We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily recommend it to families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a lovely atmosphere throughout our stay. The meals were consistently excellent, with plenty of variety each day and something for everyone in the family to enjoy. The staff across the hotel were friendly and attentive, helping to make the experience even better. A special mention has to go to Alanna from the animation team. She was absolutely fantastic with the children — full of energy, kindness, and enthusiasm every single day. She made a real effort to engage with the kids and made them feel included and excited to take part in the activities. Her warm personality and dedication really stood out and made a huge difference to our holiday experience. Thank you to everyone for such a memorable stay!

Very well managed hotel with a large variety of well made buffet foods from different cuisines. Rooms were immaculately clean with strong air conditioning and fast room service. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and made excellent free drinks for all inclusive guests. The resort could be quite loud at times due to the kids club and its music, that you cant really escape from. However there are many places off-site, like the beach, that you can visit to avoid this. Additionally, there were so many flies. Too many. They were everywhere and got quite annoying.

we were very happy with our stay, hotel is right at the beginning of the Can Picafort so it’s queit and it only take 10minutes of walk to the beach. rooms are newly renovated and spacious, you have a lot to chose from whole day to eat, staff is very attentive and everyone is very nice, animation team has a program whole day for kids and also in the evening.

Booked January..arrived to be told no longer honouring booking as hotel closing and we had to sort new hotel ourselves. Staff at reception had a list with bookings for that day and just crossed name off without any empathy. We were offered food as lunch buffet still open but food looked awful and several gusts told us not to bother. Took over 4 hours to find new hotel. Was a shame as the pool and grounds looked really nice. Would not recommend

We stayed at the family room as a couple - wanted a simple, nice hotel and Vell Mari Hotel & Resort met our expectations. The room looked freshly renovated, modern, however it would be really nice to have a kettle in the room with some cups or glasses. Though, I understand that the hotel is mostly orientated towards all inclusive guests, who don't need that. Also, during one day of our stay we noticed that after room service, the door was left open. Thus, while staying, you need to be careful with your belongings. Gladly, for us everything was fine. The location of the hotel was nice, you can easily reach some local restaurants, or head to the sea for some eating spots with great views (I really recommend Vermuteria C'an Jano) Additional tip for your stay: always have cash in the hotel, as their card scanners are usually not working.
