✨ My Stay at Bel Jou Hotel ✨ What an incredible experience! From the moment I arrived at Bel Jou Hotel, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, and their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help made me feel right at home. The food was absolutely amazing! Every meal was a delight, from the fresh and delicious breakfast selections to the flavorful lunches, delectable dinners, and irresistible desserts. Every bite was prepared with care and exceeded my expectations. The entertainment, beautiful atmosphere, and stunning surroundings made my stay even more memorable. Whether relaxing by the pool, enjoying the views, or simply soaking in the peaceful ambiance, every moment felt special. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Bel Jou Hotel for making my vacation such a wonderful experience. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be returning. My wife and I stayed here recently as the 3rd stop on our 3 island tour organised by Eshores holiday company. We travelled from Barbados on Intercaribbean Airways which lands at the local Castries airport only 10mins from the hotel. The hotel is located on a steep hill with amazing views over Vigie beach & Castries city. Our room was very comfortable, had a partial sea view but benefited by being in the shade most of the day. The hotel has immaculate grounds with 2 pools, we used the lower pool near the self service bar mostly. We liked the coffee bar with complimentary snacks & free entertainment watching the hummingbirds feeding. The hotel is adult only with buffet restaurant & an a la carte restaurant too. The food in both restaurants was delicious. I thought the buffet food was amazing, certainly the best hotel buffet food I've tasted. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the local Vigie beach (with Bel jou loungers & an attendant to assist you & watch your bags while you swim or walk) and also to the colourful market. The best thing about the hotel are the wonderful team of staff who are so friendly and helpful to ensure your stay is relaxing. The staff really enjoyed working together, it was lovely to see them laughing & joking amongst themselves when they weren't interacting with the clients. One highlight is the Caribbean BBQ night with great atmosphere, delicious food & fantastic local entertainment. I would definitely recommend staying at Bel Jou.

We spent 10 wonderful days at this hotel. Staff were amazing especially Samantha who has kept in touch with us. Food at all restaurants was lovely and Chef was brilliant at making me non spicy food when requested. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our cleaner was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff at this hotel. It is a bit secluded, but it hasnt put me off planning another holiday there. To all the staff at Bel Jou, thankyou for an amazing holiday.

We spent a relaxing 10 days at the Bel Jou. This was down to the amazing staff in the hotel. The rooms are comfy and cool. We had an ocean view room with a lovely balcony. There are lots of steps around the hotel. The pool areas are great with towels on ready supply from reception. There is a self service bar by the larger pool with a ready supply of beer, wine, spirits, mixers etc. There is also a self service coffee area with snacks and hot drinks all day. The buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner are good. Although they could do with a little more variation. I would not recommend a la carte restaurant as meals did not match the description and a few options had run out. The day time activities are great. We did morning yoga, Saturday walks on the beach and a walk to the lighthouse - all run by Jaffree who is amazing. There is a free shuttle bus on thebupur between 9am and 4pm. This takes you to town and the beach. At Vigie beach there are complimentary sun loungers and staff keep an eye on your belongings if you go for a walk or a dip. Its a beautiful beach. The town has a market and duty free shop but is very hectic. You need to be careful and cannot walk anywhere from the hotel especially at night.

This is my favourite hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff will become your best friends by the time you're done your stay, and you will become best friends with all of them. The food is excellent, the rooms are clean, the amenities are plentiful and the location is convenient. The charm of this hotel is truly indescribable. Would recommend to everyone!!
