Our stay at Four Seasons Resort Langkawi was overall a beautiful experience. The resort itself is stunning, with an absolutely gorgeous pool area and, in our opinion, the most beautiful beach in Langkawi. The natural surroundings create a very relaxing and exclusive atmosphere. The staff was very kind, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the kids club, which was very well organized, and the team was attentive and engaging with the children. The rooms are slightly dated in terms of design, but they were clean and comfortable, which we appreciated. However, we felt that the dining experience could be improved to fully match the reputation and price level of such a luxury property. The food was not always as flavorful as expected. The breakfast was good, and the coffee was acceptable — in fact, it was the only place in the resort where we could enjoy a proper coffee. Unfortunately, at the beach bar we were unable to get a well-prepared cappuccino. Overall, the resort offers a spectacular setting, beautiful beach, and excellent service, especially for families traveling with children. That said, there is still room for improvement in certain areas, particularly regarding the food and beverage experience, considering the high standards expected from a Four Seasons property.

We returned yesterday from the hotel where we spent five days. Overall, it is a wonderful place. The atmosphere is very pleasant and peaceful, and the staff are extremely friendly and attentive, responding immediately to any request or feedback. All the restaurants deserve special mention, the menus are very diverse and the food is consistently delicious. We truly enjoyed dining everywhere. The spa was another highlight. The spa manager was very attentive, and when I asked to change my therapist to try a new one, the issue was resolved immediately. Each treatment room has its own shower, changing area, and massage space with a bathtub and a balcony. You can hear birds singing there, which makes the experience incredibly calm and relaxing. The massages were excellent. The rooms are beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos — very clean, stylish, and comfortable. As a lovely surprise, monkeys even came to visit us, which added a special touch to our stay. The beach is very large. It is not perfectly clean, although it is regularly cleaned by a machine, and sunbeds are not always available. The sea itself is clean, but not as turquoise as we had expected. Despite the water temperature being around 30°C, very few people swim, which we found rather surprising. A couple of small points could be improved. The welcome amenities were quite modest just mandarins and water. Also, mango was not available at breakfast unless specifically requested, which felt a bit unusual. During our stay, we had a wonderful time. We enjoyed cycling around the property, which was fantastic, and we also visited a natural park with a hotel naturalist. It was a three-hour experience that flew by and is definitely a must-visit absolutely fascinating. Overall, we spent five wonderful days here and can confidently recommend this hotel. The team truly goes out of their way to make guests feel cared for.

Wow! We had an amazing time here. The resort has been opened for 2 decades now but everything is very well kept and it did not feel aged at all. The villas are great with super high ceilings, massive bathrooms and nice balcony. The private beach is massive with pristine white sand and beautiful view of sunset. Breakfast is excellent with sparkling wine! Kids club is the best and you can drop off your kids there for the whole day if you want. The service was amazing and everyone was so friendly. Will return for sure!

Four Seasons Resort Langkawi I have been fortunate enough to experience many of the world’s most renowned destinations and luxury resorts. Yet, among them all, Four Seasons Resort Langkawi holds a truly special place in my heart. There is something deeply moving about walking along its seemingly endless private beach — the longest and most peaceful I have ever encountered. Surrounded by lush tropical rainforest, elegant villas, beautiful pools, and the gentle sound of the sea, this resort offers a rare sense of harmony between nature and refined luxury. Every meal here is a pleasure. The food is not only delicious but thoughtfully prepared, adding another layer of joy to each day spent at the resort. This was my fourth visit, and still, each stay feels just as meaningful as the first. Every time I leave, I feel fully restored — calm, refreshed, and grateful for the time spent here. It is a place that truly heals both body and mind. Above all else, what makes Four Seasons Langkawi unforgettable is its people. Among all the Four Seasons properties I have visited around the world, the staff here are the warmest, kindest, and most sincere. Their genuine care and exceptional service leave a lasting impression and quietly make you want to return — even before you have left. We'd come back to this hotel in a heartbeat. The location is beautiful. The amenities excellent. But what makes it stand out is the staff. Especially Faiz and Man Yee in the restaurant made every meal a pleasure. Their service is exceptional and genuinely friendly. They even made a special afternoon tea one day, which surpassed many I've had in London. The chef went above and beyond. The kids club is engaging to the point where our kids didn't want to leave when we picked them up. They provide bikes to easily get around the resort. Only drawback was the kids sleep in a bed at the foot of the master bed. But no hotel is perfect. And it didnt really impact the experience overall.
