This resort is amazing! There is so much space and no race to the sunbeds. The staff are so helpful. There are multiple swimming pools and lots of space on the beach and 2 piers full of sun beds. The food was AMAZING! So much choice every single night. The gym is brilliant! They have Pilates classes every single morning!

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) This has been one of the worst hotel experiences my family and I have ever had. We were supposed to receive our room at 2:00 PM, but after hours of waiting, we didn’t get it until 7:30 PM. After such a long delay, we expected the room to at least be clean—but it wasn’t. The problems started immediately: * One of the bathrooms had what appeared to be sewage or dirty water flooding from the drain. * The refrigerator was not working. * The air conditioning was not working, making the room extremely uncomfortable. * There were no towels in one of the bathrooms. * Overall, the room was not properly cleaned or prepared for guests. This is simply unacceptable for a hotel that claims to provide luxury service. Instead of starting our vacation relaxed, we spent our first day dealing with basic issues that should never happen. My family and I are extremely disappointed. We will never return to this hotel, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it to anyone. This version is firm and factual, which generally has more impact on public review platforms because it focuses on specific, verifiable issues rather than insults alone.

★☆☆☆☆ Our experience at this hotel was disappointing and did not meet our expectations. While the room was reasonably clean when we first arrived, it was not cleaned consistently during our stay. Despite repeatedly chasing housekeeping and requesting daily cleaning, the room was often left unattended, which was frustrating and unacceptable. We paid a premium price expecting a high standard of service and facilities. Unfortunately, we experienced several issues during our stay. The rooms appeared dated and, despite multiple requests for housekeeping, we were not satisfied with the level of cleanliness. The cleaning staff did not meet the standards we expected, and we also experienced issues with the TV and air conditioning in our room. Transportation around the resort was frequently delayed, communication was often unclear, and we found it difficult to get timely responses when concerns were raised. We also reached out regarding several issues but did not receive the level of follow-up we were expecting. While other guests may have a different experience, our stay was frustrating and fell well below what we anticipated for a hotel in this category. Based on our personal experience, we would not choose to stay here again, nor would we recommend it to families seeking a smooth and relaxing holiday.

I'll start from the beginning. I'm currently at the hotel on the third of five nights. When I first arrived, they were late in giving me my room. Anyway, the room was in a separate building, not part of the main building. First of all, the suite wasn't clean and felt unsuitable for a well-known five-star hotel. The refrigerator wasn't working, and I had medicine for my 8-year-old son that needed to be refrigerated. I called reception more than five times, but no one came. After three hours, I was forced to go and give them the medicine so they could put it in the refrigerator. I continued my day, but I couldn't stand the room because I had paid much more than other hotels in Bodrum, as it's supposedly the best. So I went to reception and asked to be moved to a room in the main building. After checking, they said they could give me a room, but I'd have to add 550 euros. I agreed because I had no other choice. The most important thing is that every night in the lobby, the air conditioning doesn't work. It's unbearably hot. For three days, the problem hasn't been solved. ... And the rest, God knows.

We had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Every detail was handled with such thoughtfulness, and the team made us feel комфортно and welcome throughout our stay. The villa was beautiful, well-maintained, and perfectly prepared for our arrival. Any request we had was met quickly and with a smile, which made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. A very special thank you to Begum, our manager and hostess. She is absolutely великолепная — incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us, and her support truly made a difference in our experience. We are deeply grateful and would happily return again.
