The Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur is an exceptional experience by all standards. The location is superb, just steps away from Pavilion Mall and within walking distance of the iconic Petronas Twin Towers. The rooms are elegant and comfortable, and the service is outstanding from the moment you arrive until checkout. The staff are professional and anticipate your needs before you even ask. The breakfast buffet is varied and delicious. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious stay in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.

I have been travelling to Kuala Lumpur on business every couple of months for the past few years, and I almost always stay at The Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur. During these stays, two members of the breakfast team have consistently made my mornings special, and I would like to recognize their outstanding service. Tariqul at the juice counter is exceptional. He remembers that I enjoy a freshly made green juice, even though it isn't part of the regular breakfast selection. Every time he sees me, he prepares it automatically without me having to ask. He also never fails to greet me warmly and reminds me to take care of myself. His thoughtfulness, consistency, and genuine care go far beyond excellent customer service. I would also like to commend Nilufa, who always welcomes me back with such warmth that it feels like coming home. As someone who travels frequently for work, being away from home can be tiring. Tariqul and Nilufa have made each business trip much more enjoyable through their kindness, attentiveness, and personal touch. They are wonderful ambassadors of The Ritz-Carlton's legendary service, and I am truly grateful for everything they do.

Great experience. Everything was exactly what you would expect from a hotel of this category. The rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly and helpful. The pools (two in total, one of them adults-only) are very nice, although the number of sun loungers is limited. Getting around the hotel can be a bit confusing at first, as it is large with many corridors and different levels, so it took us some time to find our way. Breakfast was good, with a solid selection of options. In the morning, however, there was sometimes a short wait for a table, which the staff managed well. That said, it might be worth considering expanding the breakfast area to minimize waiting times.

After few consecutive birthday celebrations at Lobby Lounge @Ritz Carlton Hotel Kuala Lumpur , this is my first time to share my review. I reckon that is time for me to pen down my experiences for savoury and sweet indulgences derived from the afternoon tea . Being big fans , my children and I love the delish scones that go well with strawberry jam and clotted cream . The attentive and excellent services rendered by the waitresses and waiters were so amazing . The reason why I choose Ritz Carlton Lobby lounge for my birthday on 31 August ( Malaysia Merdeka Day) is not only about the afternoon tea , it is about that I always feel home. Not to forget , I have to applaud the Manager Ms Sally Cheah for her top notch attentive , excellent, personal and warm friendly services ! She deserved to be appreciated and acknowledged. Once again thank you so much for Ms Sally Cheah to arrange with her co workers to bring out the afternoon tea set serenading the birthday song to me. I was dumbstruck with overwhelming joy . Made me big day with magic sparkles of smiles and rainbow of joy♥️🎂🎉🎊🥳
