This place is a gem. It’s not even the place itself, but it’s all the amazing people that make this resort so welcoming and lovely. The service is exceptional. Normally all-inclusive food is just ok, but the food here is delicious. The beach on the property is also gorgeous. We rented a car so that we could adventure around and do recommend doing that, unless you only plan to stay on the resort or do coordinated excursions. The resort is a bit remote, which is also something I loved.

We had an amazing time at the hotel, the beach is beautiful, the service and staff are always ready to assist and make your stay the most enjoyable possible. The enterrainment team, Cassandra and francisco were incredible, always with fun games, activities and making sure we were aware when the next thing was happening - wether it be ceviche class, foam party, cigar Rolling class or nigh time évents. We did not show up with children but we met couples that were impressed with the Kids club and the care and fun Caroline showed Around their Kids. We would Highly recommend this establishment, as we still have 4 days left to our stay and took the time to write this review !

If you enjoy eating every meal inside of an oven this is the place for you, there is no AC inside the restaurants and they have cieling fans that are set to low and blow the hot air around like hot dog breath. The staff posess all around low energy and are unhelpful. 1/20 staff members you will encounter move without a purpose in life and will be more concerned about taking your plates and silverware more than they are to provide the service you paid for. I have traveled to many all inclusive resorts and this is bottom tier. I am shocked that the place had reviews as well as it has. They offer basement level bottom shelf alcohol and the food definitely gets old. The rooms were not kept daily even with the appropriate "green tag" on the door and the mini fridge was not kept stocked or replaced of items. The Coors light beers that the rooms are supposed to have (a count of 2) are supposed to be replaced when consumed. Instead the staff doesn't replace them and will instead take them and stash them likely for their own profit or consumption utilizing the small dirt service road on the North eastern side of the resort. Wyndham corporate should be informed. This place has great potential but the staff are what will prevent its success. Please look elsewhere for a time worth your hard earned money.

we stayed at this resort for 1 week and loved our stay! the beach was my favorite part!!!! waw the rooms were clean and never had any issues. the resort and the area was very calm and relaxing it felt like a wellness retreat. we really enjoyed the stretching session in the morning with the wellness manager Freddy, I hope to see more development in that are and it would be nice in the future to do more wellness activities. the staff were really nice and helpful with I really appreciated. I would definitely come back to this resort.

A good family hotel, in a good location, with a lovely beach and a varied selection of food. All in all, it was decent. But there was one unpleasant surprise: on check-out, it turned out that my son had lost his wristband and we were charged a $65 fine for a piece of plastic. That’s not right; we arrived at the hotel very late and the manager didn’t make a fuss about it – he just had us sign an agreement; it all happened very quickly. I don’t think this is right, and it rather spoiled our holiday. Also, be prepared for the fact that, apart from reception, the staff speak only Spanish. I’d recommend that the management review their approach to fines for completely trivial things – this is a piece of plastic without a chip, a disposable item that’s thrown in the bin when you check out! I’ve never come across anything like this in all my years of holidaying and travelling. If the hotel wants to take out insurance, they should include it in the price of the holiday package and instruct the staff and security to check that guests are wearing their wristbands, rather than trying to fleece customers on departure. This is nothing but a negative experience; a guest should leave the hotel satisfied and keen to return. Our family was left disappointed by this! Be prepared to pay a fine for losing the plastic card used to exchange towels, and possibly for other things too – it’s not very friendly…. Unexpected stress
