This hotel is really excellent. We have stayed twice and the quality did not change one bit. The rooms are lovely, plenty of space for a family of 4. We stayed all inclusive and the choice of food is excellent. The buffet breakfast is a vast array of choices. The lunch buffet is a little smaller but still plenty of choice and the dinner buffet is vast again and the quality is really fantastic. On top of this, if you stay 7 nights or more you also get access to the 3 A la Carte restaurants to eat at each once during your stay. The food and service here was really excellent from the moment you arrive to the end of the meal, its a real treat, I could not fault it. The food was really good. There is also a lunch restaurant, the food here is also excellent however, there is a wait for food as they are extremely busy so wouldn't be my first choice for lunch. The evening bar has a large drinks menu and everything was nice, I had lots of different cocktails and all were lovely and they cater for kids, lots of mocktails, milkshakes and ice cream available. The evening entertainment was great some nights and good on others but still kept us entertained for an hour or 2 each evening. I would 100% return here, my only hesitation is the increasing price, last year I paid the same price for 10nights as I did for 7 this year! I felt it was still worth the money for 7 nights this year however if the price were to increase alot more i'm not sure i would stretch to it as it could work out very expensive.

Fantastic family hotel, we all had a blast and couldn't rate the staff any higher. The rooms are really spacious and modern with great AC, we were upgraded to a swim up suite from a garden suite which was a nice bonus. There are plenty of pools and sunbeds, the water park for little ones is perfect - shallow water and plenty of slides. The water bubble slide is also great fun! Our daughter loved the mini club and was excited to go every day, the staff were wonderful with her and provided a great variety of crafts, and games to play. The mini disco every night was also fun and all the kids love the big koala mascot! We were very impressed with the cocktails and wine list, much better quality than we'd anticipated and very reasonably priced. We stayed room only and only tried the evening buffet once, it had a good variety but it wasn't for us as the cooking of the meat and salmon (not local obviously which is a shame) was too oily/greasy done on a hot plate. Likewise for lunch at the pool restaurant - its all a bit oily and stodgy rather than fresh. Thankfully there are plenty of lovely restaurants in the town just down the hill through the park which is a 10 minute walk. Overall we had a great week here and will likely visit again, it had everything we needed and we were very impressed with all the staff who are super friendly and talented. We understand why many guests who we met were returning guests year after year.

Treasured Memories We had an amazing 14-day family holiday at Zafiro Can Picafort, and it exceeded all our expectations. From arrival to departure, we felt genuinely welcome. A huge thank you to the entertainment team for creating such an incredible atmosphere every day with sports, children’s activities, evening shows, and live performances. Your enthusiasm, professionalism, and passion made our holiday unforgettable. Even during the power outage, you adapted immediately and kept everyone smiling. Special thanks to Carlos, Alberto, Beatriz, Camila, Yaco, Mael, and Anna. You became a part of our happiest memories. Many thanks to the reception team, especially Kim, for always being kind, professional, and helpful, and to the General Manager Maria, whose dedication makes the hotel feel like home. The food, restaurants, bars, and service were outstanding. Our swim-up room was perfect during the hot weather, and the hotel shop was very convenient. Although we don’t speak Spanish and our English is limited, every member of the staff treated us with kindness, patience, and respect, making communication easy. Thank you, Zafiro Can Picafort, for giving our family memories we will treasure forever. We can’t wait to come back!

Had a lovely experience at this hotel. We’ve just come back from an amazing family holiday in Majorca, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. My husband, our son and I stayed in a lovely apartment with a beautiful pool, and everything exceeded our expectations. The entertainment for children was absolutely fantastic our little boy enjoyed every single activity the hotel offered and looked forward to them every day. The food was delicious, and the wide selection of cocktails was definitely one of the highlights for my husband and me! All the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, but we would especially like to mention a waiter called Dani. From the very first day, he impressed us with his outstanding service. He always gave us the best recommendations, interacted so warmly with our son, and constantly had the loveliest smile on his face. Our little boy hasn’t stopped talking about him since we came home! We will definitely be returning next year, hopefully with slightly better weather, as unfortunately we visited during a rainy period. Nevertheless, the wonderful staff and atmosphere made our holiday truly special. Thank you all. Hannah

Firstly when you arrive the reception is cool, the Staff professional and friendly. The rooms we had were a generous size with a lovely bed. Shower only, no bath, but powerful. Balcony was there but hardly used. The pool area is clean and plenty of sunbeds. The “canned” music is a bit annoying but quieter spots can be found. Excellent kids water areas and lovely large deeper pool, plus some swim up pools. A bracelet opens your room and informs staff of your chosen catering pack. We were all-inclusive and felt it worthwhile. I would skip the a la carte restaurants and go for the pool side restaurant of an evening if I went again. Staff are really good everywhere we went, genuinely smiling and hospitable. Would recommend with the only drawback a 10 minute walk to the beach and town, but overall very good indeed.
