We had a memorable 4 night stay in a twin Tower View room; everything was just as we liked to be for a wonderful city vacation in KL. Firstly, the location is perfect and can’t be any better - I stepped out of the hotel to see the Petronas Twin towers in front of me (almost) night and day (and out of my room window too), Suria KLCC mall, KLCC park and convention centre through which there is an air conditioned walkway to Burkit Bin Tang. The hotel has a direct back entrance to all of them. Totally Safe night and day. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well 4 nights. Bathroom was beautifully appointed (I like the traditional marble decor). The hotel lobby is majestic and meticulously kept. The pool was great in the middle of the skyscrapers (note twin towers are not in view). Gym is modern and well equipped. Changing rooms and locker facilities are excellent. I liked the Mandarin oriental App where I can chat with hotel even when I’m out and they reply promptly. Above all the staff was amazing from check in to check out - so welcoming, helpful and warm. Thanks to everyone at MO KL for a fab stay.

The professionalism of all the staff really stood out. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, being connected to a shopping mall and within walking distance of a park, which is great for exercise. The jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and cold plunge are all in one place, which is quite rare. I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days and used this facilitates every day. I also tried the spa, which was very relaxing with a great ambience.

Big Fish Dive Club

We stayed at MO on a couple of occasions on this trip and as well as the Four Seasons. The service here was near-impeccable. From bell hops, housekeeping, to the front desk, the staff was friendly and helpful, except in the breakfast buffet room, where a room full of servers and managers who simply walked by my waving hand. The facility is aging and could use a freshen up, but at a rate that was substantially lower than the Four Seasons, I probably shouldn’t complaint too much. The room was sufficient in size, the bed was comfortable and the view of KLCC Park was priceless. All in all, we’d enjoyed our two stays this past week.

What a beautiful hotel. The staff were genuinely helpful, caring, and so lovely. Nothing was too difficult, and they were always ready to assist with anything. It was a pity we could only stay for one night. I will definitely come back to this hotel. The bed was super comfortable, and I loved the scent in the room. Pool area was fabulous as well as there wellness area. Thank you Mandarin Oriental

Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur. ⭐️ Rating: 10/10 🟢 What liked: An absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish! The location is perfect, and the room size was incredibly generous and spotlessly clean. The facilities are top-tier—the pool area is lovely, and both the gym and the breakfast buffet were absolutely phenomenal and highlights of our stay. What truly sets this property apart, though, is the staff; their exceptional service and warmth made us feel incredibly welcome. 🔴 What could be improved: The only minor critique is that the benefits of the membership program were quite unclear. We weren't really sure how to access or utilize them during our stay. It would be helpful if the team could provide a clearer breakdown or brief explanation of membership perks at check-in. Aside from that, everything was perfect!
