An exceptional stay, made unforgettable by the staff The hotel’s facilities are perfect, excellent food and everything is of a very high standard. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding quality of its service. The staff are genuinely warm, attentive, professional, and consistently make you feel welcome. Their kindness is what you remember most long after your stay ! I would particularly like to thank Tan at reception, who was incredibly kind and welcoming, the reception is the first impression we have when coming to a hotel. Guerilla at the spa, whose attentiveness and thoughtfulness made my massage experience truly special; Aarti who was absolutely lovely, cheerful, and wonderfully funny, talking to her was only great moments; Tommy at the fitness centre, and Fatzil who was equally kind and welcoming! Each of them contributed to making our stay memorable in their own way. I came to this hotel on the recommendation of my uncles, who had stayed here a few months earlier. They spoke very highly of the hotel and, above all, told me that this was the best service they had ever experienced. Having now stayed here myself, I can confidently say that they were absolutely right! What makes this hotel so special is not just its beautiful facilities, but the people who bring it to life. Exceptional service is one thing, but genuine warmth and kindness are something else entirely, and the team here truly delivers both. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so wonderful. I would happily return with my family, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience in Kuala Lumpur ☺️

Review of Mandarin Oriental Hotel My recent stay at the Mandarin Oriental was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and seamless. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making my experience truly memorable. The hotel itself exudes elegance and comfort, with beautifully maintained facilities and a calming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. Dining options were superb, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction at every turn. A special thanks goes to Kai, whose professionalism, kindness, and genuine care stood out throughout my stay. Kai’s dedication made me feel valued as a guest and elevated the entire experience. We had a memorable 4 night stay in a twin Tower View room; everything was just as we liked to be for a wonderful city vacation in KL. Firstly, the location is perfect and can’t be any better - I stepped out of the hotel to see the Petronas Twin towers in front of me (almost) night and day (and out of my room window too), Suria KLCC mall, KLCC park and convention centre through which there is an air conditioned walkway to Burkit Bin Tang. The hotel has a direct back entrance to all of them. Totally Safe night and day. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well 4 nights. Bathroom was beautifully appointed (I like the traditional marble decor). The hotel lobby is majestic and meticulously kept. The pool was great in the middle of the skyscrapers (note twin towers are not in view). Gym is modern and well equipped. Changing rooms and locker facilities are excellent. I liked the Mandarin oriental App where I can chat with hotel even when I’m out and they reply promptly. Above all the staff was amazing from check in to check out - so welcoming, helpful and warm. Thanks to everyone at MO KL for a fab stay.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. We stayed here, enjoyed the food, and had a massage at the spa, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and we truly felt relaxed throughout our visit. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful experience. We would definitely love to come back!
