I cannot say enough amazing things about how kind and friendly the staff are at this property! OMG I was blown away by everyone's hospitality and bubbly nature. This is a luxurious property with stunning rooms, but the front desk, cleaning, restaurant, etc. staff are the ones that made my visit special! I pray for success and good health for each and everyone of them because they made my heart that happy during my stay! A few things to note: As a mariott titanium elite member, I was hoping to get upgraded to the pool suite. The staff explained that those suites are not eligible for complimentary upgrades, which makes sense because they really are exceptional, so I paid extra. It was a BEAUTIFUL room! To have your own private pool seemed like ultimate luxury until I went into the water and it was sooo cold! I spent about 5 minutes in our pool before I relocated to the hotel pool. And although they include privacy covers, the suite's pool is not completely covered (so it's not fully private). I thought maybe it would be nice to sit by our pool at night but we were too scared to go out as the walls outside were covered in lizards that come out after dark. I'm sure they don't do anything but I get really scared of creepy crawlies like that. The other rooms are just as nice so I would say that paying extra for a pool suite is definitely not worth it for how little it will be used. It's extremely difficult to walk anywhere from the hotel so we ate at the Pantai grill and the Kayaputi restaurants. Pretty expensive food for what we had Malaysia, but I still dream about wagyu beef burger and the rosemary mocktail. The breakfast buffet is probably the best buffet in the WORLD ! It was such a treat to have the opportunity to stay at this property and meet all the wonderful people that work here. I urge management to keep up whatever they are doing to make the employees here happy. It is because of their enthusiasm that I will definitely be visiting again ! All the butler's and the staff at the kitchen and the ones that helped us with our luggage even, they all deserve a raise!!!

This is one of the best places to stay at Langkawi. Its an absolutely gorgeous resort. The rooms are just excellent and the overall resort is just fantastic. Its a very calm, serene location with a private beach. There is no noise or public at all. The staff is super polite, hospitable and very caring. The butler service they have is extremely helpful and very convenient. Attention to detail is great. The Pantai Grill on the beach is an absolute delight. Amazing cocktails, and grilled food is just superb. My compliments to the chef. He took our ask and made the best fish and best lobster we had eaten. Totally loved it. Special call out to these folks. They were just such a sweet set of people who took great care of us for 3 days. Firdaus, Ferlani, Pali, Izam, Bard and Cruz. Firdaus, Ferlani, Izam and Pali were just wonderful.

The worst experience ever in malaysia. Bad hospitality from front desk morning shift. They were rude and quick to make a scene and a problem with a slight misunderstanding. We did not feel welcomed and felt we were being treated with racial discrimination. (against Arabs) Room amenities are okay but room with old style and not modern. The AC was not working properly. The TV is only there for decor, Unclear channels and only youtube is available. The food is okay but would try other options. The private jacuzzi is with no heater and no lights at night. The overall vibe was boring and no activities. I would not recommend it for a good time.

We stayed in one of the gorgeous Greek-style villas — tastefully designed, spacious, and complete with a private pool that made every morning feel like a dream. The property itself is beautifully maintained, serene, and blissfully noiseless — the kind of place where you can truly unwind. A special mention to Azman, our exceptional butler, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. His attention to detail, warmth, and genuine care elevated the entire experience. Chef Jai deserves equal praise — every meal he crafted was a masterpiece, lovingly curated and bursting with flavour. We felt pampered every single day! Evenings at Kayuputi were pure magic — the sunset views were breathtaking, and the ambience was simply unmatched. Every member of the staff we met exuded such warmth and professionalism that it made us feel like we were among friends. From the stunning villa and pristine beach to the incredible service and culinary excellence, our time at The St. Regis Langkawi was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. This hotel experience was one of the top three hotel experiences in my life, it was nothing short of exceptional. It is worth every single penny. The staff could not have done more for us. From the moment we arrived to such a warm welcome in the airport from One, to Emma greeting us at the hotel reception. I was shocked by the level on demand 24/7 service from the Ebutler. It was an incredibly luxurious experience. They staff could have not done enough for us. Every meal we had was exceptional, we had our room upgraded to a sweet, we had sweeter treats delivered to our room, fresh towels whenever we wanted etc. 10/10 experience !! I can’t wait to come back
