I had an excellent stay!! The service was exceptional from check-in to check-out. Every staff member was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely solution-oriented. The hotel also did a fantastic job coordinating the trip to Gros Islet, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The room was clean, fresh and comfortable, and housekeeping maintained it well throughout my stay. The location couldn't be better—it’s in the heart of the restaurants and nightlife with the beach just a short walk away. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

I recently celebrated my birthday at Coco Palm Hotel and had such a lovely experience! I stayed for one night with my sister, and it was exactly what I needed—relaxing, enjoyable, and memorable.From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. We spent the evening enjoying drinks, and everything was well-prepared and served with great attention to detail. Breakfast the next morning was definitely a highlight—10/10! The food was fresh, flavorful, and a perfect way to wrap up our stay.Overall, it was a beautiful birthday experience, and I would absolutely recommend Coco Palm Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway in Saint Lucia. I’ll definitely be back!

We had the best time at Coco Palm. The staff is amazing and truly made the trip even better. Sholar behind the bar was the best! He made us lots of great drinks. The food is amazing! Chef Nigel out did himself every night! We can’t wait to get back to Coco Palm!

I chose this hotel because it was one we have never tried before and genuinely looked foward to enjoying the property. Overall experience did not live up to our expectations. From lack of preparation for a confirmed group booking(daypass), seating arrangements, limited and unavailable food, long waits for service, hygiene concerns with a cup of tea served with visible lipstick stains, inconsistent information about bottled water, whether it is included or not included in the daypass (then running out) and overall customer service was not pleasant. On a positive note, the bartender who started her shift in the afternoon had noticeably better customer service. I hope this feedback helps management. Looking into communication between departments, staffing and proper customer service training, food and beverage preparation, and cleanliness will benefit this hotel and experience for guests. I left the resort feeling like I let my group down by choosing this hotel and not choosing another resort where we've had much better experiences worth our money.
