Our breakfast experience was made unforgettable by the incredible service of Chef Sugoand Chef Chong. Chef Sugo is a master of grace under pressure; he managed a difficult, non-queueing crowd with perfect patience while ensuring every single guest felt welcomed and taken care of. He went above and beyond to prepare a top-notch, custom cheese salad roti canai and made paneer uttappam for me. His humility, skill, and leadership are truly rare. These two chefs are the heart of this hotel’s excellence and are highly deserving of a special award for their dedication to guest satisfaction. They are the gold standard of service. We will definitely be back.

I stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur for 4 days and had 3 rooms booked. The experience was excellent throughout. Started with the warm cookies while checking in, the double tree classics. The breakfast spread was outstanding with a great variety of cuisines every day. Especially loved the daily nasi lemak station with different side dishes each morning. Another big advantage is the location. The hotel is directly connected to a mall with plenty of dining and shopping options, plus a large supermarket which made everything very convenient. What truly made the stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly sweet, warm, and accommodating to all our requests, which made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of throughout the trip.

Front desk sorry dont know the name. He has a great service. Got free cookies too! And free cake for birthday. Room is super clean and comfy. Bed is nice and comfortable. We asked for birthday deco 2 weeks earlier thru agoda but miscommunication but they manage to handle it promptly and still result in satisfaction. Shower gel is good scented. Showering here makes you dont want to go out. Enjoyed our breakfast here. The food is okay. Service is fast and polite. Thanks to Riff and Midah our service staff. Fast pick up of dirty plate. Overall would repeat again definitely!

I had a pleasant stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur and would especially like to compliment the breakfast staff, Mr Alex for his excellent service. Mr Alex was always attentive, friendly, and made sure we had a great dining experience every morning. He constantly checked on guests and ensured everything was comfortable and enjoyable during breakfast. Miss ennan was also very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our dining experience. Both of them truly stood out with their warm hospitality and professionalism, which made our stay even more pleasant. The team leader, Mr Alex was also very nice and welcoming, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere for guests throughout our stay. The overall staff service definitely deserves 5 stars. As for the food, there was a good variety during breakfast, but some dishes were a bit bland in taste. My favorite is usually the baked beans, but unfortunately, they were quite disappointing this time because they lacked flavor. Overall, I would rate the food taste 4 stars. If you are staying at DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur, please look forward to being served by Mr. Alex — his attentiveness and hospitality truly make the breakfast experience memorable. Really good for "just" a double tree The interior is a bit old, the pool is ok. Lobby is in a small mall, which is convenient. A metro station is nearby, connect via a skywalk. The rooms are big and the breakfast has many options. For me the clear highlight was the lounge. Not often does a double tree have a lounge. The food and the service there were great. The view is good, but of course higher buildings are nearby.
