Overall, we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay at Berjaya Times Square Hotel during our family trip on 19th February 2026. The location is very convenient, especially with direct access to the shopping mall and nearby attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, which made it suitable for a family stay. The staff were generally courteous and helpful, contributing to a positive overall experience. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The carpet in the room appeared slightly worn and could benefit from refurbishment or deeper cleaning to enhance the overall ambience and cleanliness. In addition, the drinking water provided was in small 100ml plastic bottles, which were insufficient for a family stay. It would be better to provide larger capacity bottles, preferably in glass bottles, for health and environmental considerations. Major concern is the wifi connection is VERY POOR, which need to drastically improve, not only slow but also unstable. With some improvements in these areas, the overall guest experience would be even better. Thank you for the hospitality.

We had a great experience at check in and while touring the property after our recent stay. All my interactions with staff was wonderful and welcoming. But, that’s where it all ended. After a full day galavanting around the city, we shower and get ready for bed. Upon laying into the decently comfortable bed, we noticed a very foul odor. It was coming from the disgusting pillow! The pillow case was was stained yellow and smelled of very foul body odor. Keep in mind that this is at midnight and after a full day of travel, all we wanted to do was sleep. I called the front desk and they sent staff to check it out. The staff member confirmed over the phone with the front desk that the sheets were stained but he refused to smell the pillow. I wanted him to confirm the foul odor, but he refused to do so. The front desk said I had two options; change rooms or wait a couple of hours to have my linens changed. It was midnight and I was not going to wait until 2am for staff to change the sheets so we opted for the former. The “upgraded” room seemed like a downgrade in all honesty. The most concerning thing to me was the passiveness of the front desk manager. I told her that this is absolutely unacceptable and the only thing she said was that she would “notify the housekeeping manager”. That’s very concerning because not only was this issue unacceptable, it was blatantly a potential health issue. Prior to the bedding issue, we were enjoying the property but the fact that they would not take this matter urgently was very concerning. Filrhy, unsanitary bedding issue absolutely unacceptable. I don’t book the basic entry room either, I paid for an upgraded room. Very poor management and housekeeping policies!

I arrived early at around 2:00 pm, and I was pleasantly surprised that the room was already ready, allowing me to check in immediately. The room was very spacious and offered a fantastic view of the Petronas Twin Towers along with the swimming pool. The bed was extremely comfortable, which helped me fully relax after a long and busy workday. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. Although the menu was mainly vegetarian and I am not vegetarian, the quality and taste exceeded my expectations and I truly enjoyed it. The conference room was very well prepared and comfortable, making the training sessions smooth and productive. Overall, the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. I noticed many international staff members, and their dedication and hard work were clearly evident. I had a very pleasant stay and will definitely come back again.

We arrived earlier than the standard check-in time, and the front office team was exceptionally considerate in accommodating our early arrival. The security personnel offered a warm and professional welcome, setting a positive tone from the moment we stepped into the property. The concierge team was fantastic—attentive, efficient, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile. Their service truly enhanced our overall experience. Our room (2012) was spacious, beautifully appointed, and offered breathtaking views of the swimming pool and the iconic Petronas Twin Towers. The bathroom amenities were outstanding, thoughtfully curated, and of excellent quality, adding a touch of luxury to our stay. Although we did not request housekeeping services during our stay, the housekeeping team still went above and beyond. Whenever we encountered them near our room, they courteously checked in to ensure everything was in order and that we were comfortable. Their attentiveness and dedication did not go unnoticed. Overall, it was a truly wonderful and memorable stay. The professionalism and warmth demonstrated by every team member made a significant difference. We will most certainly return and look forward to our next visit.

I booked a two room suite and a superior room for my family. The rooms were good but some of the layout had a tv in the middle of the room that was a bit weird. I liked the good views of the room and spaciousness that was good for my walking toddler and elderly parents. The facilities are great, including the toilet, swimming pool and breakfast buffet, and direct link to mall and monorail. It is a very accessible hotel with many amenities and my second stay here. I had a initial issue with my booking that was resolved by a very friendly lady staff in a black polo tee, who shared that she was actually posted here during the lull period of the resort she originally worked at. Without her intervention, the hotel experience would be so different. The check-in staff at the counter should be better trained to handle and manage various check-in scenarios. I felt they managed my situation very poorly. Otherwise, the hotel staff are generally very friendly and helpful. Some other things that can be better: the aircon in the main room of the two room suite can get very warm at times and the doors in the suite cannot be opened/closed so easily. Some of the curtains cannot close fully and i need to use my hairclips to pin the curtain together to prevent light from coming into the room at night.
