The Zafiro Palmanova all-inclusive programme includes the following:

  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner at Caprice Buffet Restaurant. Drinks included with lunch and dinner and served at table; varied wine list, Spanish beer, soft drinks and mineral waters. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be served in the outside area of the Caprice Buffet Restaurant dependent on the weather.
  • 2 themed dinners weekly (Majorcan, Latin, Mediterranean and Oriental) together with 5 special dinners per week (fruits and tarts, cheeses of the world, Spanish tapas, seafood special, Indian special) served in the Caprice Restaurant.
  • Daily show cooking at breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Caprice Restaurant.
  • A la carte selection of cold and hot dishes at La Palapa Pool Bar (Bistro Menu), dependent on the weather from 12:30pm to 4pm.
  • Selection of national and international drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), as well as cocktails, mixed drinks and various ice creams. (10:30am to 11:30pm)
  • Fruit, yoghurts and sandwiches. (10:30am to 11:30pm)
  • Children’s menu at Caprice Buffet Restaurant as well at Bistro Menu.

Incredible holiday here (writing this still on the holiday). Staff are lovely, welcoming and helpful! The pools are lovely, everything is so clean & lots in the pools for children too. So much for children & adults! My daughter thoroughly loved the foam party & we loved the family kahoot. Rooms are gorgeous, beds are so comfy, had the best sleep here. Thank you so much Zafiro it's been an amazing family holiday, our kids have loved it & so have we! ❤️☀️🌊🌞🛩

Fantastic hotel, food offering is excellent for all inclusive. The drinks are all premium & the beer is not watered down like a lot of all inclusive hotels. Cocktails are included too! Very clean hotel & pool. The staff are all extremely helpful and friendly and make a big effort to ensure you are happy. Loads to do for the kids, soft play next to the dining area, outdoor park and brilliant children’s pool which is heated and has numerous slides. Another thing we loved staying here with a 1 year old was that there’s a separate sitting room to the bedroom so meant we could still sit up and watch tv without disturbing him. The beach is only a short walk away, we got a private taxi from the airport which was €45 and just over 20 minutes. I’d recommend a pool view room.

Nice hotel to stay with kids. Not to big. Things I really liked, traveling with young kids. * Having a playground next to the dinner room. So if your kids wants to play after dinner it's nearby. * Putting down fences very day at 6 to close the pool, so no one can fall into the pool. * Many lifeguards. At least one at every pool. * Good food quality, many things made in the kitchen and this makes the difference in quality. * Clean, everywhere in the hotel but also the rooms there is cleaned quite well. * Location, was good for us. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach. It a bit more remote than other hotels, but since the pools are so nice we did not need to go to the beach. * Friendly employees, almost all employees where very friendly. This gave a good vibe. All well maintained, only the Spa could use a touch-up. This since the pool was not really warm and the sauna floor had loose wooden planks.

Cannot speak highly enough about this hotel. If you have small kids in particular. There is a dedicated kids pool which is warm, a pirate ship with slides and also a separate slide gym. A separate play park, trampoline, bouncing castle and outdoor table tennis, the main pool has a great blow up water mound for the older kids and the adults pool is a great size. There are 3 other small pools also. Entertainment at night every night for kids, the shows are amazing quality for a hotel, similar to what you would see on a high end cruise ship lik Celebrity Cruises. The food in the main dining restaurant for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner is exceptional quality for a Hotel here. Definitely the best we have experienced on a sun holiday. All staff are really friendly. Would highly highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely return! The rooms were lovely and comfortable and the buffet offered a fantastic variety of food. The pools were amazing—I especially loved the wet bubble area and the luxurious double sunbeds right in the pool. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect too, just a short walk from the beach. Highly recommended
