We loved Coconut Bay! We wish the daytime events were more focused on because we would've loved to play games and mix up our usual activities. All the staff was so kind and amazing. Everyone we interacted with, including the people who took us on our excursions, were full of life and so informative. The excursions were amazing and beautiful and we loved getting to see the culture and other parts of the island. The bars were so fun and the bartenders were always making sure we were having the best time and being taken care of. The food was great, but we would have loved more traditional seasoning to the type of food that was being served and more salt. The pasta at the dinner buffet was amazing! Our favorite dinner was Silk, it was delicious!!!! We wish there was more fish overall for food options. Overall, everything was great! The rooms were clean, the food and drinks were good, location was perfect, and the staff was the best! I couldn't recommend Coconut Bay enough.

We had an amazing time. We booked 30 Rooms split between splash and harmony. No one had any complaints other than one room on the splash side that was not renovated. The size of the Resort isn’t the largest, but you can move around without Being on top of anybody. The resort was sold out, but it most certainly did not feel that way. It was very tranquil, very clean and very comfortable. The food was good, but the service was even better. From concierge to the wait staff, everybody is there with a friendly face and their own sparkle personality. I had to host 50 people, and although I brought about some difficult requests, the staff definitely still went above and beyond to cater. I had people from all walks of life and people With different Travel experiences and everybody said the same thing, they would most certainly come back to this Resort. We didn’t get to enjoy the beach much due to the algae. Special thanks to my concierge LANEL. Great thanks for all the other workers: Evelyn, ROWE, TARI, TASIA. Shekina. Lester. Donnage. Lovina. Another awesome family vacation at Coconut Bay! Our family has been visiting Coconut Bay for years, and every trip just keeps getting better. With kids ranging from 4 to 10, and older folks as well, finding a place that truly works for everyone can be challenging—but Coconut Bay is perfect. The pools, lazy river and waterslides are always a hit. The resort is incredibly family‑friendly, and the staff always goes out of their way to make sure the little ones are having fun. This year, our absolute favorite part of the trip was the animal rescue. Tom and his amazing staff have created something truly special. They’ve rescued countless dogs—and even other animals—and think fostered over 100 dogs just last year. After breakfast each morning, we would visit the puppies. They even got the chance to bottle‑feed the baby goats, which became a highlight of the trip. Each day, we ask the kids what their favorite part was, and almost every time, the answer was the same: the puppies!! The animal rescue adds such a meaningful and memorable experience to an already fantastic vacation. Coconut Bay continues to be our go‑to family destination, and we can’t wait to return!

We really enjoyed our stay at coconut bay! I proposed on day one and we celebrated all week long. Even though the resort was mostly booked nothing ever felt super crowded. Staff was very kind. Our favorite bartender was Thomas on the Harmony side tiki bar. He had the best party every afternoon. Paradise beach is the way if you want to enjoy the water. The one and only thing to complain about is that it is advertised as beer and wine in the mini fridge. We checked in and noticed we didn't have any. So we left a note with a tip requesting beer and wine, and we were left s return note telling us to go to the corner store. We were there with a group of 48 people and the most of the group did report beer in their rooms! We always felt safe, buzzed and very well fed. Thank you!

If you’re greeted by Tari at the airport, know that your vacation has started off right! The heart of this resort is the staff, who are truly dedicated to making your stay relaxing. At the front desks, Spencer, Zara, Daniel are ready to grant your hearts desires. Go see Tyron at the Front Lobby bar for shots. Ask for the special green shot. Staff around the resort; Debbie, Zareel, Brad, Ish, and Sharnail find ways to serve you. Say hi to Ms. Mary and pick up a breakfast omlette, you wont be disappointed. Evelyn will make your coconut ice cream is of plenty. At the spa Monica are incredibly patient and will ensure you book the perfect treatment. As for the massages: Gabina’s is a blessing, Crystal’s will have you snoring in minutes, and Clea is wonderfully meticulous. ​The dining experience at Silk was amazing, made even more special by the ambiance Bertha created. Don’t miss Calabash, Trattoria, or the Land and Sea Tour. Down by the pool, look for Doralyn—she’s the best at keeping the drinks flowing and the snacks coming—while Winston makes sure you’re taken care of the moment you step out of the water. Even the room felt personal thanks to Star, who kept everything spotless and left us the sweetest daily notes. ​The resort is impeccably maintained (cleanliness is truly next to godliness here). Just a heads-up: since it’s on the Atlantic side, it’s quite windy, so pack accordingly! We loved our girls' trip! Don't forget to tip the people that made your trip special.
