We just spend 6 days in this resort and had such a wonderful time. The rooms were so clean and the staff was always so friendly. They were ready to help anytime and it was nice to sometimes chat with them :) We loved the breakfast options and the pool. If you want to spend a few days on Koh Samui away from the busy touristy areas then this hotel is amazing! Thanks to all the staff to make our stay so enjoyable :)

We have just spent a lovely 10 days at the resort. We had a fabulous time. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean & comfortable and beautifully presented. The resort was ideally located in a canopy of palm trees and other tropical plants. The swimming pools were stunning and the outlook to the beach was breathtaking. We highly recommend this beautiful resort.

Lovely spot, a bit far away but that's what I wanted. I wanted to be able to sit by the pool and relax. The service by the pool left something to be desired, but once you ask someone for things, literally the nicest people. They were starting some MUCH needed repairs around the pool and the restaurant as I was leaving and im hoping that it makes the pool deck much safer as there was a lot of wood that needed to be replaced around it. Quick tip, if you haven't paid for the pool rooms and loungers, the round seats are more comfortable than the regular loungers. I had a lumbar sprain so I found the regular loungers really uncomfortable. Lots of little maintenance things that needed some TLC, but nothing that would ruin your stay. The AC REALLY struggled on the extra hot days, but to be expected honestly. I had a little hand held fan which was super nice by the beach. The spa is lovely, and look you 1000% can go into town and it will be way cheaper, but the convenience of being able to walk between the spa, pool and room without doing anything else was why I was there resting.

The resort was very beautiful, with gorgeous rooms and lovely pools. The restaurant food was very nice and the breakfast was excellent. The reception allowed you to communicate with the via WhatsApp, which was extremely convenient. While the staff were lovely and kind, they were very disorganised at mealtimes and I think would really benefit from a manager to oversee things - nothing major, but for example they were serving cups of yogurt with no spoons to eat them available - I had to ask 3 separate times for them.

We stayed 5 nights at The Passage. It is a beautiful resort area. The restaurant there serves great food. We ended up eating there every night enjoying the magnificent sunset views. The beach is nice and you can walk far for it to start getting deep. The shoreline is a little bit more pebbly at first but then it's nice soft sand. At first when we arrived, they regretfully informed us that due to a reservation system change, our original booking of a beachfront villa with pool was no longer available. They instead offered us the 2 bedroom beachfront with pool which weirdly is less expensive perhaps because it is not gated but instead open and next to the restaurant. They gave us a credit for the difference, free massages and a transfer to the airport. That is how you make a client happy and in the end we were happy with the 2 bedroom as we had a large open space with a fantastic view, and a his/her bedroom (great to put a snorer in one). The staff are super nice and friendly and went out of their way to make us happy. I have no hesitation in recommending a stay there.
