Really enjoyed our short stay at this hotel. From the moment we stepped out of the elevator we were welcomed and greeted warmly by the staff. Check in was smooth and we were allowed to check in early as the room is ready. The room is clean, good water pressure, bed comfortable but the pillows are quite flat for my liking. Other cons are there is no kettle provided and the bathroom floor is very slippery. Breakfast buffet have quite a good spread but the food is rather average. However all the drinks are nice and delicious. The breakfast staff are also nice and polite. One particular staff named Ennang was very helpful. She even helped us to get our drinks. Overall we are satisfied with all the services given and recommended anyone to stay here.

We have dined at various Hilton properties, and one thing that always impresses us is the consistency in food quality and taste. No matter which Hilton we visit, the dining experience has always been enjoyable and satisfying. A special compliment to Athikah, who is such a sweet, warm and welcoming staff member. She carries out her duties diligently with a lovely attitude that makes guests feel genuinely cared for. Sue deserves recognition too for being attentive and ensuring guests are well looked after. Great food is important, but it’s the people who make the experience truly memorable. Well done, DoubleTree by Hilton KL! Your team’s professionalism, warmth and attentiveness are a wonderful reflection of the hotel’s excellent staff training and service standards. Keep up the great work! We will definitely be back!

My recent stay at DoubleTree was fantastic from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a relaxing place to unwind. The warm welcome from the staff and their professionalism throughout my stay made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. What truly stood out was the hospitality of the staff, especially the restaurant team. We were traveling with our infant, and the staff went above and beyond to help with our baby’s food requirements, always being attentive and accommodating. Their kindness and willingness to assist made our stay much more comfortable and stress-free. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent service. We would definitely recommend this hotel to families traveling with young children and would be happy to stay here again. Cleaning Staff Mr Amin was helpful in cleaning the room during the entire 3 day stay.

The hotel consistently provides a warm and welcoming experience, from the reception team to the executive lounge. My room is always kept clean and tidy by Syed, whose attention to detail is much appreciated. The location is excellent, with most destinations around the city just a 10-minute journey away. The executive lounge is also a quiet and comfortable environment for meetings. A special mention goes to Shalinda, Unish, Shabby, and the rest of the team, who are always friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Their genuine hospitality makes every stay a pleasant experience, and I look forward to returning.
