Wow! Where do I begin? This trip was first to celebrate the completion of my Masters (May 2026) and also a fun-filled girls trip with 4 other ladies I know very well. The island is truly one of a kind and the experience is as well. The food is highly tasty and fresh with much variety. The pools are very clean and warm. Staff service is always willing to help aid at any time and or hour. The staff is very welcoming and accomodating to the point they will even go with you to places you are unsure or unfamiliar with. I want to give a huge shoutout to our driver Jonard! He helped us out the entire trip beingour driver 4 times! Whether to the airport, to the local shops, to the Friday Fish Market (please do go) and anywhere else we desired. He is so sweet and a big help. Such a needed vacation of time, warm weather, laugh, enjoyment and enterntainment. Would love yo go back again and recommend it.

My family of four just returned from a 6-night stay at Coconut Bay Beach Resort, and overall, we had a wonderful vacation. The resort facilities are beautiful, the food was good, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Melika, who took care of our room, was absolutely fantastic and truly made our stay special. There are a few areas that could use improvement. The service at the buffet could be better, and the entertainment could be a little more engaging. For the amount we paid to stay at the resort, we were disappointed with how dated the rooms were. The bathrooms, in particular, were in need of significant updating. I know the sea grass was completely out of the resort’s control, but unfortunately, it was a major issue during our stay. There were days when the smell was very strong. That said, the resort did everything they could to manage and clean it up, and we appreciated their efforts. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning, especially if the rooms and bathrooms are updated. I would also choose a different time of year, as August is sea grass season. Despite the few negatives, we made some wonderful family memories and truly enjoyed our time in St. Lucia!

We loved Coconut Bay! We wish the daytime events were more focused on because we would've loved to play games and mix up our usual activities. All the staff was so kind and amazing. Everyone we interacted with, including the people who took us on our excursions, were full of life and so informative. The excursions were amazing and beautiful and we loved getting to see the culture and other parts of the island. The bars were so fun and the bartenders were always making sure we were having the best time and being taken care of. The food was great, but we would have loved more traditional seasoning to the type of food that was being served and more salt. The pasta at the dinner buffet was amazing! Our favorite dinner was Silk, it was delicious!!!! We wish there was more fish overall for food options. Overall, everything was great! The rooms were clean, the food and drinks were good, location was perfect, and the staff was the best! I couldn't recommend Coconut Bay enough.

We had an amazing time. We booked 30 Rooms split between splash and harmony. No one had any complaints other than one room on the splash side that was not renovated. The size of the Resort isn’t the largest, but you can move around without Being on top of anybody. The resort was sold out, but it most certainly did not feel that way. It was very tranquil, very clean and very comfortable. The food was good, but the service was even better. From concierge to the wait staff, everybody is there with a friendly face and their own sparkle personality. I had to host 50 people, and although I brought about some difficult requests, the staff definitely still went above and beyond to cater. I had people from all walks of life and people With different Travel experiences and everybody said the same thing, they would most certainly come back to this Resort. We didn’t get to enjoy the beach much due to the algae. Special thanks to my concierge LANEL. Great thanks for all the other workers: Evelyn, ROWE, TARI, TASIA. Shekina. Lester. Donnage. Lovina. Markil. Melika.

This resort is located right along the beach for you to enjoy! The people are extremely friendly and welcoming. The amenities are an added bonus as well as the hospitality. We took private sea and land tour with Lyndon Tours. The promoter “Jack Sparrow” was located on the beach and made us feel comfortable to book with him. Our tour was for 8:30 on 4/26 and lasted approximately 8.5 hours. The tour guide Culture was AMAZING!!! He is very knowledgeable, easy going, and fun to say the least. We did many excursions and learned the history of the island. All in all this resort and the tour was the best experience I’ve had to date!!! Don’t make the mistake and go anywhere else. I promise with this resort and the tour with Culture you definitely won’t be disappointed!
