I would like to sincerely appreciate Abby from the breakfast buffet team at Berjaya Times Square Hotel for her exceptional hospitality and professionalism. From the very beginning, Abby was incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful in the way she looked after my needs. I had asked her about different tea options and not only did she personally help me with recommendations, but what truly stood out was that she remembered the conversation and followed up with me the very next day. That level of attention to detail and genuine care is rare and deserves special recognition. Her alacrity, warm demeanor, and commitment to guest satisfaction made every breakfast experience feel welcoming and personalized. Abby represents the very best of hospitality service, and her dedication certainly enhanced my stay at the hotel. Thank you, Abby, for your kindness and outstanding service. The hotel is prestigious and in an excellent location, within walking distance of all amenities. The staff were incredibly polite, respectful, and professional, especially the manager, Anita, Sarah, the receptionist, Florina, and the breakfast lounge receptionist, Kanagess. The breakfast was missing cheeses and some baked goods like cakes and muffins, which we mentioned. They apologized and brought us a cheese platter, a plate full of cakes, and two types of freshly baked cupcakes, which they delivered to our room. Many thanks to them.

Room was spacious. The staffs of this hotel were very helpful and great. Special thanks to Siew Hong to arrange my son's suprise bday cake, Rana from the pool cafe, Sharif from room service and many more. The Staffs at conceirge were equally polite and helpful. The hospitality is top notch. Breakfast is vegetatian spread. I would say it is still delicious though. Monorail just beside hotel. Nice pool dor kids and adult. Convenient location. I would have given 5 stars for room if only the bathroom shower was not malfunction and the sink tap was overly gushing out. The location is good. I would definitely return back.

We had a wonderful stay in Berjaya Times Square Hotel. The staff Ms Florina was very helpful, welcoming and accommodating 🌹 The city view from our room was spectacular! The hotel was perfectly situated right in the city center. We could easily walk to nearby LRT stations, shopping centers and major attractions. It was a perfect hotel selection for our family gateway! Recommended to stay here and definitely will come again! Thanks BTSH 👍

We went to “Four Seasons Cafe” in this hotel. It is a heaven for vegetarians - very good dishes, variety and staff. We were served by Bheshraj - he is an excellent and very courteous host. Bheshraj explained us the entire menu really well and provided very good service. Would recommend this restaurant to all vegetarians in Kuala Lumpur.
