by another tourist on our first night here and staff and security did nothing to help, we were not allowed to review the security footage and the guest went without consequences from the resort and authorities. the buffet played the same 5 songs on loop all day every day which was quite annoying. the location is wonderful- lots of animals on resort (peacocks, cats, ducks, pigeons, lizards, etc) and the beach and view is nice. though we booked a snorkelling experience through the hotel and afterward we dropped on the beach 1 km away from our resort and had to walk through about 20 feet of rotting kelp in the water to get to shore. it was absolutely disgusting. you won’t be able to go 15 minutes on the beach without being bothered by vendors trying to scam you. AND IT IS A SCAM! do not book any experiences with the beach vendors and if you purchase art or jewelry from them definitely haggle to get the lowest prices you can.

🌴☀️ This was our honeymoon, and this budget-friendly all-inclusive hotel is so good! To mention that even with language barrier the staff was so great! 1) Room Super clean room, comfy pillows, comfortable mattress, TV, and the best part — the AC! A lot of shelves, so the room felt very spacious! 2) Beach 🏝️😍 Even with a little sargassum, the staff were cleaning the beach, and it was still clean and so beautiful! Unlimited beach loungers, snack court, and unlimited towels. 3) “ALCOHOL” 🍹 Great variety of it, but in such hot weather there wasn’t a big wish to drink. The hotel has 4–5 bars, and each cocktail is really good! 😊 4) Pools In total, the hotel has 3 pools, and each of them is really good! 5) Food Here are pluses and minuses. The food was generally good, but mostly the same every day (however, there were always fresh fruits and veggies). In case you want something new, you can book a few different restaurants such as: Teppanyaki, Sushi, American BBQ, Mexican, and Italian. After visiting the Italian restaurant, we both got stomach poisoning, as the food was not good at all, so please be aware. 6) Activities Every day from around 10 AM, there are always activities throughout the whole day! Dancing, painting, foam party, beach party, coconut party — there is always an activity for everyone! 7) Shops Please ask to pay via their Pesos, as they tried to scam us for 20 CAD in the souvenir shop. Thankfully, we mentioned this within 5 minutes and went back, and with scratched teeth they cancelled the transaction and made a new, “correct” one. 8) Animals 😍 Peacocks, ducks, parrots 🦜, and even crabs are some of the animals you can see! Also, the fish in the ocean are so social that we were feeding them with bread from our hands! Extremely great experience! ‼️‼️DEAR VISTA SOL Team, please put the sign “do not feed ducks!” People are so dumb that they don’t know that because of bread they are choking and dying! Please feed only with seeds! ‼️‼️ Overall, I can say that for the first “all inclusive” in our life, me and my husband are so satisfied! We will come back again!

Just came back on June 23, 2026. Loved everything but would like to write about our room. We were in room # 4302. The blankets , mirrows, curtains were dirty. The good thing, after we complained the blankets were changed and mirrors were cleaned. The thermostat was broken and we had to " enjoy" all the time cold temperature in the room and use worm blunket duringbthe night. If we turn off the a/c, the floor become sleepery wet, if we open the door to the balcony, we enjoyed the compony of mosquitoes 🦟 . So, it was horrible experience in this room. Let alone the thermostat stopped working at some point. So we had to complain again. Good thing, it was fixed quickly but thermostat not. Another thing which I would like to mention it is the general view of the room. The size was pretty good but the modern furniture at industrial/ economical style is horrible. No wardrobe, just opened box for hangers and three drawers. I wish the beds would have night tables with the drawers and more light in the room.
