I loved my visit to the Tubkaak Krabi Boutique Resort. First and foremost the staff was exceptional. All members of staff were very kind and very attentive to our needs. All staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to ensure any needs were met. I will absolutely recommend the Tubkaak krabi to friends and family and I hope I might have the opportunity to stay here again. The food in the restaurant was phenomenal! I had a different Thai dish for each meal and all meals were delicious. We stayed in the Tubkaak Suite. The suite was perfect. Lovely patio and pool with fantastic beach views and only steps from the beach. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. Great villa suite for a group of four. Thank you so much for making my first visit to Thailand such a wonderful experience.

Real review from a paying customer - had the most relaxing and enjoyable stay here and wished we stayed longer! From check in to check out, I felt catered to and hospitality here was excellent. All the employees were kind and greeted you warmly, and one employee named My was exceptional. She helped us with check-in and a complimentary bus transfer with their sister-hotel Varana, and every conversation with her was authentically warm. I truly hope she receives praises from management, as she made our stay at Tubkaak exceptional. I also appreciated how employees came by in the evening for any food-disposal pickups, along with refreshing our drinkable water supply. The complimentary mini-bar (minus beer) and cookies were a nice treat as well. I was very surprised to not have found a single bug in my room the entire 3-night stay. The thorough cleaning and well-maintained rooms, along with being on the 2nd floor assured that. The location may be a bit further away from Ao-Nang and restaurants, but I never had any problems with getting a Grab. The security guard at the outside of the hotel is also very appreciated because he helped us when our tour driver drove past the hotel, and also asked where we were going and took note of the cars picking us up so I felt like he really cared for our well-being and safety. The breakfast buffet is also exceptional: made-to-order French toast, eggs Benedict, avocado toast with salmon, roti, pancakes, and entree of the day (normally a noodle soup) were so delicious! One of the best breakfasts I’ve had while traveling for the past several weeks. Highly recommend the Tubkaak for anyone looking to experience a true 5-star hotel with exceptional service, comfortable and clean rooms, and a delicious breakfast. Also, the sunset by the beach steps from your room is just another bonus. They also have happy hour from 5:30-630pm!

Very cute and quiet boutique hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and had a great time. The staff was very friendly, and the restaurants were excellent. There is a beach in front that you can access directly from the hotel to swim. The entire restaurant faces the beach as well. They have the best sunset views, and we enjoyed a happy hour too. Overall, it was a great experience. Recommended if you want to escape the busy city and enjoy a relaxing time!

Small Detail Matters

I first stayed here 15 years ago and had such a wonderful experience that I genuinely wanted to return. Unfortunately, this visit was a complete disappointment. The staff clearly lack proper training, and the poor service begins at reception and continues throughout the hotel. The restaurant staff were particularly bad: unfriendly expressions, fake smiles and the clear impression that they did not want to be there. Plates were left uncleared, and no one made any effort to explain or recommend the food. The food itself was dreadful, especially the meat, and the overall quality of the ingredients was extremely low. The turndown service was equally poor, and even the rubbish was not removed. Reception spoke to guests in a rude and unprofessional manner. Honestly, the entire experience felt more like a two-star hotel. It is shocking to see how far this hotel has fallen since my first visit.

The Tubkaak Boutique Resort was truly one of the most relaxing and beautiful places I stayed in Thailand. Tucked away on a quiet stretch of beach in Krabi, this resort offers breathtaking views of the Andaman Sea and the limestone islands that make this part of Thailand so famous. Waking up to the peaceful sound of the waves each morning was unforgettable. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean, blending luxury with authentic Thai charm. The private beach felt secluded and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax, watch the sunset, or simply enjoy the incredible scenery without the crowds. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Every staff member was warm, welcoming, and genuinely went out of their way to make our stay special. The restaurants served outstanding food, with delicious Thai dishes, fresh seafood, and an excellent breakfast each morning. We also enjoyed drinks by the beach while taking in the spectacular ocean views. If you’re looking for a peaceful luxury escape in Krabi, The Tubkaak Boutique Resort is hard to beat. Between the incredible hospitality, beautiful beachfront setting, amazing food, and relaxing atmosphere, this is a place I’ll never forget and would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Thailand.
