The rooms are very spacious, very clean and the staff were amazing! I had a wonderful experience at the pool area! Everything was clean, relaxing, and very well organised. What truly made the difference, though, was the staff. A special thank you to Sajith and Roni – they are absolutely amazing! Always smiling, friendly, and ready to help at any moment. Their positive attitude and attentiveness made us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our time there. Highly recommend this place for both the atmosphere and the exceptional service!

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the wonderful team for making my birthday so memorable. To the lovely lady at the reception (I'm so sorry I missed your name), thank you for your warm welcome and kindness throughout my stay. A special thank you to Raju from the housekeeping team for the beautiful birthday décor—it was thoughtfully done and made the celebration feel truly special. And to Suman and Michelle from the restaurant, thank you for your exceptional hospitality and for going the extra mile to make my birthday celebration so memorable. I had an amazing experience here, and it was the genuine warmth and care of the staff that made all the difference. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality. Thank you all for creating such wonderful memories!

We had a wonderful stay and dining experience last weekend! The food at Maison Mathis was superb, and the breakfast and dinner service was excellent. A big thank you to Facia, Michelle, Puja, Hara, Anu, Mandip, Charlotte, Chef Virgilio, Infra, Marion, EI, and Bhumika for making every meal special. Our appreciation also goes to Sanu and his team team for taking such good care of us throughout our stay. Their kindness, attentiveness, and warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable! We also loved how pet-friendly the hotel is! Our furbaby cat was treated with so much care and made to feel just as welcome as we were. Thank you Miss Amalia and Miss Cj for the wonderful pet souvenir! We can't wait to come back!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. A special thanks to Sam, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. He was professional, kind, and always willing to assist with a smile. His excellent service really made a difference. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

We had such an amazing experience at Voco Dubai The Palm, and a huge part of that was thanks to Sushant and Mercy.😃 Sushant was our waiter throughout our stay and provided exceptional service every single time. He was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he always had a smile on his face. His kindness and professionalism really stood out and made every meal even more enjoyable. Mercy, who greeted us at the restaurant, was equally wonderful. She welcomed us so warmly each day and always made us feel valued as guests and even remembered our names. Her positive attitude and friendly personality created such a lovely atmosphere from the moment we arrived. Both Sushant and Mercy are a real credit to the hotel. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and we can’t thank them enough. We would happily return, not only because of the beautiful hotel but because of the outstanding hospitality they provided. Thank you both for making our holiday so special!
