Great place, amazing service, 10/10 vacation for families with small kids. I've been to numerous hotels and never returned to the same one twice, but this place is the exception. I’ve never had a vacation as relaxing as this. All inclusive with the Penthouse and a jacuzzi on the top terrace with a sea view is the absolute best. The SPA and massages are also top-notch! Great entertainment for kids and adults, plus exceptionally friendly staff. One of the team members even remembered us from our previous visit and made sure we had an amazing experience. If there's even a slight issue, the reception addresses and fixes it in no time. The hotel is in extremely close proximity to the sea and the Mirador dock, where you can take various boat excursions. It's a 45-minute drive from Palma airport, and I recommend booking a taxi in advance.

Absolutely amazing experience at the Zafiro Bahia hotel. We loved every aspect of the stay. The resort is gorgeous with a perfect location directly on the beach. The pools are beautiful and everything is well-maintaned and perfectly clean. All the staff members were so nice and helpful throughout our stay. We opted for the "all inclusive" package which was definitely the best decision. The breakfast buffet was so yummy and we loved how the dinner buffet changed every night. The food was always delicious and we never got tired of the food. Genuinely a perfect stay, cannot recommend this place enough! My only comment to the hotel would be to make the gym 18+. The gym is already quite small, and it was frustrating to have young kids on the machine like it was a playground. Not only is it annoying, it's also incredibly dangerous. Even the kids there with adult supervision were just running around and using machines in the wrong ways. That was the only frustrating part of the entire stay

Fantastic hotel, great service, great payment system with their armbands. The rooms where clean and spacious. The lining in the beds where not the best but good comfort. The ac worked better then expected. Food was really good. Pools where great for both adults and kids. The distance to the beach where perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at Zafiro Bahía Alcudia and truly enjoyed our holiday here. The hotel is in a beautiful location close to the beach, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and we immediately felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. One thing that really stood out to me personally was the quality of the beds. I honestly slept better here than I do at home, which almost never happens when travelling. It is actually quite rare for us to say that we would like to return to the same hotel, but Zafiro Bahía Alcudia is definitely an exception. We would happily come back in the future. Thank you again for a fantastic stay!

Would I come here as a couple looking for a 5 star luxury vacation? No, I would not. But for a family with small kids looking for something fun and low-effort, it was perfection. The entertainment team was charming, fun, and had limitless energy for our little ones. They were truly a highlight. The food was excellent, the cooks and dining room staff really know their stuff. Cocktails in the main bar were bomb. And the wine list is fire. Some of the pools were too cold to be used in May, but that’s a hazard of the season. There were 2 gorgeous heated pools, and the beautiful sandy beach is steps away. The evening entertainment is…great for kids. For adults I would have appreciated something less cringey, or a bar with some atmosphere. But again, we were here for the kids. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Do the floors and fixtures need some love? Yes. Did that affect our experience? Not at all. Get the app Mallorcab and explore the area. There’s not much in the immediate vicinity. Here’s my one complaint, and it’s so minor as to not be worth mentioning: the tennis courts double as a soccer field and the goals have nets with holes that are larger than a tennis ball. Guess how many balls we lost… Thanks for an amazing vacation!!
