We stayed at the Rixos The Palm in July 2026. We really liked the hotel. The rooms were spacious, the service was top-notch, and the food at the main restaurant, A La Turca, was delicious. We also visited two other restaurants, Toro Loco and L’Olivo, and ordered meat dishes—they were absolutely delicious and excellent. A special thank you to Divan Singh, Kumaran, Akerke, Ulya, and the entire staff; we really enjoyed our stay. If everything goes well, we will definitely be back☺️

Our stay at the hotel is coming to an end, and I'd like to share my review. The hotel is wonderful – the grounds are well-maintained, with lots of greenery and trees, birds, and relaxation areas. The pool area has an ice cream and fresh fruit area, as well as a bar. There are three pools for adults and a mini water park for children, with a play area for toddlers and juniors. Thank you so much to Ana Zavolokina for addressing all our concerns and requests. Thanks to her strict monitoring and quick response, the quality of our stay met our expectations! We tried all the hotel restaurants, and our favorite was A La Turka – a buffet-style restaurant. The selection is vast, and the menu rotation is reasonable. The service is beyond praise. Our little one always had his favourite porridge & berries, which aren't included in the daily breakfast buffet. Any requests were always accommodated – thank you so much! We send our sincere thanks to Sharazar John, Anupa Tamang, Vineeta, Jayatree, Adkhamkhon, and Phu. They made our visits to A La Turka truly special. Remembering our preferences by the third day was a pleasant surprise. Thank you for your attentiveness and high level of service. It's actually hard to describe all the people, but most of the staff provide excellent service! Our cleaning specialist, Sushil, did an excellent job. On his days off, the quality of the cleaning wasn't as high. We are so grateful for his tact, fast and high-quality cleaning, and aesthetically pleasing arrangement of items! Everything is quite beautiful, there are different photos of the area. The entertainment at the bar was interesting, unfortunately I forgot to ask the name of the entertainer at the bar :( but he's great! He connects well with people, all the evening entertainment was easy and interesting thanks to his skills and charisma! Sometimes he is also work at toddlers area and gets along well even with a toddlers 🥰 We will definitely come back here during the velvet season

We had a truly wonderful and memorable stay at Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi. Check-in was smooth and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. An extra bed was arranged quickly for our 2 adults + 2 kids. For my wife’s birthday, the team arranged a beautiful customized eggless cake — such a warm gesture! We were on the Half-Board package. On request, the chefs prepared customized vegetarian options for both dinner and breakfast. Even though there were plenty of meat and seafood choices, the restaurant team made sure we had great options and took excellent care of us. The kids absolutely loved the Aqua Park, which is open daily, and the Rixy Kids Club. Seeing them so happy made our vacation so easy and fun. Housekeeping was very responsive and it was super convenient to request anything via WhatsApp. From arrival to check-out, the entire team across all departments made us feel so welcome. I highly recommend Rixos Marina for families with kids, and also for couples — there’s something for everyone here. Thank you to the whole team. God Bless you all!

We checked in around 10:30 AM, and Mr. Zayed, a very polite and gentleman Emirati staff member, welcomed us warmly and made the process easy and comfortable. What makes this hotel truly special is the incredible attention to guest experience throughout the day. There were many complimentary treats and activities for guests, including iced coffee at 11 AM, chicken nuggets at 12 PM, cold towels around the pool at 2 PM, cocktails at 3 PM, plus games, competitions, and entertainment programs that kept everyone engaged and enjoying the atmosphere. All the staff were kind, supportive, and genuinely cared about the guests. Special thanks to Arka for the warm hospitality, and to Berkay, whose professional and energetic service on skates created a unique and fun experience while making service faster and more enjoyable. Another memorable staff member was Benson, who kindly offered complimentary professional sunglasses cleaning service with special tools — such a thoughtful touch. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, truly beyond five-star quality, with an incredible variety of international cuisines and options for every taste imaginable. Dinner was equally impressive, with amazing food, live cooking stations outdoors, and live music creating a fantastic atmosphere every evening. Worst experience ever. I regularly get massages and have never experienced anything like this before. I specifically requested a soft to medium pressure massage, yet I ended up with severe muscle pain instead of relief. The pain started on Saturday and is still ongoing. It became so bad that I had to go to the hospital. I paid for relaxation, not pain. Based on my experience, either the therapist was not properly qualified or something was done incorrectly during the massage. Unfortunately, the hotel experience was just as disappointing. We booked full board, but in reality, most of the restaurants were fully booked when it was time to make reservations. One day, we couldn’t even have lunch at the hotel. Dinner was another frustrating experience. After a very long argument, we were told there was no availability and were offered a table outside despite the extreme weather. That was completely unacceptable. The most surprising part was that when we finally entered the restaurant, there were plenty of empty tables, and the staff even asked us where we would like to sit. Finally, the hotel only has a mixed gym. There is no ladies-only gym, which is an important facility many female guests expect. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve ever had. I left with an injury instead of feeling refreshed, and the poor organization and service made the experience even worse. I would not recommend this hotel. I also want to recognize the one staff member who made a positive impression. The waiter at the Turkish restaurant, Baharat (if I remember his name correctly), was exceptional. He was genuinely friendly, full of positive energy, attentive, and incredibly polite. He was the only highlight of our stay and deserves recognition for his excellent customer service.

Our first time unforgettable hotel stay in Rixos Bab Albahr. Rixos has provided a lot of social, sport and kids activities all one the day along with standard hotel services which make your time and day full of activities. Also we had a wonderful all-inclusive dining experience at the Rixos Hotel in general. The buffet at Seven Heights was delicious, fresh, clean, and offered a great variety of dishes to suit every taste all over the day and other days. Everything was well presented and of excellent quality. A very special thanks to Chef Arif Uzmen who was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great dinning experience, and his warm hospitality truly made our dinning visit memorable. Also would like to thanks Ms. Marjan who had assisted us upon check-in and had provided us a good room. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent service. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Rixos Bab Al Bahr. The whole venue is beautiful, very well maintained, and perfect for a relaxing all-inclusive getaway in the UAE. The food was excellent with plenty of variety across the restaurants, and the generosity throughout the stay really stood out. What made the experience even more special was the friendliness of all the staff — from the reception team, to the restaurant and pool staff, and even the housekeeping team. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and always smiling, which made us feel genuinely comfortable and taken care of. This is definitely one of the best all-inclusive experiences we’ve had in the UAE and I would highly recommend it for families. Only one small suggestion for improvement: the adult pool area would be much better if it was restricted to guests aged 21+ instead of 16+. During our stay, some teenagers were quite loud, which took away from the relaxing atmosphere many adults are looking for in that space. Other than that, everything was excellent.

We stayed for several nights. From the moment we arrived, all the staff were friendly and supportive. RESTY was very supportive and helped us and he took care of all the check-in procedures for us. the room was clean and we had good views and good facilities, Hotel facilities were very nice and valuable, beautiful and lovely Hotel has a beautiful and clean beach with high quality facilities, and all staffs in the beach and beach’s BAR were friendly and supportive. The buffet restaurant for dinner, lunch, and breakfast, most of the items were repetitive and varied by maybe 10-20% from day to day. However, we expected that the buffet food variety would change more, because we had tested the food at other branches of Rixos hotels, and there was more variety, and the variety of food was different for each meal and each day. And a good option that the hotel offered was the possibility of using the available a la carte restaurants, which was a good experience. Hotel had a good entertainment like DJ on the beach and live music at the evening time which was great experience All staff in the entrance, reception, cleaning, bars, beach, restaurants were friendly and kind and respectful and supportive. And for drinks, they served good quality brands.

Initially, we were simply looking forward to a relaxing getaway, but our stay became even more special thanks to Sonia. When we checked in, Sonia came up with the brilliant idea of arranging a beautiful birthday room decoration for my mum. We coordinated the best time for the room to be decorated, and all I had to do was send her a few photos. She took care of everything else. The room looked absolutely gorgeous, and my mum was completely surprised—in the best way possible! It made her birthday celebration so much more memorable, and we couldn't have been happier. The staff throughout the hotel were warm, attentive, and welcoming, and the facilities were excellent. We also visited the spa and enjoyed the most amazing hammam ritual—an absolute highlight of our stay. I highly recommend Rixos Gulf Hotel. The hotel is an excellent choice, especially for families with children who are looking for an all-inclusive experience. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, making it perfect for a short getaway. The only area that could be improved is the dinner at the Farm House restaurant. While the food was delicious, the main course included in the all-inclusive package was different from the à la carte menu, and the portion size was quite small. Apart from that, everything else was excellent. We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed the overall experience.

A great experience spent at the Rixos Gulf Hotel - Doha. We are a family of 3 (two year old toddler). We decided to spend the Eid at Rixos and opted for the All-Inclusive package. It is important to note, this is not truly an all inclusive resort as you would expect from Rixos in Turkey. Being an All inclusive guest gives you access to the following ONLY: 1- Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at Farmhouse restaurant. 2- Dinner at their steakhouse resturant (limited to a set All inclusive menu). 3- snacks and beverages at the pool bar (fresh drinks e.g. juices, coconut water are excluded). They have a cafe at the lobby, but this is subject for payment (even if you are an all inclusive guest). We were told we can get snacks and drinks between 12am-2am only since this is an off-peak timing which was quite odd to hear. There is a decent kids club with friendly staff that made our little one enjoy his time indoors (especially when the weather was really hot). Many thanks to Miss Sibel for her outstanding efforts in making our experience memorable. The food in general was good and tasteful but rather sub-par for Rixos standards. We observed throughout the various areas that the resort is considerably understaffed (in the restaurants, kids club and pool area) which was notably causing overwhelming stress for the employees. We understand this was likely caused due to staff shortages, but we would expect the management to be mindful that reducing your staff while still accepting the maximum hotel capacity could impact the guest experience negatively which is why we could not allow ourselves to give this experience 5 stars. Nonetheless, it was a memorable experience and an enjoyable time we had at Rixos Gulf Doha.

We stayed at this hotel with a 6-month-old baby for 4 days and 3 nights. I would like to point out the helpful staff, excellent cuisine, and the amazing buffet with drinks! The waiters in the restaurant were superb. The rolls and meat dishes were delicious! Thanks to the team for their excellent work! Excellent room cleaning, a huge water park, convenient parking, and a beautiful reception area. We really liked the cute coffee shop and the waiters in the reception area, the delicious coffee, and the delicious desserts. But we found several downsides to the hotel: 1. There are no indoor pools, and you can't take a baby to the spa area. 2. The hammam in the spa area is very cold and the baths weren't working. 3. There are a lot of rules that make your stay unrelaxing - the sea is open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; pools are open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (But in Qatar it's very hot from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., the ideal time for swimming is from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., but everything is closed in the morning. 4. There was a Russian-speaking girl in the children's room - we didn't remember her name, she was very unfriendly and it was unpleasant to be there. Another girl came the next day and she was very friendly.

Our stay at Rixos Qetaifan was truly memorable. Everything exceeded our expectations, especially the dining experience. Turquoise Restaurant offered an impressive selection of authentic Turkish and international cuisine, and every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The buffet was always spotless and well organized, and it was a pleasure to see the chefs smiling and welcoming guests while preparing and serving the food. Their positive attitude made every meal even more enjoyable. Another highlight was the lobby dessert selection. The cakes, pastries, and traditional Turkish sweets were delicious, beautifully presented, and something we looked forward to every day. A heartfelt thank you to Chef Ercan Yetim and the entire culinary team for their hard work, professionalism, and warm hospitality. They made our dining experience truly unforgettable. We highly recommend Rixos Qetaifan and look forward to visiting again.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Rooms are spacious and staff and very helpful and friendly. Food is really good. They do have a variety of different foods available at the pool side from food carts as well as in the dinning lounge. Ask them about the all inclusive at the waterpark since access is included in your package. That was a huge plus you can eat from all the vendors in the water park too. It was 100riyals extra per night. Totally worth it The waiter that assisted us from breakfast (her name is May) an absolutely gem. Always had a smile on her face and made sure everyone was comfortable and taken care of. Would definitely go back.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Rixos JBR Dubai from July 15th to July 22nd, 2026, and we had an absolutely amazing experience. At the beginning of our stay, we were informed that the main pool was under renovation and that only the smaller pool was available. Of course, this was initially a little disappointing. However, the hotel manager, Mert, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He found an incredible solution for us by upgrading us to a beautiful suite. We were beyond happy and truly impressed by his professionalism, kindness, and dedication to guest satisfaction. We have honestly never experienced such outstanding hospitality before. Not only Mert, but every single member of the hotel staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Everyone made us feel genuinely valued, and their warmth exceeded all our expectations. The food was simply outstanding—every meal was delicious, with an incredible variety and excellent quality. What made this hotel truly special was the atmosphere. From the very first day, we felt like part of the Rixos family rather than just guests. That feeling is priceless. Thank you so much for such a wonderful and unforgettable stay. I had a great stay for the second time at Rixos JBR for 16 nights. The location is perfect as all of the restaurants are within walking distance. The rooms are modern and well designed and kept immaculately clean. The housekeeping team did a great job at maintaining the cleaning standard - a special shout out to Lynn from housekeeping and Bishal, who always greeted us with a smile. The staff members here have impeccable manners which is definitely something that stands out to me. I am giving 4/5 stars as we did have some issues with the hotel phone not working. However, this was resolved promptly. We did experience some leaks in the room from the heavy rain. The staff outside are always helpful and go the extra mile to find you a taxi if you need. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai and I will definitely be back.

I would like to formally express my disappointment regarding the unprofessional manner in which I was treated by your employee, Rajab, at Naturelife Spa in Rixos hotel JBR The interaction did not reflect the level of hospitality, professionalism, or guest care expected from a hotel and spa operating under your reputation. I called Naturelife spa today morning for booking, before any welcoming he asked while i have voucher or not, then when i said yes he directly said full booking! If the spa was already fully booked, I do not understand why I was asked about my voucher in a manner that felt inappropriate and unwelcoming. After it became clear that I had a voucher, both the tone and attitude of the conversation noticeably changed, which left me feeling uncomfortable and poorly received as a guest. I explained clearly that my voucher was limited time and the offer will finish today that I had booked late at night, while no one from the spa reservation department was responding at the time. Instead of offering assistance or trying to find a professional solution, Rajab repeatedly stated that the reservations were fully booked and told me to “go solve the issue with Groupon.” As a guest, I was simply asking for guidance and support, yet the conversation was handled in a dismissive and unwelcoming manner. Despite my respectful approach, there was no attempt to assist, accommodate, or even communicate professionally. Regardless of whether he works directly for the hotel or through a third party, he still represents the hotel and its standards. Unfortunately, this type of behavior can negatively affect the hotel’s reputation and the overall guest experience. Customer service should remain professional and respectful regardless of the booking method or voucher source. I hope this matter will be reviewed seriously and addressed appropriately to ensure other guests are not treated in a similar way in the future. Our first day at Rixos has turned out to be rather disappointing. I understand the family pool has been closed due to maintenance however we were told that the other pool which is usual for adults is now for everyone. However, the staff are not happy with this and are enforcing the families to sit away from the pool apparently its for the children's protection but it's so hot that the children are sitting on the sides of the pool anyway. So first the pool attendant said the suggestion is that families sit on the back row for the child's safety as the people next to the pool are drinking, so its apparently safer to have the children walk through all of the adults first to get to their parents and on the hot floor. Next the pool "Manager" came over and said the suggestion is not a suggestion its a rule I asked to see this rule... nothing. So then the hotel management came to reinforce this child safety nonsense rule that has just been created without any actual safety logic, I explained so he left us be. So we in the end just grabbed our things and left. I know you want this to look like nikki beach but unfortunately the adult pool is now for everyone and if you believe families spend less money than a couple of singles your hugely wrong. Let me ask you this how is it safer for the children to walk through all the drinking adults before getting to their seat than sitting near the pool? We will most likely leave this place and go to a hotel that respects their guests more than their ego.
