So far, among all The Ritz Carlton hotels I’ve ever stayed at from New York, Hawaii, and Kyoto to Langkawi , this has been one of the best experiences! Shout out to Romain and Bella at reception, whose genuine warmth and thoughtful service made my stay truly memorable. From their welcoming smiles to their attentive care, they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and valued. Their kindness added a special touch to the entire experience, and I’m deeply grateful for their wonderful hospitality. I have stayed in many beautiful places around the world, but this resort is different. It may not be in a city, but the hospitality here honestly beyond impressive. Everyone was wonderful, staff were especially personal, warm & caring. This is true Malaysian hospitality.

We had a lovely time at The Ritz-Carlton, Langkawi. The service throughout our entire stay was professional, with staff consistently going out of their way to ensure everything was taken care of. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, luxurious, and immaculate. Special thanks go to Ramesh for doing an outstanding job with our daily room cleaning and servicing. He was very thoughtful, attentive to detail, and made sure our room was always perfectly maintained. The property itself is beautiful and serene. We really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere at the beach and spent plenty of time relaxing by the adults-only pool. Watching the local monkeys visit our balcony was a fun touch that made the experience feel all the more unique. Overall, a brilliant, relaxing experience from start to finish. We would gladly return.

We had such a lovely 3 night stay at the Ritz Carlton Langkawi. We were upgraded upon arrival and felt so special and attended to while we were here. The villa we stayed in was immaculate. The service was exceptional. Special mention to the butler team, spa team and Jenie for adding to our experience. P.S. I hope Jenie sees this, we were lucky enough to spot a baby monkey on our last day!!
