Check-in was disappointing. There was no proper queue system—some guests lined up while others simply cut the queue, and the reception staff didn’t do anything to manage it. When we entered the room, there wasn’t even a simple welcome note, which is something I’ve received even at 4-star hotels. I emailed the hotel almost 3 weeks in advance requesting a high-floor room but didn’t get one at check-in. I requested again on the second day, and thankfully the hotel was able to move me to a higher floor, which I appreciated. I also requested a small birthday decoration and cake for my husband’s birthday. While they provided a cake and card, the card wished me a happy birthday instead of my husband. I’ve had much better attention to detail at hotels that cost less. The housekeeping staff were also very loud—we could hear vacuuming, doors banging, and staff talking loudly in the hallway. The curtains looked worn out, the TV only had basic channels, and the pillows were very uncomfortable. The highlights were the bathroom amenities, especially the shampoo, and the breakfast. The breakfast staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the dining experience enjoyable. Unfortunately, for the price, I expected a much better overall stay.

An exceptional dining experience at Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur! The food was delicious and well worth the price, with a great selection of cuisines. We had dinner with a group of 10, tried multiple dishes, and the sushi and wok chicken frieds were among my favorites. The bill was around RM 1,1000 for all of us, which felt reasonable for the overall experience. The service was excellent, and the staff made the evening even more enjoyable. The highlight was the spectacular view of the Petronas Twin Towers from the 35th floor. Great food, outstanding hospitality, and breathtaking views make this place worth visiting. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Grand Hyatt was truly one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The room was absolutely wonderful—comfortable, spacious, and beautifully maintained. It quickly became a place we looked forward to returning to after a long day of exploring. Breakfast was something we looked forward to every morning. The selection was incredible, with plenty of delicious options to suit everyone, and the beautiful view made the experience even more special. I also want to give a heartfelt thank you to the bellboys at the concierge. They were always so attentive, polite, and eager to help, whether it was with our luggage or answering our questions. Their kindness and professionalism made a lasting impression on us. Thank you to the entire Grand Hyatt team for making our stay so memorable. We left with wonderful memories and will definitely be back the next time we visit.

Wonderful Stay at Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful stay at Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur for a special occasion, as I was planning a proposal to my girlfriend. From the moment I checked in, the experience was excellent. A special thanks to Nicole at the front desk, who was very friendly and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth and fast, and I was also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a higher floor. The room was huge, beautiful, clean and very comfortable, with a really comfy bed that made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was well maintained and the room was perfect for such a special occasion. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. There was a great variety of delicious food, and I really liked how nicely everything was presented at the buffet. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the view was beautiful. The waiter was also very friendly and attentive, which made the breakfast experience even better. Another big plus is the complimentary car park for hotel guests 👍🏻, which is very convenient. Overall, I highly recommend Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur for anyone looking for a 5-star hotel with excellent service, comfortable rooms, a great breakfast and a convenient location. We had a memorable stay and would definitely come back again! ❤️

Everything was amazing! I loved the Pavilion view from my room, and the room itself was so spacious. I had a wonderful stay with my partner💗 I also really enjoyed the private dining menu, especially since I’m very particular about having chocolate milk hehe🤭. One small thing I wondered about was the doorman service. I would have loved to have my car door opened and closed for me, it really adds to the feeling of being taken care of💗Otherwise, it was a great experience overall! I also wish the hair dryer had a little more airflow though hahah😭
