This was my seventh visit to Pangkor Laut Resort, and unfortunately, I have to say that the overall standards have declined significantly compared to my previous stays.
For a luxury resort of this reputation and price range, I expected a much higher level of cleanliness, hygiene, and attention to detail.
The cleanliness of the room was particularly disappointing. I found ants, hair, black spots, and even unidentified bugs on the bed. To make matters worse, there was sand on the bedsheets. Even after requesting a bedsheet change, I was shocked to discover that there was still sand on the bed. This raises serious concerns about the housekeeping standards and whether the rooms are being properly cleaned and inspected.
Even the drinking cups were not properly cleaned, which further added to my disappointment.
These are basic hygiene standards that should never be compromised, especially at a resort that positions itself as a five-star luxury destination. Guests should not have to repeatedly check whether their beds and amenities are clean.
Having visited Pangkor Laut Resort seven times, I can clearly see how much the quality and attention to detail have deteriorated over the years. It is genuinely disappointing to witness a resort I once loved and trusted fall so far below expectations.
I sincerely hope the management takes these concerns seriously rather than simply relying on the resort’s established reputation.
Luxury is not just about beautiful surroundings and premium prices. It is about maintaining consistently high standards, especially in cleanliness, hygiene, and guest comfort. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of what Pangkor Laut Resort once represented.

My partner and I recently stayed at Pangkor Laut Resort for 4 nights, and it was truly one of the most beautiful and relaxing resort experiences we have ever had.
The island itself is stunning, surrounded by crystal-clear water and lush rainforest. Every corner of the resort is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a private tropical paradise. Whether it was watching the sunset, enjoying the beaches, or simply walking around the resort, the scenery was absolutely breathtaking.
What made our stay even more special was the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, but one team member in particular stood out – Mizan.
We first met Mizan during our first meal at the resort and later realised he was working across several different restaurants. Every time he saw us, he greeted us with a genuine smile and incredible warmth. To our surprise, he remembered both my name and my partner’s name, and often anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask.
His attentiveness, professionalism and genuine care for guests went far beyond what we would normally expect. It is rare to come across someone who is so passionate about hospitality and who consistently makes guests feel valued and at home.
A heartfelt thank you to Mizan for making our stay even more memorable. He is a true credit to Pangkor Laut Resort.
We will definitely be returning in the future.

We had an absolutely wonderful and comfortable stay at Pangkor Laut Resort. From start to finish, the overall team made sure every part of our experience was seamless and relaxing.
A special shoutout to Mr. Mages and the restaurant crew—they did an incredible job! They were consistently kind, attentive, and always easily accessible whenever we needed extra information or recommendations. We also want to give a heartfelt thank you to Ms. Dian for her wonderful care throughout our stay, which made us feel so well looked after.
Thank you to the entire team for your warmth and hospitality. We can’t wait to come back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay at Pangkor Laut Resort
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pangkor Laut Resort, and what truly stood out to us was the incredible hospitality and friendliness of the entire team.
From the moment we arrived, 100% of the staff from the reception team, waiters and restaurant managers to housekeeping, transport staff and everyone in between were exceptionally warm, friendly and attentive. What impressed us most was how they constantly checked in to make sure everything was okay and that we were enjoying our stay. It genuinely felt like they cared about our experience, rather than simply doing their jobs.
We stayed at Spa Village, and the entire resort was super duper clean and beautifully maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing and made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
The food deserves a special mention too! 🍽️ The food at Feast Village, Chapman’s Bar and Uncle Lim’s Kitchen was consistently delicious, clean, and offered plenty of variety. We genuinely enjoyed our meals throughout the stay.
A special shout out to Mr Mages, Mr Segar and Mr Manickam from the Transport/Jetty team. Thank you for your warmth, helpfulness and for making our transfers so smooth and pleasant. You guys definitely made an impression on us!
Overall, it was not just the beautiful resort or the amazing surroundings that made our stay memorable ,it was the people. The genuine smiles, friendliness and attention from the staff made us feel truly welcomed.
Thank you, Pangkor Laut Resort, for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely remember the hospitality and hopefully be back again! ❤️🌴

Came here as a family. Last time I was here was 18 years ago as a couple. The service remains excellent - some standouts are Mages in Feast Village, the boat no 10 crew, and the guys over at Chapman’s Bar. Emerald Bay remains one of the best beaches in Malaysia. I hope there would be more activities to do apart from kayaking and jungle trail next time. Food is marvelous. Hope to come back here again soon.

Yes! A great resort option, especially for families. And it’s next door to a “sister” hotel, the St. Regis Resort which also has a great pool/beach area and great dining options.
To the staff at Reception: Santi who was so welcoming and checked us in, Jane and Fifah who were always helpful…THANK YOU!
The Splash Bar staff: Ong and Hasrul were awesome bartenders and lovely to get to know…THANK YOU!
And finally to the Executive Chef Saiful: you greeted me the first night at the Malaysian Independence Day BBQ and took me on a tour of the food tables, made me an omelette at my first breakfast and we’re always so warm and friendly…THANK YOU.
I cannot imagine spending my 20-years anniversary anywhere else. 💥💥❤️❤️

Absolutely amazing hotel with exceptional service and hospitality. The staff are truly its greatest asset—so warm, attentive, and professional. A big shout-out to Santi Safura, Zura, Syam, Justin, Riad, fafi! Not sure if name are correct team at the bar lobby sorry if missed some names but thèse above and beyond for making our stay so special! We were amazed by the level of care and service. We truly appreciate everything and highly recommend this hotel!
The location is an absoute must try
Big pools wide areas with a lot of indoor activity for rainy days make realize how much work and preparation is done behind the scene to make guest feel every moment spend there.
Many more that can’t describe it all

What a wonderful stay we had at The Westin Langkawi! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the resort's stunning location. The private beach is peaceful, well-maintained, and the perfect place to relax while enjoying breathtaking views.
The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, and the bathrooms were equally well maintained. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste.
One of the highlights of our stay was the Breeze Lounge, where we enjoyed refreshing drinks and mocktails while overlooking the beautiful beach—an experience we truly loved.
This resort is 100% recommended.

Exceptional Stay & World-Class Hospitality! What I loved most is how comfortable they make their guests feel, offering total trust without any unnecessary hassle. The breakfast buffet is extremely diverse and delicious with so many great options! The staff members are all polite and professional, with special thanks to the check-in and check-out team for their wonderful service. The facilities are truly world-class and perfect for relaxation, and room service was top-notch. Furthermore, the kids' facilities are amazing—both the swimming pools and the Kids Club are absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend this resort to everyone! I will definitely be returning for future stays and recommending it to all my family and friends.

I had a wonderful stay at The Westin Langkawi Resort & Spa. Lovely room, spacious, comfortable and had a beautiful sea view. The bed is so heavenly!
What I appreciated most about the resort was its focus on wellness. I joined one of the yoga sessions, spent time at the Heavenly Spa and enjoyed relaxing by the adults only infinity pool overlooking the sea. It was peaceful, quiet and exactly the kind of place where you can truly switch off.
Breeze Lounge was a great spot for cocktails, while dinner at Tide was another highlight. Every dish was well executed and the quality of the food was consistently excellent.
Although the resort is close to Kuah, it still feels tranquil and never overcrowded. The private beach and beautifully maintained grounds make it easy to forget you're only minutes from town.
The service was warm and genuine throughout my stay. Every member of staff I met was friendly, attentive and happy to help without ever being overbearing.
A left feeling refreshed, which is probably the best compliment I can give a wellness resort. Overall, a wonderful stay from start to finish.

We had a wonderful stay at Pelangi Beach Resort in Langkawi. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with a lovely tropical setting, beautiful gardens and a stunning beachfront location. It really feels like a peaceful escape from the moment you arrive.
Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was very relaxing. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The location is also excellent, with plenty of restaurants, shops and cafés nearby, so there was always something to do outside the resort as well.
One of our favourite things was simply walking around the grounds and enjoying the beautiful scenery. The pools and beach area were lovely, and the sunsets were particularly beautiful.
Overall, Pelangi Beach Resort was a fantastic choice for our Langkawi trip. It has a great combination of beautiful surroundings, a relaxing atmosphere, good facilities and genuinely friendly service. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Langkawi.

Top class service.
There were about 15 groups of people checking in / waiting to check in when we arrived, but the process was done in 15 minutes. Special mention to Nas who is very friendly, professional, and accommodating.
We had an (electricity) issue with the room but most importantly - it was handled professionally.
The service team were all top notch, from the main counter, to concierge, housekeeping, buggy services, f&b, swimmimg pool, kids club.
Food was great as well - kids loved it

A beautiful beachside property spread across a huge, well-maintained area. One of the highlights is the lovely seating area right in front of the property, overlooking the sea—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views.
The property has two huge swimming pools, and one of the best things about staying here is that the sun sets directly over the ocean, creating a spectacular sunset that can be enjoyed right from the property.
The accommodation mainly consists of charming wooden chalets, which add a lovely rustic touch to the overall experience.
The lobby is beautifully decorated and has a welcoming feel. The only downside is that the restaurants have a somewhat limited menu, so there could be more variety in the food options.
Overall, a wonderful property if you’re looking for a peaceful beachside stay with beautiful ocean views and plenty of open space.
Pemburu Harta Karun Yamasita
Very disappointing service for a hotel that claims to be 5-star.
The hotel does not allow food delivery riders to deliver food to the lobby, so guests are forced to walk all the way to the main gate just to collect their food. It honestly feels more like staying in a school than a 5-star hotel.
Basic guest convenience should not be this difficult. If the hotel wants to maintain a 5-star standard, these basic aspects of guest service and hospitality should be taken seriously.
The service is simply unacceptable for a hotel claiming to provide a 5-star experience. 5-star pricing, but the service is nowhere near 5-star.
Andrew Johnson
This is a top quality hotel, wonderful pools close to sea and beach.
Breakfast was a delight by the sea with a wide choice.
Yoga class was excellent experience.
Rooms have character and are well serviced.
Access to the beach and local services is simple and everything is close at hand.
Only 20mins from the Eagles. Nest by grab.

The St Regis Langkawi represents an impeccable class act in luxury hospitality.
Every aspect of our stay had surpassed our expectations.
From the moment of arrival, our car was valet parked throughout our stay. Our check-in was handled through a dedicated butler, complete with welcome drinks and light bites.
The beautiful lobby sets the tone with its grand yet refined ambience - a standard which is carried throughout the rest of the hotel's facilities.
We booked the Andaman Sea View room, and over the course of our stay, its spacious balcony framed countless breathtaking views, from the cotton candied skies at sunrise to the violet horizon at sunset.
The quality of service is remarkable; every hotel staff around the hotel, from the lobby to the pool and the restaurants was always ready to assist with a smile.
The butler service was always a quick message away on WhatsApp, and we could enjoy 6 complimentary coffee/tea/chocolate drinks delivered to our room per day - a delightful perk that every luxury hotel would do well to offer.
A tip would be to request for a medium soft memory pillow, which made our rest all the more comfortable.
The breakfast spread at L'Orangerie was wonderful, with a wide selection of pastries, dairy, and local spreads. The hot latte was especially wonderful.
In all, we are absolutely delighted by our first St. Regis experience and this stay has set the benchmark for future experiences to come.

We had a wonderful and truly impressive stay! The entire team was incredibly friendly and always made a great effort to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
We especially appreciated being personally greeted by our names, which made us feel genuinely welcome.
We also loved the design of the hotel, which perfectly matches our taste. The bright and spacious lobby was particularly impressive.
Thank you once again to the entire team for the wonderful hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay!

St. Regis truly delivered an exceptional experience!
Heartfelt appreciation to Shabir for his outstanding butler service. He was always prompt, attentive, and readily available whenever we needed assistance.
Special thanks as well to Afiq, who paid close attention to every detail and took note that we were celebrating our anniversary. He made our breakfast experience even more memorable by arranging a special drink and dessert, which was a thoughtful and delightful surprise.
Overall, it was a wonderful and pleasant stay. The warm hospitality, personalized touches, and excellent service made our celebration truly special. We look forward to returning again.

INCREDIBLE! I have stayed in hotels all around the world, and this one is by far One of the absolute best! The staff are So professional and helpful and make you feel like a movie star. Ganesh the manager was so warm and welcoming and made sure our stay was exceptional! The food is to die for and they even have a mixologist in house that designs cocktails for you! The smell, sounds and sights are just fabulous! The Kayuputi is a fantastic restaurant with hammocks over the water facing sunset! I could not be happier with our holiday and highly recommend! I will be back! Sharul took us on a kayak trip around the islands and we were paddling with dolphins, Ayu took us for a cooking class and Handoko made us the most amazing cocktails. This hotel has everything of the highest quality!

Our May escape to St. Regis Langkawi was pure magic. This resort doesn’t just deliver luxury — it lives and breathes it. The service was on another level: warm, intuitive, and so flawlessly attentive that it felt like the team anticipated every need before we even voiced it.
The plunge pool villa was a dream. Beautifully designed, incredibly private, and stocked with thoughtful touches that made the stay feel deeply personal. Waking up to that serene pool and lush greenery felt like stepping into a postcard.
Breakfast was a daily highlight — an indulgent spread with impeccable quality and the kind of attention to detail that makes you pause and appreciate the moment.
St. Regis Langkawi didn’t just exceed expectations — it set a new benchmark. A place that stays with you long after you’ve left.

We stayed for 7 nights in October in a Kinabalu Villa. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. How anyone can say the resort is not 5 star is mind boggling. From the reception at the private office on the mainland to the personal goodbye on the jetty, everything is geared to giving the guest a memorable experience. The restaurant food is varied and tasty, the rooms are pristine and well equipped, with personal touches thrown in if you have a special occasion. The chefs are superb, we were given a packed lunch on our departure which was as delicious, we were also given a late check out at no extra cost, which was really helpful as our boat transfer was not until 5pm, we were able to relax and fully enjoy our final day. The only issue we had was with communication with the hotel before our arrival, you need to book everything in advance - restaurant and activities, and getting a reply from the hotel was difficult, but this was a minor issue compared to the fantastic overall experience in the paradise that is Gaya Island Resort
Thank you to each and every one of the staff, and fellow travellers we met, that made our wedding anniversary so special.

I chose Gaya Island Resort expecting a luxury experience based on its branding and pricing, but unfortunately the stay felt largely ordinary and did not live up to expectations.
While the staff were friendly, the service lacked the attention to detail and personalized touches that define true luxury hospitality. During my stay, the air-conditioning in my room leaked and soaked part of the dressing area.
Although the issue was repaired, the mess was left behind for me to arrange housekeeping to clean up. This may seem minor, but luxury is often reflected in how such details are handled.
The food was another disappointment. It was generally uninspiring, lacked character, and did not feel consistent with the standards of a premium resort.
The arrival and departure experience at the jetty was also inconvenient, with a considerable distance between the grab drop off and Gaya Lounge, particularly challenging when carrying luggage in rainy weather.
What surprised me most was that I checked in on my birthday and received no acknowledgment at all. Even many standard hotels make an effort to recognize special occasions, so this felt like a missed opportunity for a resort positioning itself as a luxury destination.
Overall, it felt like paying luxury prices for an ordinary experience. The setting is beautiful, but the service, dining, and attention to detail did not match the luxury image that the resort promotes. Regrettably, I would not return or recommend it based on my experience.

We had mixed feelings about our stay at Gaya Island Resort. On the positive side, the resort itself is beautiful, with a large and clean swimming pool as well as a well-maintained beach. The rooms are spacious and offer lovely views. We also enjoyed the beautiful spa area and appreciated the complimentary snorkeling equipment and kayaks. In addition, the resort offers a variety of activities, although these come at an extra cost.
Unfortunately, several aspects significantly affected our overall impression. While the rooms were cleaned daily, the level of cleanliness did not meet our expectations for a five-star resort. For example, we found hair from previous guests in the bathroom.
The service at the reception and the bar was also not what we would expect from a five-star property. Drink orders at the pool bar were forgotten several times, and there was no poolside service, meaning guests had to go to the bar themselves to place orders. In addition, both of our restaurant reservations were not properly arranged, and the transfer from the harbour to the airport that had been organized for us did not take place. After several inquiries and being referred from one person to another, we eventually had to arrange the transfer ourselves.
The resort has three restaurants: a teppanyaki restaurant, an à la carte restaurant, and a buffet restaurant. The food quality was generally acceptable across all of them. However, we found the price of the buffet restaurant to be excessively high. For two people, including one glass of wine each, we paid MYR 477, which is more than EUR 100.
Based on our experience, we would not choose to stay at this resort again on a future trip to Borneo and unfortunately cannot recommend it to others.

The resort is aboutlutly stunning.
A nice coral reef with alive corals, a calm sea and natural jungle behind the resort.
The villas are all spacious, although sometimes walking is necessary, but the view makes it worth it.
The transfer to the resort is by their own boat. Check in at the pier is easy and convenient.
It would have been a paradise like stay if not for a few things that we didn't like.
The transfer is quite expensive, but we knew that before.
For this price I actually thought we will have more service, like turn down service, more explain by the staff, etc.
The food in the main restaurant was ok, but overpriced a bit. I understand we are on an island.
The Japanese Restaurant was great though.
One more thing we didn't like was, that the staff was very often on the phone, which seems unprofessional.
All in all it was a good stay in a very beautiful place!
Isobel S
The good first: the resort is in a beautiful place, and is generally well maintained. It is not over-crowded, so it is possible to get a sun bed easily. It has access to a private beach, and the transfers there and back are frequent and simple.
The bad: all food, drink and activities at the resort are significantly overpriced for their quality, leading to a feeling of being squeezed for every last drop, in exchange for a sub-par experience. The buffet dinner was over 10 times the prices of a (frankly more tasty) dinner on the mainland. The 'coral garden snorkeling' excursion was to a patch of dead coral reef, significantly worse than the coral at the house reef itself, with very limited marine life (a couple of reef sharks), and the guides made limited effort to actually guide us to any interesting sightings. Apparently a turtle was seen by one of the guides - the first I heard of this was when I was sent a picture of this turtle by WhatsApp after the trip was finished. The equipment provided was poor - ill-fitting masks, no fins. The villas also are in need of some work - our bed had a massive dip in the middle meaning we rolled onto each other at night.
Overall, I cannot say that I would recommend staying here, in particular for the price paid. I would recommend staying at a hotel on the mainland and organising your own trips to the nearby islands for your island fix.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay at Traders Hotel, Kuala Lumpur!
We had a wonderful experience staying at Traders Hotel during our family vacation in Malaysia! ❤️🇲🇾
From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The hotel has a fantastic location, with beautiful views of the iconic Petronas Twin Towers. Everything was convenient, and it was a great place to stay while exploring Kuala Lumpur with our family.
What we appreciated most was the warm hospitality and the effort to make guests feel welcome and well taken care of.
A big thank you to the entire Traders Hotel team for being part of our memorable family holiday! We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back on our next visit to Malaysia.
Highly recommended for families visiting Kuala Lumpur! ❤️👏🇲🇾

We had a wonderful stay at Traders Hotel! The hotel was excellent, and the room had an amazing view. The cocktail hour was an absolute standout and made our stay even more special. A huge shoutout to Halima, Oliver and John for their outstanding service and for making us feel so welcome. Their hospitality truly made a difference. We would happily stay here again!

Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur
This is a 4-star hotel that truly lives up to its rating. If you are looking for a premier view of the Petronas Twin Towers, this property does not disappoint. Our check-in and check-out processes were smooth as silk, and the room was extremely comfortable.
The room featured a floor-to-ceiling view of the towers from the daybed and was equipped with a Smart TV, well-placed electrical sockets, and intuitive light controls. It also offered a spacious bed, ample storage, and a refrigerator.
The service at this hotel is equally impressive, ranging from the complimentary buggy service to the KLCC Mall, to the attentive housekeeping and breakfast staff. As far as I am concerned, it was money well spent.

I had a wonderful stay at TRADERS HOTEL Kuala Lumpur. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality, friendly staff, and excellent hospitality. The room was clean, comfortable, well-maintained and good amenities.
The location was also fantastic, with beautiful views of the city and convenient access to many attractions. I especially enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere, delicious food, and attention to detail throughout my stay.
Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I truly appreciated the professionalism and kindness of the entire team. I would definitely recommend TRADERS HOTEL Kuala Lumpur to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Kuala Lumpur. I look forward to coming back again!

Awesome hotel with great amenities. Rooftop pool/bar is superb. Great views over the Twin Towers.
Bara on 6 restaurant serves great food.
Room space is good for 2 persons. We stayed as a family with 2 children, it was a bit tight for us, but we managed.
I certainly recommend the hotel, it is good value for money, considering the location.
2 malls within walking diszance

I did not stay at this hotel, but my family member did and their praise for the services and rooms was fantastic.
This trip, due to last min, we were not able to book a suitable room at the hotel, but managed to get a room across them at another hotel. However, during our stay, we constantly passby the hotel to go through the gallery to reach the other side where the pavilion was.
I would give praise to Mr Md Jahid, although we just passby the hotel only, he managed to recognize us, and constantly greet us with a smile. Even sometimes would have some casual talks with us despite knowing, we are not the hotel guest. Generally, all their staffs are full of smiles too. Definitely would try to plan another visit to the location and stay at this hotel when have the chance the next time round.

The Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur is an exceptional experience by all standards. The location is superb, just steps away from Pavilion Mall and within walking distance of the iconic Petronas Twin Towers. The rooms are elegant and comfortable, and the service is outstanding from the moment you arrive until checkout. The staff are professional and anticipate your needs before you even ask. The breakfast buffet is varied and delicious. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious stay in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.

I have been travelling to Kuala Lumpur on business every couple of months for the past few years, and I almost always stay at The Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur. During these stays, two members of the breakfast team have consistently made my mornings special, and I would like to recognize their outstanding service.
Tariqul at the juice counter is exceptional. He remembers that I enjoy a freshly made green juice, even though it isn't part of the regular breakfast selection. Every time he sees me, he prepares it automatically without me having to ask. He also never fails to greet me warmly and reminds me to take care of myself. His thoughtfulness, consistency, and genuine care go far beyond excellent customer service.
I would also like to commend Nilufa, who always welcomes me back with such warmth that it feels like coming home.
As someone who travels frequently for work, being away from home can be tiring. Tariqul and Nilufa have made each business trip much more enjoyable through their kindness, attentiveness, and personal touch. They are wonderful ambassadors of The Ritz-Carlton's legendary service, and I am truly grateful for everything they do.

Our family had a fantastic stay in the 3 Bedroom Suite at The Ritz-Carlton, Kuala Lumpur. The suite was incredibly spacious, beautifully presented and provided more than enough room for everyone to relax in comfort. It genuinely felt like a home away from home.
What really stood out was the exceptional service and attention to detail by the team. Every member of staff was warm, friendly and professional, always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Their genuine hospitality made our stay all the more memorable. Reception, porters and the cleaning staff were so welcoming and polite.
The gym and spa was another highlight. It was well equipped, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully maintained throughout the day, with fresh towels and chilled water constantly replenished. The small touches that made a real difference. We also used the kids club (runs 3-4pm) for our kids (2 and 6 years old) and they loved the activities.
As a Marriott Gold Elite member, I was already grateful for the complimentary 2pm late checkout, but the Duty Manager went a step further and kindly extended it until 3:00 pm to accommodate our late flight. This thoughtful gesture exceeded my expectations and perfectly reflected the hotel’s commitment to outstanding guest service.
I would highly recommend The Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur to anyone visiting the city. From the exceptional staff and excellent facilities to the outstanding location , it was a wonderful experience. My family absolutely loved the hotel and we look forward to returning.

I stayed for 3 nights. Outstanding service by staffs throughout my stay. 24hr Butler service attending to my need. Turndown service every night. The Club Lounge serves food 5 times a day, breakfast, light lunch, afternoon tea, evening cocktail & light dessert/ drinks at night. Never heard of any hotels in KL that does that.I also like that they also serve egg benedict & poached eggs on top of other types. . Separate building for Club Rooms. A memorable stay.
