This resort is amazing! There is so much space and no race to the sunbeds. The staff are so helpful. There are multiple swimming pools and lots of space on the beach and 2 piers full of sun beds. The food was AMAZING! So much choice every single night. The gym is brilliant! They have Pilates classes every single morning!

★☆☆☆☆ Our experience at this hotel was disappointing and did not meet our expectations. While the room was reasonably clean when we first arrived, it was not cleaned consistently during our stay. Despite repeatedly chasing housekeeping and requesting daily cleaning, the room was often left unattended, which was frustrating and unacceptable. We paid a premium price expecting a high standard of service and facilities. Unfortunately, we experienced several issues during our stay. The rooms appeared dated and, despite multiple requests for housekeeping, we were not satisfied with the level of cleanliness. The cleaning staff did not meet the standards we expected, and we also experienced issues with the TV and air conditioning in our room. Transportation around the resort was frequently delayed, communication was often unclear, and we found it difficult to get timely responses when concerns were raised. We also reached out regarding several issues but did not receive the level of follow-up we were expecting. While other guests may have a different experience, our stay was frustrating and fell well below what we anticipated for a hotel in this category. Based on our personal experience, we would not choose to stay here again, nor would we recommend it to families seeking a smooth and relaxing holiday.

The Positives Beautiful Hotel setting Large and comfortable rooms Great location 30mins from airport 10 from bodrum marina Friendly staff Fabulous Spa - we enjoyed a great afternoons worth of treatments, led by the delightful Dewi and her team, the highlight of our visit. The Negatives Poor service on Sat and Sun night at the buffet, tables left uncleared, food cold, couldn’t get a drink. Woken to a call from “reception”at 8:30 on day 1 to say we were expected at an important meeting at 11:15. I told them we weren’t available only to be told we had to come some other time. I hung up and when we left our room to go for breakfast found a letter addressed to us telling us to attend a meeting at 11:15 to be sold excursions!! I checked with reception when we went down for breakfast to be told they didn’t make the call and they had no idea who did and didn’t care that the call was made in their name. The dismissive attitude was unacceptable. The only à la carte open was €75 per person and the menu was pathetic, and the food options were mostly available in the buffet. Once the weekend crowd left and we got to know some of the waiters and waitresses we faired better. It always amazes me when a resort of this size is still completing works in May, were the 4 months of winter not enough time. Listening to a jack hammer whilst laying by the pool is irritating. The builders were working on the sunset bar area and snack bar WC facilities.

We had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Every detail was handled with such thoughtfulness, and the team made us feel комфортно and welcome throughout our stay. The villa was beautiful, well-maintained, and perfectly prepared for our arrival. Any request we had was met quickly and with a smile, which made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. A very special thank you to Begum, our manager and hostess. She is absolutely великолепная — incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us, and her support truly made a difference in our experience. We are deeply grateful and would happily return again.

Location is within 30 minutes of Airport. The facilities are great if you have kids. They have disco, face painting, pottery, amusement park, water park etc. There's an outdoor heated pool which is really good. There's also a man made beach with the pool on the resort too. I really enjoyed the stay. The rooms are really nice too. I've been here twice now!
