My family and I (2 adults, 2 children ages 9 & 3) really enjoyed our time here. We opted for the all inclusive package which was totally worth it and makes things easier with young kids. Food was excellent, staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was quiet, clean and had an amazing ocean view. The pool was perfect and the beach access was just steps away. Every night there was some form of entertainment and was something different and enjoyable each night. It helped that there were shops within walking distance to the resort as we needed to replenish a few things like travel snacks and sunscreen. The resort is under construction but from where we were you would barely notice. Looks like it will be an even better experience once completed, but again; we wanted for nothing during our stay - except maybe a few more washcloths! For some reason they were hard to come by. All other towels were plentiful. The room had a few small things that could maybe use some improvement but nothing that negatively impacted our trip and nothing that would stop me from going back. I highly recommend for couples, families, solo travelers, groups, etc. Great place!

The Resort is very clean. The staff is amazingly nice. One of the maintenance guys climbed a palm tree and got me a couple coconuts so I could make "Jack-O-Coconuts" for Halloween 🎃. The food is ok and I wish there was a larger variety of food to eat. All in all it was a wonderful stay. Thank you Bay Gardens Beach Resort for the great time! 🌴 🍹 ✌🏼 ♥️

This resort is a great place to stay during a visit to St Lucia. The accommodations are very good. The staff is friendly and helpful. The surrounding area is very lively with restaurants and bars. Of course, if you are there on a Friday night, do not miss the jump up partying. The hotel provides transportation to and from the party. Great for experiencing the island vibe.

Beautiful location on the beach! Down falls are there is only one restaurant and one bar, but open daily. There is also a small beach bites shack, but not open daily. The pool is large, with a hot tub (jets but no hot water) but does not have enough chairs and cushions to accommodate the guests. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful which made the trip much more pleasant. Overall a nice place. The dine around package was a nice add on with shuttle service into Rodney Bay.

Good location, however, the service was very lacking. Everything was a very long wait, from initially requesting the bottle of water that was supposed to be in the room on check in, to waiting to be seated at the restaurant. There were no washcloths provided in the room for the duration of my stay, and housekeeping did not add them on subsequent days. There were never any beach towels available although they have instituted a token system for the towels. Additionally, members of my group experienced all different levels of service so it's clear there's no consistency. A bright spot was Alton at the Pebbles bar who did provide excellent service!

Overall this is an average hotel. Location is great as it is within walking distance to local grocery store and plenty of restaurants. Staff is okay but most does not seem very friendly due to lack of smiles and welcoming faces. One staff member at breakfast even lied about French toast being available. Their shuttle to the resort is unreliable. Runs every hour but it only held 9 people. Does not help when you have 20 people waiting. Their restaurant and bar are good with decent food but would argue a little pricey. Not sure of we would come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bay Gardens Hotel. The room, service and breakfast was definitely great value for money. It's a must stay again for me 😁😁😁, the location of the hotel is very convenient and not far at all from the amenities in Rodney Bay. The staff are very accommodating and helpful, they do everything they can to try to make your stay the best it can be, Thank you Bay Gardens!!!

My experience there was spectacular and could not be better. For breakfast I ate my belly to full. I am not lying if I say I gained 5 pound. There is quite a variety to eat. I find the staff was friendly. And the pools are fun. I also appreciate the fact that there is a shuttle to drive you to and from the different hotel locations.

Dated rooms, You can see sunlight in the door sill and kill little tiny ants (clean up every day to minimize this) daily. Deal with it... We are the foreigner in the scheme of things. The rooms temperature was great (controllable). Bus service shuttle to the three locations very helpful and appreciated. The level of security seemed perfect. We did not ever have any problems. Rooms spacious and accommodating. Had access to TV and local news. Easy pickup/dropoff location in Rodney bay. Hot water was almost hot (but after a sun burn, it was too hot). Good balance. Plenty of power outlets Beds sucked but will do. Bring a comfy blanket and thank me later. Daily room service was very accommodating and kind to us. Thank you. Plenty of room for us (3 adults) in a one queen bedroom with a living room couch pull out bed. Our youngest is now 21. He loved this trip as much as we did. A bunch of pools and lounge chairs on property. Plenty of lush landscape. Cat's work the property (pest control) and are easy going... Frogs at night make and interesting sound. If you want it dark in your room, bring a sleep mask. It a dated well sized room in paradise. Just what you were thinking you'd get... We came for the weather and tropical beaches... The bar and food staff are kind and willing to help even if its a request for ice water or just an order of fries... Wish i could highlight this point better... Really nice people all around. They treated us the way we try to treat others. Allowed us to secure our luggage before check-in as well as after checkout. All behind locked doors. Again, these are the amenities one often forgets or requires "upgraded status". Everyone gets human status here and its very good!!! Its my pleasure to state, they treated us well and wanted a good experience. Much appreciated. High praise in a contested service industry in a world of huge conglomerate corporations. A careful balance being played out respectfully each day... They just celebrated 30 years of existence. St Lucian and predominantly women in leadership. Bravo 👏👏👏 We did not know this when we booked. It was a humble celebration of their accomplishments. After a few words leadership turned to praise the loyal staff for their years of dedication. Some 30 years... They are still growing. Congratulations 🎉 May God's blessings be poured upon the establishment, its staff, and all who intentionally show their patronage. We will definitely be back.

We booked a Crouton standard king room at Bay Gardens Hotel.But found the information provided to be quite limited. We had to search separately to understand what a "Crouton Standard King Room" actually was, and only then discovered it was intended for budget-conscious travelers. Had this been clearly stated in the room description, we would not have chosen it. TV is right up in your face very small. Although they said they have upgraded us well well. We also own a time share with bay gardens beach resort and was thinking of upgrading but we have changed our mind after this. Unfortunately, due to this experience, we do not plan to return.

Absolutely lovely stay! My family and a group of up to 20 stayed at this resort and I must say it was a great stay. The staff were amazing, excellent customer service and they were so caring and kind from before we even got to the hotel. Every staff member was so helpful. Especially Darren, Brian and the lovely ladies in the restaurant/bar and Marcita (I may have spelt her name wrong) who took great care of the rooms. They were very attentive to my baby and always ensured he was well and enjoying his holiday. The holiday is in a good location and very close to bars, shops, pigeon island and the Friday night street party! We would definitely stay here again in the future when we return. Thank you Coco Palm!

I recently returned to Coco for another brilliant stay, this time while attending a wedding. Having stayed here three times now, I can confidently say I’ll be back again. The staff always make me feel welcome, and it’s lovely to see familiar faces who have been part of the team for years. Special thanks to Garnet, who went above and beyond as a waitress—she made sure my vegan breakfast was prepared on my last day, even when the kitchen thought I’d already checked out. Malika, who is currently training behind the bar, was also outstanding and very attentive. The rooms have recently been renovated and I hear the bathrooms are scheduled for refurbishment next year. Coco keeps getting better and is a wonderful place to stay.

I had a brilliant stay at Coco Palm. I was welcomed with a rum punch and my room was ready early which I really appreciated. The room was spacious and clean, with a very comfy bed. The air conditioning was perfect and the room was quiet. The pool area was very relaxing, and the sunbeds were the comfiest I’ve ever used! Very thick padding with long towels provided which cover the entire bed - a nice touch which I’ve not seen before. The food was of a high quality with generous portions, and the cocktail menu was extensive, with happy hour 4-6. Finally, and most importantly, the team were very friendly and helpful. Simone, the manager, was lovely and the rest of her team were brilliant. I’ll definitely be choosing Coco Palm next time I’m in Saint Lucia.

We had an amazing stay at Coco Palm in Rodney Bay. The convenience of the location was Amazing. The mall, just a 2 minute walk. The Friday night Party, just a 5 minute car ride. Just perfect! The best part was the hospitality we recieved while here. It was 5 Star! They made us feel like family. Newly renovated and super clean. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a stay in the middle of Rodney!

Beautiful hotel with an ideal location and a truly majestic view. The service was warm and welcoming, and both check-in and check-out were exceptionally easy. One of the best experiences I’ve had. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting St Lucia for the first time. I would give them a 10/10!!

The hotel’s location is a genuine highlight. It is perfectly central, providing easy and quick access to local amenities, including excellent restaurants, bars, and popular landmarks. The beach is also only a quick 5-minute drive away. Unfortunately, the quality of the stay was diminished by two significant operational concerns. Room Comfort and Noise Firstly, the lack of double-glazed glass in the rooms is a major oversight that severely impacts rest. Guests are subjected to excessive, disruptive noise from heavy road traffic and loud music emanating from the opposite venue. This soundproofing issue needs urgent attention to ensure a comfortable and restful stay for guests. Concierge Service Deficiencies Secondly, while most staff were generally professional and welcoming, the Concierge desk was profoundly disappointing. The team lacked both the proactivity and enthusiasm one expects from a world-class hotel. Getting information on local excursions felt like a chore, and their general indifference led us, as seasoned travelers, to book all activities through outside tour companies. This department requires immediate and comprehensive training to elevate the guest experience. Internal Risk Issue Finally, an internal risk issue was noted: A receptionist organized a taxi for us to attend the world-famous Street Party, which was driven by a courteous employee using his private, unverified vehicle. While we appreciate the quick service, the hotel must address the liability, insurance coverage, and guest safety implications of using employees as unlicensed drivers for guest transfers. This practice poses a risk that should be reviewed and mitigated immediately, as our travel insurance does not cover unlicensed transport.

Absolute WORST! NEVER again, I wish I stayed at home, and skipped this trip all together. This hotel has a lot of potential, but looks like mismanaged. It’s NOT your typical chain Hilton. No AC in the lobby, or common areas. The hallways between elevator and and other hallways SMELL even though it’s a new hotel and it’s December, I can imagine summer. Windows are not sounds proof. If you are light sleeper, stay AWAY. Noise from busy road on one side, noise from construction (early morning) nearby and pool on the other side - VERY loud and till very late. Staff is very nice and friendly, extremely helpful too for the most part. Went for dinner , drinks came after main course after 3 reminders to 2 different people.

Absolutely lovely hotel in a great location, the perfect base for exploring Saint Lucia. Special shout outs: Aliyel on front desk, John on the 6th floor, Calvin in the restaurant, and especially Shane, whose energy, positivity and service were honestly the best we’ve had in any Hilton stay. A true benchmark for hospitality 👏. Food was good quality (yes, hotel prices but portions are generous). Highlights: pizzas (one each after a long UK flight was way too much), tacos, and the Saturday night BBQ/fire dance — fresh, fun and worth doing. Tip: the $7 continental breakfast is a steal, plenty of cereals, salads, yoghurt, fruit, pastries and banana loaf a plenty! Look out for the speciality hot drinks and local teas. Rooms were clean, modern and big enough for a family of four. Pools (technically four) gave us plenty of space to relax — main pool a little cloudy at times but clean overall. Lots of sunbeds, no stress. Join Hilton Rewards for the 5–6pm 6th floor happy hour, trust me, just do it. 🍹

Our stay was phenomenal!!!! Sure the hotel was great but what made our stay were the employees! Chris, Tia, and Aliyel are EVERYTHING!!!! From the moment we arrived with our toddler and baby tired and cranky from the long trip, they jumped into action to make life easier on us. Our rooms were upgraded (based on our Hilton status) and we were informed about every offering the hotel had in store for us. Chris was amazing with our children, they couldn't wait to see him everyday! It was a beautifully appointed room that was quiet and secure. The detractor is this area of the island is pretty far from the tourist attractions, we were okay with that because we had a car and do island driving often, but for those that don't, consider hiring a driver or contracting with a tourist company to get to see the sights. The area was within walking distance of food and entertainment so you don't really need to leave for stays under a week. It was lovely. Should we ever grace the island again on our family travels, this is our landing spot :-) Thank you all!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Harbor Club Hotel in St. Lucia, and I was highly impressed. From the moment we arrived, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the property was. Every space from the lobby to the rooms was spotless, creating a truly relaxing and comfortable environment. The customer service was outstanding across the board. Every member of the staff I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. A special shoutout goes to Chris, who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. He helped us to our room and made sure we were aware of all amenities and much more, his warm attitude, and dedication to ensuring we had a great experience truly stood out. I’m already looking forward to my next stay at the Harbor Club. Highly recommended for anyone visiting St. Lucia!

Our vacation during Thanksgiving week was an absolute dream. From now on, every trip we take will be compared to this beautiful island and resort. We stayed in a three-bedroom villa with a dedicated butler, and the room was truly incredible—always spotless and perfectly prepared for us. We were even given a cell phone to contact our butlers whenever we needed anything. Jeanneill was our main butler, and he went above and beyond to make this vacation unforgettable. He made us feel like he was part of our family, and his first-class service and hospitality deserve recognition—he truly should be promoted to Manager of Butlers. We miss you Jeanneill!! We were also extremely impressed with the restaurants, great food and variety of choices. Only suggestion is to add another restaurant! Also, please note it is important to tip in cash as we did not know this. One of the servers pointed out that they receive very little of the tip if it’s not in cash. Also, thank you to Ophelia, our second butler, for arranging our private boat experience and making sure my mom had the most incredible 50th birthday. When we returned, the room was beautifully decorated—she truly had an unforgettable celebration, and we appreciate you so much! If you’re looking for a once-in-a-lifetime island getaway that will exceed your expectations with outstanding service, delicious food, and breathtaking views, this is the place. It is truly unmatched.

We recently spent five days in St. Lucia. The hotel itself is fantastic, beautifully maintained with spacious rooms that include a Jacuzzi, washer, and dryer. Housekeeping was excellent, provided daily, and the rooms felt very comfortable and relaxing. The property is about two hours from the island’s only international airport. We booked a private taxi, and while the drive down from the airport was long, the steep and winding drive up to the hotel was even more challenging, something to be aware of if you’re prone to motion sickness. It’s advertised as having three restaurants, but during most of our stay only one was open. That said, we asked the chef to prepare a special meal on two nights, and those were truly memorable experiences. Breakfast offered a large spread, though the quality was just average. The resort has two small pools for residents and a private beach with paddleboarding included, though most other activities came at an extra cost. One thing to watch for: the all-inclusive package doesn’t cover everything. For example, Diet Coke was included in the room and restaurant, but surprisingly not at the café. Nightlife is minimal, there’s no regular evening entertainment. During our stay, a musician played at the seaside restaurant one evening, and on another night a private request led to a special live performance, which was a nice touch. Overall, it’s a lovely property with great service and amenities, but limited dining options, extra charges here and there, and a quiet atmosphere in the evenings. The biggest drawback is the location and challenging drive, so plan accordingly.

The Landings was a beautiful place to stay!! The people were so helpful and friendly . . . made it even more fun! The room was clean and nice. We truly enjoyed the whole experience and all of our interactions!! Beautiful beach!!! Our favorite was Kerim! From security guard to water sports! I highly recommend The landings!

I spent a Fabulous 5 nights there. The suite of rooms was spacious and clean with room service every day. The beach was small but really well kept. The staff were friendly and very professional. American style breakfast was included and there was always a good selection but the Caribbean style food was separate and I thought this was bizarre and would have liked to have had a wider selection. After all we were in the Caribbean.

Our trip was scheduled for The Royalton in St Lucia and we quickly left and went to The Landings. Everyone there was so polite, friendly, and helpful. We have a son with a ton of food allergies and they were so accommodating and even made him a meal to pick up the morning we left so he would have something to eat on our trip back to the US. The beach is beautiful, the wind sailing was one of our favorite (free for guests) activities. The rooms were so clean and if you needed anything they got it for you. The food was good too and not hard to make a reservation at their hotel restaurants at all. Would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a laid back, clean, beautiful, relaxing, family vacation!
