He had his team show us around the city, take us everywhere we needed to go, stayed with us and made sure we were safe at all times. He and his team were friendly, reliable, funny and accommodating in every way possible. If you are in St Lucia look for DaQuan and he will handle the rest. 💙

We recently stayed at Bay Gardens Beach Resort while in Saint Lucia for the Masters International Invitational Football Tournament, and overall we had a wonderful experience! Originally, we were supposed to stay at the Sapphire Sands Beach Villas, however the property was not completed in time. The resort upgraded us to a beautiful One-Bedroom Ocean View Suite, and honestly, it was perfect. The room was spacious, very clean, and the ocean view was absolutely stunning. To make up for the change, the resort also included two complimentary excursions of our choice, which was such a thoughtful gesture. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the butler service that was included with our Sapphire booking. Our butlers, Jimmy and Britnay, were hands down the best! They truly catered to our every need and anticipated things before we even had to ask. Our friend’s butler, Prisca, was also outstanding — attentive, kind, and incredibly helpful. They all treated us like family and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Since we were there for the football tournament, our butlers went above and beyond to make sure our team was taken care of. They provided coolers and water for the team and thought of every little detail. After long football matches, they even made sure dinner was waiting in my room. No stone was left unturned. The resort itself was very peaceful and quiet in the evenings, although there wasn’t much entertainment at night. The food was good overall, with breakfast and lunch being our favorite meals during the stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Looking forward to coming back in 2027!

We had such a wonderful stay at Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa! It’s not the typical adults-only luxury resort — it’s more of a family-oriented luxury experience, which made it feel warm, welcoming, and comfortable for everyone. The food was absolutely amazing and delicious every single day. The staff truly made the experience unforgettable — everyone was so kind, professional, hardworking, and genuinely happy to help. You can tell they care about their guests and take pride in what they do. For us, this was definitely a 5-star experience. The atmosphere, service, and overall stay exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this resort to families and anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful stay in Saint Lucia!

We booked an all inclusive week at the new Sapphire Sands however the construction was delayed and we accepted their offer to stay at the Bay Gardens Resort and Spa. While the accommodations were not comparable to the new resort, the service was beyond our expectations. The restaurant had great menu options for a la carte which changed daily. The buffet was always fresh with various selections. Fresh eggs were cooked to our liking by friendly chefs. The local people who work at this resort are genuinely eager to ensure their guests are happy. The servers at the restaurant, our gal at the cappuccino bar, the ladies in the spa, housekeeping folks, towel guys, beach security and front desk were all very pleasant. But Jeanneil, Priska and Jimmy took care of our every need with attention to detail during our entire stay. This butler team made our trip unforgettable and we will definitely consider returning.

I traveled with a large family group of approximately 30 guests, and while we were committed to enjoying our time together, the resort’s overall experience fell far below what should be expected from an established resort property. In addition to the dining issues we encountered, there was also an unpleasant sewer smell emitting from some of the rooms, which was extremely disturbing and unacceptable for a resort accommodation. Guest rooms should be clean, fresh, and comfortable, and this odor significantly impacted the quality of our stay for multiple members of our group. The most significant ongoing issue was the extremely poor food service. Coordinating meals for a group of our size should have been manageable for a resort accustomed to hosting guests and larger parties, yet the delivery of food was consistently disorganized and unacceptable. We experienced excessive wait times, often waiting hours for meals to arrive from the kitchen. When food did finally come out, several orders were missing altogether or had been forgotten. In one particularly troubling example of the lack of quality control, a hamburger was served without the actual burger patty. This should never happen in any dining establishment, let alone at a resort that promotes a quality guest experience. In addition to the delays, the quality of the food was equally disappointing. There are only 2 dining options for this “all inclusive”and Meals were bland, tasteless, and lacked the standard one would expect from a resort dining experience. To make matters worse, some dishes were undercooked while others were overcooked, reflecting serious inconsistency and poor kitchen execution. What was most troubling was the overall weak performance behind the scenes. There was no upper management involvement to ensure a pleasant resolve to the problems we experienced further demonstrating that the Bay Gardens beach Resort and Spa cares very little about the clients they house.
