Organized our company dinner here in early January, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Some of my colleagues stayed overnight, so I had a chance to view the hotel room, which was spacious and comfortable. For the dinner event, the banquet team provided good service throughout the evening. They were attentive, helpful and responsive whenever assistance or additional requests were needed. Special thanks to the banquet team lead, Aiman, who was very friendly and offered helpful suggestions to ensure the dinner ran smoothly. Other team members like Dan, Amar, Joly, Azry, Asfa were also friendly and supportive. Overall, had a good experience.

I had an amazing stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur. My flight arrived early in the morning, so I requested an early check-in and was prepared to pay additional charges if needed. However, upon arrival, the front desk team recognized my Hilton Honors status and kindly offered the early check-in completely complimentary. This gesture was truly appreciated and made a great first impression. Throughout my stay, the service was consistently excellent attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Every interaction reflected the high standards Hilton is known for, and it made my stay both comfortable and memorable. Very happy with my experience and would absolutely recommend this hotel. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Kuala Lumpur.

I loved the Makan Kitchen. I have celiac disease. We called ahead for dinner and told them I have celiacs and have to eat gluten free. I aked if they could make Malaysian food gluten free. Chef Zul make Nasi Lemak and Air Batu Campur the first night and a fresh Tumeric Chicken. They were absolutely delicious. The service was amazing! I am so happy to have safe, authentic Malaysian food. I highly recommend this restaurant. Ask for Chef Zul.

Had a great stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with great views of the city. The location is very convenient, with easy access to Suria KLCC and public transport. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, and the facilities like the pool and gym were well kept. I’d also like to give special recognition to our cleaner, Kabir Joy. He did an excellent job keeping our room spotless throughout our stay. He was very professional, friendly, and always made sure everything was clean and well organized. His attention to detail really made a difference and added to our overall positive experience at the hotel. Thank you, Kabir Joy, for your great service!

The ELF Team was attentive and proactive, always ready to assist with genuine care and a positive attitude. The room standards and cleanliness deserve special recognition. The room was immaculately clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared, with great attention to detail. Housekeeping consistently upheld exceptional standards — from spotless bathrooms and fresh linens to neatly arranged amenities and a comfortable, well-organized space. The room felt fresh, hygienic, and relaxing throughout the stay, truly meeting and exceeding Hilton’s quality expectations. The Housekeeping Team should be highly commended for their professionalism and consistency in maintaining such high standards.
