Really enjoyed our short stay at this hotel. From the moment we stepped out of the elevator we were welcomed and greeted warmly by the staff. Check in was smooth and we were allowed to check in early as the room is ready. The room is clean, good water pressure, bed comfortable but the pillows are quite flat for my liking. Other cons are there is no kettle provided and the bathroom floor is very slippery. Breakfast buffet have quite a good spread but the food is rather average. However all the drinks are nice and delicious. The breakfast staff are also nice and polite. One particular staff named Ennang was very helpful. She even helped us to get our drinks. Overall we are satisfied with all the services given and recommended anyone to stay here.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hi, yesterday (11/7/26), I had dinner at Makan Kitchen to celebrate my mum’s birthday, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. A huge kudos to Fiz, Nik, Sam, Ennang, Ayu, Dennis, and Alex for their outstanding service. They were incredibly attentive, always checking in to make sure everything was okay and that we were enjoying our meal. Their warm hospitality really made us feel welcomed. The food was absolutely top-notch, everything we tried was delicious and exceeded our expectations. What made the evening even more special was that the team surprised my mum by singing a birthday song for her. It was such a thoughtful gesture and truly made her day. Thank you for making her birthday celebration so memorable! We’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food and exceptional service!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. What truly stood out was the hospitality of the staff, especially the restaurant team. We were traveling with our infant, and the staff went above and beyond to help with our baby’s food requirements, always being attentive and accommodating. Their kindness and willingness to assist made our stay much more comfortable and stress-free. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent service. We would definitely recommend this hotel to families traveling with young children and would be happy to stay here again. Cleaning Staff Mr Amin was helpful in cleaning the room during the entire 3 day stay.

Front desk sorry dont know the name. He has a great service. Got free cookies too! And free cake for birthday. Room is super clean and comfy. Bed is nice and comfortable. We asked for birthday deco 2 weeks earlier thru agoda but miscommunication but they manage to handle it promptly and still result in satisfaction. Shower gel is good scented. Showering here makes you dont want to go out. Enjoyed our breakfast here. The food is okay. Service is fast and polite. Thanks to Riff and Midah our service staff. Fast pick up of dirty plate. Overall would repeat again definitely!

Ennang who served us at breakfast buffet was very attentive with great smile and sincerity. Buffet breakfast had wide variety of selection from Malaysian, Indian, Chinese and Western cuisine. I enjoyed made to order roti and make your own noodle soup. Seatings are spacious and comfortable with nice view from big glass windows. When I arrived around 10pm I very much appreciated smooth check in with professional and efficient reception after the long flight. Since the kitchen for lounge and bar was closed for the night we opted for room service and ordered Nasi Goreng Kampung which was delicious (MYR45 including service charge). Stayed on level 34, room was clean and comfortable though soundproofing can be better as frequent noise from train and woke up around 6am from another room door opening and closing.
