Depending on the weather, meals can also be served in the outdoor area of the restaurant.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day and were spotless every time. The location is very ideal for people who like to shop and eat out at the plethora of shops and resturaunts along Port D' Alcudia. The beach is also lovely. The food served in the hotel's buffet was so good, we didn't bother eating out! Same can't be said for the Al a carte resturaunt unfortunately, nothing wrong with the service but the menu just wasn't for me. The overall design of the hotel and especially the main entrance was stunning. Plenty of beautiful green spaces and pools to swim in. Honestly one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in.

We stayed in Zafiro Tropic hotel in Alcudia for over a week in July 2026 and we were really pleased with it. Starting with the room it had pretty much all we needed but could have been a bit more spacious (standard room). Even had a small kitchenette if you prefer a breakfast only option. The hotel buffet and the restaurant were both great. The food selection and quality for breakfasts and dinners was excellent. The staff was really helpful though during heavy traffic in the buffet sometimes took a while to get our drinks. We used once the A’la cart restaurant for dinner and lunch and was also really nice - good food, reasonable prices, very nice service. The bar served really good drinks at decent prices (typically 6-9 euros for a good drink). The animation team did a really good job - we enjoyed the evening activities almost every evening, everyday mini disco for kids, some quizzes and main show (except Sunday I guess). Pools were ok but a bit crowded since they are not very big but the big inflated bubble in the middle pool was the highlight of our stay. Our daughter (6yrs) initially was a bit afraid of using it as bigger kids were occupying the top of the bubble but once she tried at a more quite period she used it every day since then. Locationwise the hotel is few minutes walking from the beach at a relaitivle quite street also close to Alcúdia port and the historical centre. There are few stores on the way to the beach and a small shop in the hotel itself - pretty handy if you need some food, drinks or candies.

Close to beach and shops, came with my partner and grandchildren aged 6 and 8, plenty to do, we stayed for a week and went off the resort twice, the pools are open until 5.30-6 pm. Food is lovely, we went half board, we did eat out once but cost us 100 euros, so decided to take advantage of food at the hotel. Rooms cleaned every day, except a Wednesday and Sunday. Overall a great holiday.

The Hotel was great, our kids wanted to stay there all the time and we had to convince them to even go to the beach. Also the stylish wrist band used for accessing the room, was a genius idea (no longer had to check if we packed the access card when going out). One small negative was that our sofa-bed in room 3015 (which was addition to a really good bed), was really bad (and we saw when a lady was cleening a room oposite us that they have better sofa-beds in other rooms).

Had a very pleasant stay in Zafiro Tropic hotel. Staff were amazing and really made a difference. Our 1,5 year old got all the attention from the staff, especially with Joaquin in the restaurant. But also from the other staff in the restaurant(did not catch all the names). Staff in the bar and the pool bar were also amazing (didn’t catch all the names). Food was great and the fruits tasted really fresh! Bali beds next to the pool were free of charge and almost all drinks were included in the all inclusive package. One minor point was that the children’s pool is aimed at children from the age of 3, parents are not allowed to accompany the kids from the slides.
