We stayed at Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur twice during our trip. Our decision to return for a second stay was largely based on our excellent first experience, particularly the warm welcome and helpful service we received from the staff at check-in. Unfortunately, our second experience was quite disappointing. The welcoming service we had enjoyed during our first visit was noticeably absent, and we did not receive the same level of hospitality we had come to expect. I provided feedback to the front desk staff, who advised that it would be passed on to the manager. However, I never received any acknowledgement or follow-up, leaving me uncertain whether my concerns were actually addressed. On a positive note, the hotel's location is excellent and was a major factor in our decision to stay again. The hotel also has a fantastic resort-style swimming pool, which was a real highlight for our family. It provided a wonderful space for the children to enjoy themselves while we relaxed and unwound together. The breakfast was another highlight, with an impressive variety of options to suit different tastes. However, the coffee was rather average, and the coffee experience at the lobby café could certainly be improved. Overall, I would rate our experience 4/5, mainly because of the excellent location, family-friendly resort-style pool, enjoyable breakfast and our positive initial experience. However, the inconsistency in service between our two stays was disappointing. For a hotel of this standard, I would expect a consistently warm welcome and better follow-up when guest feedback is provided. Had it not been for the location, excellent pool and our first positive experience, I would seriously reconsider staying here in the future. I hope management takes this feedback constructively and works towards delivering a more consistent and attentive guest experience.

Highly recommended!

Excellent location sitting above KL Sentral. Rooms are a little small and dated but otherwise a solid option. One of three Marriott properties in the area with Le Meridien being the mid-priced option. Highlight is the club lounge on the 33rd floor with excellent views of KL. Staff are friendly especially Prithi at the front desk. Lounge staff are all outstanding. Average Bonvoy status recognition. Overall would stay here again.

First time stay in LM Kuala Lumpur. The location is amazing, just 2 minutes sheltered walk from the Central Station with clear signage. Basically the location is perfect for exploring and going to the airport. The lobby is wide and clean. The room is spotless and smells really good. Love the bathtub with view of the city. The lounge has a great view and the hors d'oeuvres spread are generous with 2 types of carbohydrate food, which simply can replace dinner. The pool is great with cool view of the surrounding. Breakfast in Latest Recipe are delicious and great. Many choices to pick. Sleep quality 110%. Such a cool place for stay.

I had a wonderful one-night stay at Le Méridien Hotel and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to our needs. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, making it a perfect place to relax. The bed was especially cozy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was elegant yet relaxing. Everything felt smooth and well-organized, which made our short stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the team for making our stay such a memorable experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back again in the future!
