To be honest, don’t stay anywhere else, I already miss this place. It’s excellent, and will exceed expectations from, cleanliness to hospitality. A truly wonderful experience, thank you especially to Tanya working at the breakfast check in counter, she is so kind and will put a smile on your face daily! Also shoutout to the housekeeper in my floor Malek, he made every effort to make sure the room was exactly clean the way I wanted and always brought up extra things as needed and extremely fast! Great experience, Great hotel 10/10 Experience

I have stayed here a couple of times and I like this place for the convenience of just across the KLIA Express getting to and fro the airport. Used to be my favourite choice but not always a choice because their rates fluctuate and is usually on the high side. Finally got the chance to stay again when I got a good deal. Other than the location, the service of the staff here is good. Always see them friendly and helpful and taking the initiative to talk to guests and offering assistance. Also stayed with them a couple of times and tried different room types before. In general standard is quite consistent except that I don't like the rooms which are blocked by the office buildings and they seem too near to the rooms. Nothing to fault about the rooms they are pretty modern and clean, equipped with my favourite Malin+Goetz toiletries. My favourite has to be the lounge, am a fan and I love the ambience and the food, especially the ones after 6pm. Didn't get to use the pool but used the gym twice during my stay. It's shared facilities with Hilton and it's also well maintained. Visited the sauna and steam room too and it was not busy. The only thing is probably a walk to the gym and closer to Hilton the wifi is totally disconnected and couldn't connect to the internet to stream clips while running on the treadmill. I have also never tried their breakfast before the times I stayed and this is the first and was quite impressed with the selection of food. Just hope that will catch good rates again so will stay here again. So lucky I didn't choose to stay at Bukit Bintang as there were road closures the weekend I was around.

Had a wonderful stay during New Year’s Eve. The room was spacious, tidy and complete. The hotel sits very convenient with near MRT and shops. The swimming pool was large and have a nice view on level 8. The In-Room Dining was nice. The food that we ordered was excellent and generous which I highly recommendede. The only downside is during Breakfast Buffet as they didn’t place a side plate for the fork and spoons. Very minor but seems needed if you need to rest your fork and spoons. Lastly I would to express the great hospitality and service which the hotel provided so many tumes of free complimentary drink which we able to relax at the lobby.

Conveniently located connected to KL sentral station. The staff was fantastic and welcoming and made my stay fantastic! The outdoor pool is really nice and has plenty of seating space. The gym facilities were also very nice and well equipped. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed at this hotel from the 19th - 21st Feb. 2026, and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of all public spaces, efficiency of the front desk staff as well as room service and restaurant staff. A big THANK YOU to all at the hotel, but especially to Mr. Salim, who went the extra mile to make me and my family comfortable during our stay... we will definitely return and let ourselves be spoilt once again by the excellent hospitality of the staff concerned...
