What truly impressed me about this hotel was the overall atmosphere and attention to detail. The energy of the place is welcoming, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. Every corner feels carefully curated, creating a space that is both inspiring and incredibly comfortable. The service team deserves real appreciation for their dedication and positivity. A special recognition to Amaliya, whose professionalism and friendly attitude made a big difference during my stay. Her commitment to guest satisfaction is clearly genuine and highly commendable. This is more than just a hotel stay — it’s an experience that leaves you feeling valued and well taken care of. I’m genuinely grateful for such a smooth and memorable visit, and I look forward to returning again soon.

Excellent stay and outstanding service! Special thanks to Ms. Emalia in the front disk for her professionalism, kindness, and excellent customer service. Her welcoming attitude convinced me to extend my stay for an extra day. Thanks also to Mr. Ian for his warm reception and support at the front desk, and to Adeeb and Hassan at the pool for their friendliness and helpfulness. We are currently staying at voco The Palm and even though this is only our 2nd day, the experience has already been amazing from the start. A special thank you to CM and Hossam at the reception for their outstanding performance and warm welcome from the very first day. They were professional, friendly, and made us feel truly comfortable throughout our stay. We also had the pleasure of taking a photo with CM and received a complimentary gift afterward, which was a very thoughtful gesture and made our experience even more memorable. The morning breakfast buffet was also wonderful. Shifa Indra were very accommodating and attentive, making our breakfast experience even more enjoyable. The food selection was great and everything we tried was delicious. We also appreciate the housekeeping team, especially Shatrue and Mangali, for their friendliness and excellent service. They were always kind, helpful, and kept everything clean and comfortable. What made our stay even more special was during dinner when one of the staff members kindly and voluntarily gave our dog a bowl of water. We unfortunately forgot to ask her name, but her thoughtful gesture truly touched us. So far, everything has been perfect. Thank you to the entire voco The Palm team for the exceptional hospitality. We are truly enjoying our stay, highly recommend this hotel, and are looking forward to our last day tomorrow!

Had an amazing staycation at Voco Hotel recently. Staff were accommodating and always helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean and had everything I needed, the hotel had nice amenities too. The breakfast selection was amazing and has vegan and gluten free options too.. Was not able to get everyone’s names but was really grateful to Chef Virgilio from the breakfast buffet and Amelie (?) from the front desk. Would definitely return and recommend 🙌

Service has been very good and they have discounted the room with full board package for those stranded as a result of the Iran conflict. Very clean and well equipped rooms. Our cleaner Vikash was extremely friendly and has done a great job. Buffet food was of good quality and variety. Location is also excellent with a short walk to West Beach on the palm and they do have a private area of the beach where you can get a sun bed
