I had a wonderful stay at Berjaya Langkawi Resort. Although I didn’t stay in one of the famous overwater or sea-view chalets, my rainforest chalet turned out to be a great experience. Staying in a standalone chalet surrounded by tropical rainforest felt peaceful and relaxing, and it was common to hear birds and other sounds of nature throughout the day. It offered a very different atmosphere from a typical beach resort. The service was excellent from check-in to check-out. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Since the resort is huge, the complimentary shuttle service was extremely convenient and arrived quickly whenever I requested it. The resort also has its own private beach, which made it easy to enjoy a quieter and less crowded seaside experience. Another nice touch was the complimentary minibar, which was a pleasant surprise and added extra value to the stay. The only downside is the location. The resort is situated on the quieter side of Langkawi, so getting to Kuah Town or Pantai Cenang takes some time and requires additional transportation. However, if your goal is to relax, enjoy nature, and escape the crowds, this location is actually an advantage. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Beautiful surroundings, excellent service, and a peaceful atmosphere make this a resort I would happily recommend and would love to visit again.

Our stay at Berjaya Langkawi Resort was nothing short of amazing. Nestled amidst lush rainforest and overlooking the beautiful Andaman Sea, the resort offers breathtaking views at every turn. The staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. The resort's shuttle service was convenient and scenic, with every ride offering stunning views of nature. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and blended perfectly with the surrounding environment. From relaxing by the beach to enjoying the peaceful atmosphere, every moment was memorable. Berjaya resort is large. I stayed in one of the cheapest rooms, rainforest chalet which was fine. People complain about bugs but it is in the forest so expect bugs! In the room was bug spray and mosquito coil so they do their best to provide for that. The room is slightly dated but for the price paid for a 5 star resort I felt it was ok. The pool area was fantastic, with the hills behind and the beach in front. The setting is amazing. The water was a perfect temperature for me, cool and refreshing without being cold. Drinks and food were available from the swim up bar but I didnt use this facility. I ate twice in the restaurants. The food is 5 star prices but the standard is not top notch. Nothing wrong with it, if it was at normal pricing. Overall a very lovely stay

Beautiful beyond imagination. I felt I was looking everything in HD. They have stunning views and the property is amazing. Too many things to do, my special was fire show at night under the sky. They also do breakfast picnic at beach. Absolutely hospitable staff. Thank you to the team for making our stay memorable one.

The good. We booked a family Shalet. It was exceptional, very comfortable, great view, and we loved it. The service was great, everyone smiling and kind. The breakfast buffet was very nice with a very wide selection of foods. The prices in the bars and restaurant were relatively reasonable for a 5 stars hotel. Generally, we enjoyed our stay very much. The bad. We know it is a resort inside the rain forest, which comes with its own problems regarding wildlife, but the ants infestation on the beach was very difficult. They were on everything, on tables, chairs, ground. We had to cope with ant bites in our legs and body for the whole stay duration. Also, It would be nice to have at least a half board option for the stay.
