Our stay at Berjaya Langkawi Resort was nothing short of amazing. Nestled amidst lush rainforest and overlooking the beautiful Andaman Sea, the resort offers breathtaking views at every turn. The staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. The resort's shuttle service was convenient and scenic, with every ride offering stunning views of nature. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and blended perfectly with the surrounding environment. From relaxing by the beach to enjoying the peaceful atmosphere, every moment was memorable. The resort is beautifully situated, blending into the natural rainforest complemented by plantings. Beautiful beach. The entire area is well maintained, and the staff is friendly. Close to SkyBridge and waterfalls. You need to take a taxi to get to the nearest town. Delicious and varied breakfasts - buffet. Free mini bar replenished daily.

Fantastic experience at a gorgeous hotel. Our room was perched over the sea (which is tidal so sometimes you could see the rocks below and other times lapping water) and there were hornbills and monkeys in the trees all over the resort. Plenty of options for where to eat but our favourite was the Thai which did amazing food and had splendid views. Every member of staff impressed us and went out of their way to be kind and helpful, we can't speak highly enough of the service.

Stayed here a couple of days for our baby moon, it’s not too far from the airport, the drive to resort is beautiful. Located right next to the skywalk which is a bonus as it’s one one of the sightseeing spots in Langkawi. Plenty of parking if you drive, once you arrive and check in, they offer a welcome drink. The resort has their own golf carts that you take to your room and anywhere on the resort, you just have to call & request. Cabin: We got the cabin, it was the perfect size, fridge was stocked with drinks/ complimentary snacks. The room was cozy! We were also welcomed with a cake and bed set up which was very thoughtful of staff. The room was equipped with robe, slippers, toiletries etc. the bed was cozy! Amenities: several pools, the main one was nice size, there is a swim up bar, you can walk up the steps and be behind the little fall, there were also smaller pools. There is a gym, spa at the resort as well. The beach was private, there is a bar at the beach as well. The views from the beach are incredible! There are beach chairs/umbrellas around. Food: breakfast was included, buffet style, show up a little early, there was a long line up as everyone showed up at the same time and seating is limited, staff is doing their best to accommodate. Large selection of food, egg stations, fruits, hummus spreads, some local food as well. Coffee/latte machines. The highlight for me was the juices, so tasty! Staff do come by reminding you that they are closing soon. We dinned at their beach Thai restaurant & ordered room service. The room service did take some time to come. There are monkeys around the property, they keep to themselves mostly. Staff was welcoming, always a hello, they even offered water bottles at the front, they have umbrellas if you need, always a smile when interacting. Unfortunately, only the staff at the breakfast section were unpleasant to deal with.

Nice hotel. The staff is very nice and polite. The room was a bit dated by well kept and in good condition, comfortable bed and acceptable WiFi connection. The breakfast was good, nice juice and good choice of food. The swimming pool was very noisy with lot of children but the beach was quite quiet, however, it would be nice if the beach was only for adults or had a section reserved only for adults. The organisation of the beach’s sunbeds was poor, inadequate or not at all: customers use to go and leave towels or personal items on sunbeds for very long time so when you go to the beach you may find an almost empty beach but nearly no sunbeds available. They could also put more sunbeds since there is a lot of space to do so. They have also a strange beach towel system: in the morning when you get the towel you they record it on a list but when you deliver it back no one checks or record the delivery of it. During the day and evening there is a lot of noise from the crickets but that natural and however in the night everyone sleeps also the fauna. On the estate there are few restaurants to choose for lunch or dinner, it is recommended to book ahead. So, Berjaya Langkawi, seems, is a nice hotel especially for family but if you are looking for a very organised and quiet place this may be not for you.
