We only left the Ritz Carlton about an hour ago but have spent the last hour talking about how much we loved our stay. The Ritz Carlton is a paradisiacal oasis buried with a lush rainforest whilst being sat on a beautiful coastline. We spent 6 nights at the hotel and loved every single minute. We had a few teething issues with our room which is unavoidable at any hotel, however the response from the hotel is exactly what makes this a 5* hotel. The staff throughout the resort went out of their way to make sure the issues were ironed out instantly. The one things that differentiates this hotel from others we've stayed at is the staff and how deeply every single one of them care that you enjoy your stay. From the restaurant staff, front of house, chefs, beach staff, housekeeping, buggy drivers and more - everyone goes out of their way to to ensure that every minute of your stay is memorable and enjoyable. For us, the big standout was the quality of the food on the resort. Every single meal and menu was amazing and meant we didn't have to venture out of the hotel in pursuit of a good meal. We would highly recommend the Beach Grill especially to anyone visiting the island and looking for an outstanding dinner in a beautiful sunset setting. This was our first time visiting Langkawi but don't imagine it will be our last. Thank you to everyone at the Ritz Carlton hotel for making our stay so memorable!

Beautiful sunset, peaceful pool, phenomenal food, impeccable customer service. Two months post-Ritz Langkawi trip, my partner and I are still dreaming of one of the best vacations in our lives. Food and hospitality at the Horizon bar was fabulous, we ended up having dinner at Horizon every night. Jenie was an amazing host - upon letting her know we were celebrating my partner’s birthday as part of the trip, she came back to our table with a surprise birthday cake. Every night was unforgettable with staff making sure we were enjoying our trip. I won’t forget the little snacks at turndown, complimentary nibbles by the pool, sliced cucumber sent to the room as sunburn remedy, and the timely laundry service. We will be back for sure.

I cannot begin to describe how absolutely perfect our experience was at the Ritz Carlton Langkawi. We booked for 10 nights for our honeymoon, the staff throughout have made it a completely unforgettable and memorable experience for us. It is a truly beautiful place to stay, nestled in the forest with pristine pools and beach. I’d like to give special mention to three staff in particular, who went completely above and beyond: 1. Mia. She is an outstanding representative and ambassador of the brand. I had to visit the medical clinic for a concern I had, when I asked to see a doctor, she came to find us during our dinner to help make those arrangements. She did so with true care and compassion, and made arrangements within an hour to make it happen. Throughout our stay, she regularly checked in on my condition. She is a genuinely compassionate person with a big heart. 2. Muhen, Senior Concierge - another outstanding ambassador to the Ritz Carlton brand. A very personable guy, infinite levels of knowledge of Langkawi and hospitable throughout our stay to no ends. 3. Miraj, our housekeeper. He made every return to our room very special. From surprising treats, ensuring our cables were tied, the lovely notes and the baths filled with petals. Everything was so thoughtful. It is for these reasons I am so loyal to the Ritz Carlton and broader Marriott brand (Titanium member). We both can’t wait to return!

My husband and I returned from our holiday two weeks ago, and we are still nursing the "holiday blues" after such an incredible experience. This was our first time staying at a Ritz-Carlton property, and we were completely blown away. It is, quite simply, a tropical paradise. The resort is beautifully nestled within a lush jungle, offering breathtaking views of the Andaman Sea. We stayed in a Deluxe Room, which featured spacious, elegant decor and a balcony with a stunning sea view. One of my favorite highlights was the massive freestanding bathtub; arriving to find it already filled after a long flight was the ultimate welcome. The addition of Diptyque toiletries was a sophisticated, luxurious touch. I already miss the surreal peace of watching the sunrise from our balcony each morning. The staff truly define hospitality. They were incredibly welcoming, even remembering our names throughout our stay. • Breakfast: Outstanding, with an exquisite selection of pastries. • Dining: We frequented Hai Yan, Horizon, and the Beach Grill. Everything was excellent, but I highly recommend the Korean Chicken Burger at the Horizon bar! • Special Mentions: A heartfelt thank you to Executive Chef Okan for his immense generosity and hospitality—he is a true asset to the brand. Also, a huge thanks to our housekeeper, Ashok, for the thoughtful handwritten notes and the treats left during turndown service. We felt extremely lucky to witness the local wildlife right on the grounds. We saw beautiful Dusty Leaf Monkeys playing on the beach and even spotted dolphins offshore, which we were told is a rare treat. On our final evening, we saw a pair of magnificent Hornbills—a perfect end to the trip. If I had one piece of constructive feedback, it would be regarding water activities. Having stayed at similar luxury resorts where kayaking and paddleboarding are complimentary, I was surprised to find a charge for these here. Making these activities inclusive would further elevate the guest experience. This stay was a total dream. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so memorable. We are already planning our return trip!

One of the most beautiful hotels on the island surrounded by a lush forest. Great design! We would like to mention an exceptional bar called the Horizon next to the infinity pool having signature cocktails! We were perfectly advised by Julien Hugues who described with details each cocktails and helped us to choose the one could fit our taste. He had patiens, was very polite and knowledgeable. We enjoyed each moment of our stay. If you are on the island never skip this spot. E
