I have been staying in this hotel several times primarily because of the location next to KL Sentral. The rooms are also spacious and the food is generally good. This time the experience was extra special because the hotel welcomed me with a surprise gift to welcome my birthday, likely due to my Platinum membership. And my request for adjustments to the bed was very prompt, the housekeepers were fast and efficient in their job. So a shout out to mgmt for a lovely experience

Delightful! We loved our room, every morning we swam in the pool after breakfast. Breakfast was a feast and it's own experience! It's connected to both a mall and a train station - so you can go anywhere easily or find a million food options.
