We had such a wonderful stay at Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa! It’s not the typical adults-only luxury resort — it’s more of a family-oriented luxury experience, which made it feel warm, welcoming, and comfortable for everyone. The food was absolutely amazing and delicious every single day. The staff truly made the experience unforgettable — everyone was so kind, professional, hardworking, and genuinely happy to help. You can tell they care about their guests and take pride in what they do. For us, this was definitely a 5-star experience. The atmosphere, service, and overall stay exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this resort to families and anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful stay in Saint Lucia!

I am always so pleased when I stay here and so sad to leave my staycation. Candi made staying and dining with a baby so pleasurable. Her personality is immaculate. Curlis was such a sweetheart at reception and these extra little perks added to our stay. I will choose stains her for my vacation or birthday or anniversary over and over. This is the best hotel for couples or families alike. And I love it everytime.

My family and I (2 adults, 2 children ages 9 & 3) really enjoyed our time here. We opted for the all inclusive package which was totally worth it and makes things easier with young kids. Food was excellent, staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was quiet, clean and had an amazing ocean view. The pool was perfect and the beach access was just steps away. Every night there was some form of entertainment and was something different and enjoyable each night. It helped that there were shops within walking distance to the resort as we needed to replenish a few things like travel snacks and sunscreen. The resort is under construction but from where we were you would barely notice. Looks like it will be an even better experience once completed, but again; we wanted for nothing during our stay - except maybe a few more washcloths! For some reason they were hard to come by. All other towels were plentiful. The room had a few small things that could maybe use some improvement but nothing that negatively impacted our trip and nothing that would stop me from going back. I highly recommend for couples, families, solo travelers, groups, etc. Great place!

I loved our stay at Bay Gardens beach resort and spa first of all they gave us a welcome drink that was very good and helped us with our bags to our room they were so accommodating to our needs we got put on the upper floor but due to my boyfriend having issues with his foot and could barely walk they got us switched over to a room on the first floor and even decorated our room twice (since we had to switch rooms) for our anniversary and gave us a free bottle of wine they were very helpful to with planning of our excursions I loved all the employees we delt with they were all super nice and we felt super safe! I also want to mention the food which I thought was very good and my boyfriend thought so as well and he is very picky and he wanted to eat here every day! Thank you I will always recommend this place to my family and friends!

We’re part of the Bay Gardens Vacation Club, but this trip was one we’ll never forget! It was luxury at its finest. To our surprise, we were placed at the Waters Edge Villas, a beautiful four-bedroom villa right on the marina in St. Lucia, complete with its own pool and Butler service. The views were breathtaking, and the entire experience felt like a dream. This was the first year Bay Gardens introduced Butler service, and they absolutely nailed it. Every single person on the Butler team, including the managers, went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and special. They were attentive, warm, and always just a quick message away whenever we needed anything. What really made this trip stand out was how genuinely kind and personable everyone was. We truly enjoyed spending time with them, both on and off the resort, and we’ve made connections that will last a lifetime. This was hands down one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. It’s worth every bit of the investment, and we’re already counting down the days until we return next year! 💖💖
